I just wanted to give a massive shout out to this company and specifically an employee, I believe his name was Jordan? My two boys were enamored watching him tow a car in our neighborhood (which he did so efficiently and carefully, you could tell he was paying attention and care to every detail). Once he wrapped up he went out of his way to take a moment and motion my boys over and show them how everything worked, answer all their questions, and even give a science lesson about momentum with two vehicles driving! It was amazing, and spoke highly of the type of customer service this company obviously provides. Just wanted to say thank you and we’re glad you’re here in Bryan!
I was impressed with their customer focus. My towing need was on a Monday morning. They were swamped, as expected, but they had an estimated time to arrive. They were on time, very polite, and appreciative of my business. They were professional with follow-up phone calls. Payment was simple and receipt was provided. I will use Precision Towing again.
I just want to say that I think a lot of the negative reviews are actually for "Rapid Recovery Towing," a predatory company in Bryan, TX that does not have a "review" option when you search for it in Google. Instead, Precision Towing & Recovery comes up, which sounds like a reputable and honorable business. If you're looking at reviews to determine which towing company to use, I hope you see this and avoid Rapid Recovery and go with Precision Towing instead. I don't know if Precision Towing does contracts with apartment complexes, but if they do, they seem like an excellent option for reputable towing.
