If I could give them no stars, I would. Very cold, unconcerned, nonchalant, and disgruntled during every phone conversation had with the owner. My boyfriend had a small wreck in my car(car could have been driven), and was charged $736 to get my car out on top of dealing with finding out my boyfriend had a stroke. I’ve never had a car accident, but I had never heard of such insane prices. I asked why so much and was told a $250 tow fee, a $250 Recovery Fee because it was “out in the woods(not even close, ran into some brush),” $5 a mile for 15 mi =$75 plus more added bogus fees. When I called in shock his response was well if you have full coverage they should cover the tow fee. Well I don’t have full coverage and how dare you rob people like this right before Christmas?! Was told they weren’t making enough revenue so they had to raise their prices. Well I can see why no one wants to choose these cold ourageously priced, nonchalant, grumpy, uncaring old run down tow service. Do better!
Fantastic Service! This company knows what they're doing and they know how to do it! I couldn't be more pleased with the assistance I received from them! They showed up quickly with a smile! I'm very impressed and glad I could call on such a great company!! Thank you guys!
