My dad’s prized MG needed to be moved from their old house to the new one. After several attempts to find a company to tow it & was told, “no thanks,” Alliance came through for us. Dealing with a towing is almost always a painful experience , especially if you need a towing for a semi truck and trailer. However these guys, instead making our situation worse, helped us a lot. Needed a tow after sliding on ice and damaging my vehicle steering components. Quick response time, much faster than estimated. My roadside assistance gave an eta of 90 minutes, Mark called within about 5 minutes and arrived within no more than a half hour, quick hook-up and swiftly to the repair shop. Satisfied customer.
I had went to a gas station that claimed to be 24/7 but was not and so I was in desperate need of fuel delivery and called them as it is listed as one of their services. Having done my research before calling them. The guy answered, I asked him about fuel delivery, he sighed, paused and said they don’t do fuel delivery. Either their page needs to be updated or he was lying. I know he’s probably on call and was asleep. But I had been sitting in my car for over and hour trying to get help and it 37 degrees outside so the car was getting cold
Mark saw my friend and I on the side of the road with two flats. He was already towing another vehicle , but made a uturn to block traffic for us until an officer came . Additionally took the car he already had to the destination and came back and got mine. Great service ! Thank you so much once again!

Was stuck in the middle of the road at a 100F day, the representative answered my call quickly and she ensured an accurate quote and eta. Driver came within 30 mins, charged me the lowest any other towing companies would offer. He gracefully lifted the Camry without any problems as a professional. Reached to my mechanic on time.
My 2019 Freightliner Cascadia engine failed in Odessa, TX in December 2022. This is a dedicated route and the drivers were bound for Phoenix. In order to make service and not be late, I found Alliance Towing & Recovery, and had them tow my Cascadia and 2 loaded pup trailers all the way to Phoenix, AZ from Odessa. Service was great, the driver Josh was very polite and motivated. Early next morning he was unhooking the bobtail at our truck parking and then he noticed he broke some aerodynamic fairings/cladding on the back roof of the truck. He apologized profusely and was very professional about it. He took photos of the damage, wrote up a ticket and advised me to contact Alliance the next day for working out a claim.
I made contact with TJ and then later Kelley and provided an estimate, then days would go by, then weeks, then my phone calls would be unanswered totally. Really, at this point, nobody at Alliance cared about what happened. Then they told me if I had any questions to talk to their insurance directly. I made contact with their insurance provider Threlkeld & Company and for 3 months it was just back and forth with no progress. Just plain nonsense. After that, the insurance rep, Joe C., finally told me to contact Robert M., the adjuster who was assigned to the claim. Then again another month and half of unanswered calls, voicemails, emails, and I had to resort to unprofessional tactics like spamming his email inbox every day and voicemails until finally he cracked and called back. It took a grand total of 5 minutes on the phone to hash out the problem. On 6/9/2023 I finally received the check in the mail for the damage they caused on my truck on 12/15/2022. To me, it is not about the money (damage was less than $4,000 in total) but it is about the ethics of it. I paid their 5 digit invoice with no qualms and trusted them with hauling my business across 3 states and in the end I got strung along over some piddly body damage. I have several trucks that run though Texas on a dedicated weekly schedule and we would have been loyal clients to Alliance because the service itself was great. But after this situation, I will unfortunately never do business with them again

Got stranded in Tyler, TX and needed to get the car to a shop in Wills Point. Called AAA who dispatched Jessie with Alliance Towing to my location. He came promptly, don't think I waited 20 minutes. Professional, helpful, very nice. Drove me and my car The 50 miles to the destination. When he heard that I was going to walk the 2.5 miles to my house he offered to give me a ride! That was so nice! Absolutely 5 star service from beginning to end!
Having been left stranded in another town, I was quickly assisted & reassured by Eric (from Canada). From the moment I called Alliance Towing, to the moment my car was dropped off at the dealership, I could not have been better taken care of. The receptionist was warm. And Eric was absolutely competent & efficient. He cared for my car & his experience at towing shows in his impeccable work. He even went the extra mile of dropping me off at the nearby lodging, given the day & time. When I called later to get an invoice, it only took 2 seconds for me to receive it. If I could give this business a 6-stars I would. I wish the luxury-car dealership I'm dealing with was nearly as customer-service focused as Alliance is. Great service! Jonathan was my tow truck driver and he was the best. I was very nervous in the situation I was in but he made everything feel safe and secure. He was professional and knew what he was doing yet was also personable and easy to talk to on our three hour drive to Monroe with my two dogs! The dispatcher was very helpful as well. I could not let another day go by without leaving a 5 star review! My insurance company contacted Alliance Towing to help assist me with road side assistance. Not knowing at the time that the battery was the issue. Eric arrived QUICKLY and immediately jumped out the truck ready to assist. He made a stressful situation less stressful! He had a great attitude which calmed my nerves and once he figured out the problem ( within 2 minutes ) he jumped my battery and without my knowledge followed us to the auto part store just incase any other issues occurred. Today this company was assigned by AAA to come change my tire. Four hours later I still hadn't seen or heard from them. Alliance didn't contact AAA to decline the job so AAA didn't know to find me someone else. This company accepted the job assignment and then just blew it off without any communication with anyone! I REALLY hope Alliance doesn’t get another referral from AAA for this. The supervisor at AAA told me it was all being documented and Alliance would be held accountable. I do NOT recommend anyone depend on Alliance for help.
I couldn’t have asked for a better tow serviceman! This young man was prompt, professional, considerate and polite. His concern for our well-being was genuine. The pride he had for Alliance towing service was apparent and his focus was admirable. My 9yr. old neighbor was with me and he was attentive to his needs. I highly recommend Alliance Towing service. Jonathan was extremely helpful towing my car from Tyler into Hubbard, picked me up on time and got me where I was supposed to be, I got stranded halfway from my PCS from Virginia to San Diego, and he was able to get me to family here in texas at my halfway point. He was super polite and professional and was able to help me during one of the most stressful drives I’ve ever done. 10/10 service, 100% will refer anyone I know to alliance in the future if ever stuck in a bind like I was

I contacted my insurance company who sent out Alliance. I was informed from the beginning every step of the way. From the lady that answered, to the driver, everyone was very polite and professional. I hate I didn't get his name, but the driver took his time to hook my vehicle. And followed through with my request on how to drop it at the mechanic. They came from Jacksonville to Tyler last night to help. I can't thank them enough! Would highly recommend!
I had a flat and Taylor showed up to tow me and after a huge issue with discount and the Pep boys neither would help me he ended up having to change my tire to my spare tire. He was extremely helpful and nice. After a horrible two day problem I'm happy I finally had someone help me and show me some kindness.. He definitely went above and beyond.
