Had no problems getting my car back whatsoever it was fast and easy. I have gotten my car towed for different reasons by other companies and they are so rude, this one caught me by surprise, so nice and professional. Such a chill and funny guy.
When trying to leave to head back to MN, our motorhome sank 12+ in as soon as we drove off our leveling pieces. There was no way we could get out. Called and spoke with Junior who from the start treated us as family. He did not have a truck big enough to winch out a 43ft diesel pusher. He said he would help us and he did. This gentleman called his subcontractor and got us help. He even dealt with AAA and called to check on us. Truly a caring professional! We will never forget his compassion and professionalism and will use him again if the need arises.
It was an absolutely great service experience. They were quick to get me in line and to get a truck out to me as soon as possible. And a great owner who is understanding of situations people are in and prices them fairly. Instead of taking advantage and charging a ridiculous amount of money when people need them most. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the Harlingen-Los Fresnos area for their towing needs.
I lost the keys to my Uhaul while packing. Uhaul roadside assistance used A&A towing as the service provider. These guys were super fast and responsive. This also happened late on a Saturday after closing hours, but they accommodated me and had a quick response time.
