Woman at the window is very rude and snobby. She needs a job that doesn’t involve talking to the public. I’ll be taking my business to Texarkana!

I stopped by earlier Saturday morning and the young man named matt was very attentive and respectful he answered all my questions and got me out of there as quick as he could I would highly recommend going by and having Matt unload your truck or anything you need.

Well let's just say the lady wasn't very pleasant over the phone before I got there and she was very short spoken and rude even her facial expressions let you know how she felt about you from the start if you know what I mean

FYI if you are a contractor that scrapped copper from chillers or boilers or electrical systems do not come to this place. They will make you give them a work order before you’re able to scrap it saying the copper belongs to you even though these idiots don’t realize the copper doesn’t belong to anyone it’s going in the trash. Stupid business bound to fail.

I am extremely disappointed with AIM Recycling - Atlanta. The cashier has been very rude every single time I've visited. Beyond the poor service, they give the lowest prices for scrap in the area. I was especially dissatisfied with the rate for my high-quality clean aluminum wire (from overhead electric lines). I only received $0.30/lb, which is a price typically reserved for low-grade scrap like old siding. I suspect they gave me such a low rate because I had a large volume of it, which is completely unfair practice. I gave two stars only because the facility itself is very clean.

Watch driveways they don’t rlly keep it clean couldn’t see very sharp peice of metal directly in path off the scales not even close to the scrap piles Poor people skills from management overall worth 2 starts Mr Steve gets a zero start review for the way he talks to customers the lady that works the scales I didn’t catch her name but she was lovely every single time Mr Steve should take notes from her watch the paths closely guys the disregard was absolutely crazy
