Great service, especially from Tammy. Every time we’ve had to have a vehicle have a part replaced. She was able to get it expedited quickly, and if the part didn’t hold out, she quickly replaced it.

They were fast. And I heard them talking on the phone they will order in the part you are looking for. My 2014 Hyundai Elantra hatchback was sideswiped by a deer. Needed a new passenger mirror. I showed up they pulled it quick let me take it out to make sure it would fit the bolt spacing and I paid and away I went.

I called about a part on Friday morning, they did not have it but my Monday morning it was ready to pick up. I forget the receptionists name maybe Sally but she was very helpful and very knowledgeable and help me throughout the process. will come again

Well!!! Thank God for Tammy's patience! I got lost on the way there in the last quarter mile, or so I thought. Google Maps decided to put a pin where it wanted me to go but it was about 7.5 miles away from where I was supposed to go!!!🤯 Tell me was able to call me down and I think I called her back only three times because I kept going on a loop that I was not supposed to be on and I couldn't tell which direction Harold was supposed to be because I kept thinking she said across from fireflies blinking lights but I thought you meant Firefly, and literally but the problem was is I kept bugging her and the fireflies we're not around as bugs. Was able to get a used Donut for my 2005 Corolla for $150 - - which is infinitely better than the 300 something Amazon or Walmart wanted to charge me. The good drive in the country along 183 which has been improved now all the way from town to two lanes each direction. A good Christmas will be had by all, as God is my witness! Shalom Robbie

I was stranded with a flat 1/4 mile away from Harold’s. I called them 5min before they closed and thanks to Shelby and their workers, they went above and beyond. Was able to purchase my spare tire and pick it up after they were closed. Much praise to Harold’s and their staff! Thank you!

Called around different yards to find a complete engine for a 2015. F150 Eco Boost and Harolds was definitely a lot cheaper with delivery engine came in within four days we installed it and everything ran perfect and customer was happy.

Wow it was a great experience. They found me a motor. If u ever need an auto part, Harold’s is the place. Shelby was very very helpful. I recommend them totally and give them a 10. Thank u very much. Will recommend them if I know of anyone needing parts.

I used their text feature to see if they had a seat available for my truck. I received a message back saying they would check and let me know. After a week of not hearing anything I texted them back to ask for an update. They never texted me back. Over the next 2 weeks I texted them 2 more times to ask for an update. They never replied to me and still have not replied to me over a month ago now.

I recently purchased an Anti-Lock Brake Pump from Harold's Auto Parts and had a great experience. The part was exactly as described, reasonably priced, and arrived in excellent condition. Customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the process. I appreciate the professionalism and would definitely buy from them again. These, people were great! Very helpful, kind and patient should be thrown in there too. They had exactly what I needed and the price was good. I will definitely make my future parts purchases from them. The premises were much better than what I am used to in an auto salvage business. I m made my purchases yesterday and I am already for my next.

I went to Harold’s auto salvage to find newer seats for my car. Shelby immediately jumped on her computer and found what I was wanting. She was extremely helpful and polite. I have used Harold’s since 1998 and they have always been helpful in what I am looking for. I can’t wait to get my seats in!!

Shelby was able to locate my wheel quickly. Though it was off-site, she was able to get it by the next day. Service at pickup was just as prompt. I received quick, courteous service from each person with whom I had contact. I will definitely shop here again, if the need arises.

I needed a new-to-me engine for my 2005 Tacoma and Harold's delivered. I called on a Wednesday. Paid a deposit on Thursday. The engine arrived at the shop on Friday. The shop had it installed by Wednesday. They came back and picked up my old engine and I was driving it that Friday. Shelby and the team were great to work with. I am still amazed how easy this process was to complete. Great customer service and so simple to do business with. Thanks!

I would give 0 stars if possible, which is sad because my family has supposedly had past positive experiences. This review is for Bust-A-Nut Auto Salvage which has the exact same address. (I've made a plea on Facebook to talk with and make an appeal to the owner. If they resolve this well, I promise to amend or update reviews given.) I hate having to do this and put it all out on the internet, but it seems like the only way to get anything done these days. I would like to appeal to the owner about a very bad transaction that just occurred. My elderly mother was just taken major advantage of, they won't do a refund or an exchange. It's $47 completely wasted as these weren't the instructions/items/parts requested at all!! And the person I talked to was completely unhelpful. Though she wasn't rude, she just kept blaming it all on my mother and repeating that they have a no refund, no exchange and no warranty policy. But when I went back and checked with my mother and sister and told them the story the cashier told me, they said that is NOT what happened. They said they were not "completely and fully" informed as the woman stated and that when they expressed apprehension about the items, they were told it "would be fine." I hate when people take advantage of older and disabled people (both my mother and sister are disabled - handicap tag status which is why they drive up to the front rather than walking around like others do). Everyone in our house is upset and crying now (not kidding - curled up in a ball sobbing). I feel like total crap! I was busy and when Mom offered to stop by and see if they had the parts I had mentioned wanting to get for my '99 Mustang, I assumed it would all be okay. She and my sister had mentioned before that they had been to "Harold's" many times and had an easy, affordable experience getting what they needed. I printed out pictures, wrote instructions, and even gave one exact part to take along so the part and color needed was clear. It was obvious that unless the parts were better than the ones I have already, there was no point in getting them. My sister knew I could buy the one slightly broken part (and still fits/sits in vent hole so doesn't HAVE to be replaced) from eBay for $11 so it makes no sense to pay someone $25 in labor to drive my mother to ONE car and then tell my mom and sister when they expressed concern that the color didn't match "Oh, it will be fine, she won't even notice." (It's black, the interior of my car is parchment brown and vent is visible from the driver's seat- it's noticeable.) If I had had any clue about the ridiculously high "labor charge" for such back breaking work as driving an elderly person to one vehicle, I would have just said not to go there at all when she asked. (Apparently in the past, the owner personally helped my mother and sister with no labor charges, so they had no clue it would be so expensive.) In fact, both my mom and sister confirm there was NO mention of a $25 charge to give such little effort or they would have just left. I just wish they had never gone there: it's triple fold bad now - everyone upset, completely unusable parts and money we didn't have to waste just gone. You can see in the photos the instructions were clear and also the vent part from the car is clearly the brown Ford calls "parchment" to match that interior but the one they tried to tell Mom was "fine" is black. You can also tell that in no way is the taillight they sold her what someone would consider in excellent condition.
