I went last week n trust me they r scamers I took my nessan for the to change the pulley n the pulley they said they replaced is the same one I had on there when I drove it the whole other pulley came off they changed me 817$ n did even fix anything n when I called them n told them wat happen they pretty much said aint they problem i already talked to my lawyer bout a law suit these ppl r scammers never go there they are not here to help I they here to scam u
So this is the place where a dusty looking mean acting OLD white male comes outside and yells, “Not on our side of the road!” To 3 African American men who are riding their horses on the outside of this business. Excellent customer service. Have helped us out with a variety of needs for our trucks. Fairly priced, polite and do great work. Definitely a shop I trust and recommend!
I've used this place multiple times. Are they the cheapest? Nope. And im okay with that.
I see the bad reviews saying they are rude and mean? I've never had that experience. Nice people running a small business just trying to make it. Is the mechanic super friendly and talkative? No, but I don't need to be freinds with my mechanic, I need my trucks fixed and fixed right.
I'll continue to use this establishment for all my company trucks.
Clearly don’t serve my kind cause I walked, and the rudest receptionist I led up a phone that didn’t even ring and pretended to be on it. It gets 1 star cause at least it led me to a proper mechanic up the street.
I have been using this shop over 20 years. I've never had to take a car back a second time for anything they have worked on. Family owned, honest, fair, clean shop. They are always busy so best to call and make an appointment. The quality of their work inspires confidence. This is hands down the best automotive repair business I have ever used.
I will never let a shop work on my car that can't talk about the problem with me. "Just leave it and we will look at it in 5 days". Looks like you are doing well to blow off customers that took the time to stop by and talk cars. He acted like he didn't want me in there, like I was bothering him. I will take it to Mike at Genesis in Alvin because he will talk and he appreciates the customer. Just remember not everyone has 3 backup cars like you.
Fixed an issue that had me stumped on Ford 5.4L engine. They were great and I'll definitely bring other vehicles in. Don't buy into the folks saying they are rude. It's hard to gauge someone on the phone but they are good people.
The person answering the phone is rude and talks like she hates answering the phone, she even hang up the phone when I was expaling the problem with my car interrupting me and say bye
