The young man who helped me out was on point. Just wish i got his name..

I came in absolutely bawling because I backed into a shipping container and completely shattered my back window. I had a 3.5 hr drive ahead of me and had absolutely no clue what to do. David was so helpful, not only calming me down, but also with helping tape up my window. He did it free of charge and i hope the best things come for that man.

These guys do a hell of a job here! Larry, Roy, Eddie, David, Don, Angela and Cindy are some of the best ppl I’ve gotten a chance to meet and work with when it comes to tracking down the parts. I see them daily, No complaints here.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at any business at any point in my life! The employees lack any kind of customer service training or parts training for that matter. The manager is complacent puffed up self-righteous and rude! I will walk somewhere without a vehicle before I would go to this O'Reilly's and buy a part ever again! The manager's name is Larry he'll be hearing from corporate soon!

Don't let eddy order he ordered the wrong thing every time

Not good experience. They messed up on the part that had a lifetime warranty, and they charge 60 dollars cause the part went up in past 2 years . Rude employees and managment.If I could give them zero stars I would.

This oriellys is not worth the time, they mess up on the part and mess up on your extended warranty, and emmit to it but dont want to fix it. Then want u to bring a receipt and part in from 2022 that u have already turned into them. Then the manager hang up on me just cause i said im not going to do business with them anymore, he then says were not losing out on anything, you dont do enough business here and hangs up on me. Very unprofessional and extremely rude both manager and the other lady I talked to. If you want the right part and it done right drive to temple or waco.

I didn't have a good experience this morning 1/14/24 .I'm 67 and I got a gallon of antifreeze I asked for help putting it in and was told ya'll don't do that anymore. That is why I like coming in to get what I need for my car but I don't know anymore .

Helpful folks working here, and always ready to try to find my weird parts. I appreciate them a lot!

I can honestly say this is the first time I have ever been in any auto parts store and seen only women on staff... I can also say this is the first time I have been greeted with a genuine smile and had zero problems during my visit.

I work at a different O'Reilly's and they ordered a part from me and when i tried to call to tell them we didn't have it, after trying to call for 15 mins, they would not answer the phone. Poor customer service.

Larry and his crew are the Nicest folks you'll ever meet. Wasn't sure about installing a battery so I asked a employee at O'Reilly if he could help and without hesitation he jumped right on it. Thanks

Good environment and great staff, they are good at helping you decide and figure out what you need.

Really helpful every time I go in I feel welcomed. They have what you need and work with you.

Their staff were is very helpful they're very polite and if you don't know much about Vehicles they're more than willing to help you out.

These people are so accommodating! Not only did they have what I needed, but the sales girl went the extra mile and installed my wipers, too.

Very helpful. Would give it a 5 but the female employees have failed me twice on needed items and help. So far, everyone else has been very good.

Great store...very helpful staff....they gave us ride to motel and ordered us a alternator...

Staff friendly, helpful. Wiper blades we needed were available, staff employee installed them quickly. Had both front and also rear wiper blades replaced on 2010 Toyota Rav4.

Super rude and lazy. One guy does nothing. He cant look for anything, help with anything, just terrible. The woman is more helpful than the men and she doesn't have much mechanical skills.
