Huge shout out to Salesman Fidel! As we were passing through Falfurrias Tx in 9/28/24 we ran into some tire problems. We bought what we needed to get back on road but it was one problem after problem. Long story short, Mr Fidel helped us out.. we are very grateful and thankful.. O’Reilly Auto Parts sales what you need and very professional employees..

Great service easy to find what you need

Great small town service. The parts man greeted me as I walked in and helped find what I needed.

Traveling through the area and had battery problems. The guys in the store were helpful and courteous and got me back on the road with a new battery in no time. Much appreciated.

Pretty good. You'll find the part you need, but you need to put in some of the work yourself. Otherwise the staff will do what they can to help.

Falfurrias salesman sold me the add water coolant instead of the mixed coolant I had asked for at twice the price ..I was stranded and did not have water to add. This is bad for O'Reilly.

Not a great selection but the customer service was excellent

Very nice female helped us as our AC went out as we were traveling and had to stop here. We had our 1 year old baby in the car, glad to have had O'Reilly's in this area when we needed them the most.

We get what we need ... Or they will help us get something better for same price ..

Great customer service. One of the employees found me a less expensive product when I told him what I would be using it for, and it included more of what I needed as well. I purchased a car battery and another employee asked my friend and I if we need a ride back to our car. They were very genuinely kind and helpful. Thank you!

The only auto parts store in Falfurrias. They place higher prices than in other cities where they have competition from Auto Zone, Checkers, and Advance Auto Parts among others. Customer service needs a little touch of improvement and a reconsideration of prices through out the store merchandise should be considered. I dislike it because of the customer service and the prices. All their inventory and ready parts are outstanding.
