Excellent communication , im a truck driver and gone all the time, we Conducted our business pretty much through text , and it was as smooth as if we were in person !!!... would recommend them 1000 times over !!!
They didn't have the part we needed (I had been calling around, and was referred to this yard as a strong 'maybe' for what we needed).
The young lady we talked with on the phone was polite and really new her stuff and inventory!

Cris was awesome!!! He helped us a lot. He supported us even when the office hours ended. I drove about 110 miles for more than two hours from Huntsville, TX. I was able to pick up a hood for my car on saturday. He was so nice and respectful. I appreciate it. I am grateful to him. I will definitely be going back for more parts in the future. Highly recommended...!!!

We have driven over 2 hours 2 different times to pick up something on a Saturday. Both times we verified they would be open Saturday; upon arrival they were closed and refused to answer the phone. Both times we had already paid for the items we were supposed to pick up.
Stay away from this place. these people are shady and will not keep their word regarding the price. Total bait and switch. Customer service is horrible do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
This place was “GREAT”. I would recommend it to anyone. They were very helpful in finding the part I needed. I was very impressed with their system with numbers on the vehicle, being in order, and being able to look for the part you need when your not stressing over the unknown around the vehicle. The price was very reasonable and I was also able to sell them a old vehicle I’ve had on my property for years. The young man that come to pick up the vehicle was very polite and professional. I will definitely tell people about them and highly recommend them. Thanks again Lanes Recyclers!!!!!
