Stay away from this junkyard on I-10. Their customer service is so poor and unprofessional. There is a guy called Hassan who works there, he's so rude, arrogant, unprofessional and don't have respect for customers.
I'm going to Warn you for what is worth...if you need an Autopart DO NOT GO HERE..., make sure you look for another place a legitimate and look at your receipts and contracts make sure you have paperwork to back up your claims , because these people are SCAMMERS, they will sell you something that doesn't work , in this case a Transmission ok so we purchase a $1300, dollar Transmission that did not work, took it back we got the credit for it but keep in mind that mounting a used Transmission runs about 600-800 dollars so when we took it back the original sales said we had a year from the time that we turn in the junk they sold us, not from the original date of purchase. They are all foreigners and speak in their language going back and forth their offices to find anything to not honor the Sale.., Iam only giving one star because that's the lowest I can give they don't deserve not even one. By the way they Claim they just purchased the place...Not a way to treat Customers if you asked me!!!
I-10 Auto Parts was great to work with. They worked me in to their schedule that day and the driver was on time, efficient and curteous. Would recommend.
Both a part that didn't work whent back to return it. They didn't have what I needed and didn't need anything else from them. They wouldn't give me a refuned just store credit they're return policy suks won't be returning there
I asked if they sell complete engines short or long block, response was no. Not a problem. Asked instead for a particular part off the engine and was hung up on. Call was 1 minute 2 seconds long. Do they want to sell parts? Guess not. I'll go elsewhere.
Quality parts and counter people that care. I’m not a car savvy person . But staff was patient and went the full 9 yards to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend
They had the part I needed and they gave me a fair price. I was even able to wait (less than 10 minutes) for them to remove the used part off the vehicle that it was on. I installed it and it worked perfectly. Everyone who worked there were professional, knowledgeable, and seemed to enjoy working there. I will use them again if needed.
Great place to get your parts for your car! The prices are reasonable than any other place i’ve been, the customer service is excellent, they are very understanding and helpful.
These damaged parts are the same price as new parts online. The management doesn't know what they have in stock. The vehicles are mostly dented with broken glass and plastics, so you likely won't find what you need.
They show me a transmission that didn't even go car, had to come all the way back, cuz they told me they had the right one, and I still didn't, I paid cash and they gave me a refund on a check, they customer service is horrible, they will lie to get you out there
I paid for a transmission waited 2 weeks never received it came back up here to get my refund they tried taking out 20% of what I paid and only wanted to give me a check not what I paid with which was cash. And they will tell you they have something without even looking it up I watched them do it numerous of times while I was waiting..
On the phone...they told me they do have the part.. when I get there to pick it up... they didn't even have the same year model as my car... drove all the #@%@ way over ther... for nothing... e-bay it is!
Tremendously wonderful location extremely wonderful people to work with very very nice products good cars, good prices extremely unbeatable built my faith in salvage yards again
