Personnel were very kind and knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Technician explained and showed me exactly all they were doing to my vehicle. They have done work for us in the past and I recommend them very highly.

My experience was great. I had 3 area on my 2016 Hyundai that had sun damage. They cleaned the entire car and painted the 3 areas. Paint was a total match! I’m extremely happy.

Absolute magicians for our RV Motorhome. Repair and reseal roof. Fit solar panels and Starlink with in-house manufactured brackets. Replaced ageing bed actuators with in-house manufactured brackets and manufactured rolled steel joints. Repaired and repainted broken steps to as new condition. Sourced parts and repaired foreign manufactured drivers seat. Replaced numerous lights throughout exterior of the habitat. Installed new smart TVs and reengineered old brackets. In short, massive project 110% satisfaction. Entire workforce listened, performed and excelled to a degree that we Aussie travellers have never experienced. A definite journey destination for any Overlander requiring any type of RV support.

Special thank you to Jose for kindly taking me to the auto parts store to grab some oil! My vehicle had dropped 40 points in oil pressure and had dumped nearly all the oil due to the oil plug coming loose. I ended up getting my car right down the road to a lube shop where it was taken care of. Every one was so kind, Gabby was sweet and Joe was knowledgeable regarding classic vehicle restoration. Thanks to you all, my car (which I've only had just one month) only needs paint and not a new engine block!!!! Forever thankful!!!

Definitely one of the worst places in town. Do not go here unless you like frustration, being lied too, and crummy work. The bad reviews are only a small snapshot of their true profile.

The absolute WORST experience. If you want things done right and in a REASONABLE amount of time, do not go here. We had damage from the hurricane and got a quote from C&P BEFORE we even scheduled an appointment. We were told $6k for the estimate. Then sent everything to our insurance, made an appointment for AUGUST and my car sat there until DECEMBER!!! The completely took the car apart without telling us, refused to put it back together and give it back when it had been there for two months already without anything done. Our insurance kept calling without response from C&P except that they made new estimates. They racked up the bill to almost $15k… for exterior damage only. I had to call every week almost to see what was going on because they would say one thing and someone else in the shop would say different. I showed up in person probably 5 times. When I picked it up in December, they STILL were missing a piece. I called for three weeks after just to get that piece back that was maybe 5 in long… then I realized they removed my tinting on windows with absolutely NO damage. Had to go make an appointment with a printing business. So since Aug 15 til now, my car is still not complete. Hoping this saves others from going through the complete BS we had to. Absolutely ridiculous!!

These people are crooks. Truck was wrecked. Insurance sent us here, almost 7 weeks later, the bill has doubled from the initial diagnosis, (this wasn't major). And the bill is now at $12k. Insurance stopped paying for rentals a week ago, and to keep myself mobile, it's costing me daily for a rental. They have changed pick up dates 6 times. From Monday or Tuesday, to the end of the week, 3 times now. 100% do not let your Insurance send you to this shop

Had some damage from a tree limb falling on the hood of my truck. The shop took care of all the insurance claim and did top notch work. Have used them twice now with different vehicles. Courteous and professional. Would highly recommend.

This shop had my 2021 truck with some hail damage from June 3rd to August 23rd. They received a check from my Insurance company for over $8,000, cashed it then attempted to get another 15,000 for repairs from my insurance whom then totals out my truck. Long story short I tell them I'd just like them to finish what they've started being that they already received over $8,000. Wait another week and pick up my truck that has not had a single thing not even the windshield was repaired and they handed me a check for alil over a thousand dollars. NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE! Not to mention I had to come out of pocket for a rental this entire time! Worst experience ever! Most ridiculous business I've ever been involved with in my life. I really think that's a crime or 2! DID I MENTION SOME HOW THERE WERE 3000 MORE MILES ON MY TRUCK!

Update: It did take much longer than expected, but they took care of us with a loaner. Excellent work, looks good as new. Would recommend then in the future! --------------------------------------------- I sure hope you are ready to wait a very LONG time before getting your car repaired!! Original timeline was just over a month to have our pickup repaired after the hail storm we had in Angleton. I call to check in (because they have not called me once during this entire process) and the first hiccup was one of their painters had a death in the family. My heart goes out to that person, but there was no resolution for this (work the painter you have on OT maybe?) and instead I was told "you'll just have to wait". THEN of course the CDK cyber attack affects 15k dealers across the nation. Again I was told "you'll just have to wait". A quick google search brings up several dealers websites to order parts from that clearly say NOT AFFECTED BY THE CDK HACK and C&P's refuse to make any attempt at getting this resolved sooner. Insurance only gave me a rental for month and we're coming up on 8 WEEKS that they've had my pickup and I've been without a vehicle of the last three. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU COME HERE! There is a reason why all positive reviews are short but negative reviews are long. BE CAREFUL. I am extremely angry and dissatisfied with the service I received from this shop. They asked me to take my unfinished car back, promising to call me when they could complete the work. However, after I got home, they told my insurance company the work was complete and took the full payment. Let's see if they actually call back when the replacement part arrives. Otherwise, they will definitely get a one-star review for all the lies throughout the process. 5/12 Update: Still no update and no call from them. I guess they won't be calling since they've already received the money. I'm just glad I have my car back, at least. I'm not a local and moved here one to two years ago. I don't have the luxury of an extra car to use while mine is in repair. I chose this place because they assured me, "The hail guy is coming today, it will be ready today," and "We have a good relationship with State Farm, so I'll get the estimate done and complete the work while getting approval." After one day, they said the work wasn't completed because my insurance company hadn't approved the estimate. After a week of calling them several times, I learned they hadn't even completed the estimate yet. Three days later, they finally finished the estimate, saying it would take an additional two weeks to complete the repairs. The day before the work was supposed to be done, I called to confirm the status and was told it was complete and I could pick up the car. Since it was late, I decided to wait until the next day. However, on that day, a lady called me (the first time they initiated contact) and said I needed to pick up the car the following week. I spent $700 on a rental car, and they took no responsibility for the incorrect completion date. They received $12,000 from my insurance company and did nothing about their delays. They even claimed, "I don't know who told you it would be ready in one day. It is not possible," and "We have so many cars to repair. It is not under our control." Their explanations for the delays were ridiculous. When I got my car back, they told me it would be next week before they could finalize the repairs. But after I got home, they closed the claim and took the money. It's been a week, and I haven't received any calls. Why am I not surprised? STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.

I would recommend Chris & Phil Body Shop to anyone. They did an excellent job on my car.. Kept me updated with text. Got my car 2 days earlier. It was cleaned and looked beautiful. Can't even tell there was a repair.

Great work and done in a timely manner. I got my Jeep back a day earlier than expected. The hard top on my Jeep Wrangler got a corner crushed when we took the top off. I searched and searched for a shop that would repair fiberglass. It looks as if it never happened. If I ever need body work done again, I will definitely be back.

Filed a claim through our insurance Farmers and this was a preferred body shop for them. Took my car in and the estimate process was very quick. Scheduled work for the following week, only took a few days to fix. The work was flawless and they even cleaned my car inside and out!! Highly recommended

I've used C&P's in the past (on 2 totaled cars and 1 paint job) and have been very happy with the service and interactions with staff. I was shocked today, to walk in at 11:35 a.m. on a Thursday, and for my request for a quote to be outright turned down (I literally have 1 scratch that needs to be repaired). No apology, no concern, no question about what I needed--I was simply told I could come back at 1, because they only took appointments, case closed. I got the distinct impression that the red-haired bearded guy felt it was more important not to be rushed into his lunch break, which started at noon. Look, I get that you have policies--but to outright turn away a customer without a smile, without a question, without any customer service-skills? Likely because you're too lazy to walk outside and don't want your lunch rushed? Nah. I'll be going elsewhere.

Excellent service throughout. Outstanding customer service and experience in the modern remodeled shop. Good communication, efficient, very thorough, honest, trustworthy, highly competent and reasonable price. I called and could drop off my car the same day and repair was done quickly.They fixed an issue which was remaining after an accident which happened 6 years ago and were able to make insurance pay for the repair. I went to several shops before but none could identify the problem. Management seems very organized and making it a good place to work. I even got a ride back home by the owner.

Had body work done here, when pick car up on Friday it was very dirty, I told Joe, his answer was it was clean but set out over night. But would wash it again, I didn't have time to wait. But that washing was not included in the quote, ok it was ONLY $3000. Will take it back on Monday 2/17/20 in hopes they will get some specks off steering column?? Very happy to say that on the return visit they did a great job in cleaning and fixing. Thanks

The folks here are very nice and very good. They ask how people are when you bring a car in for an estimate/repair. The repair work is beautiful. It is the same quality work whither your funds or insurance is covering the bill.

Lacking Customer Service. Do not take your vehicle here if you like it. Dropped truck off on October 7 to have the roof painted {old Fords have leaky roofs}. Estimator told me 5 days. 8 work days go by before I get a phone call (Oct 17) said the estimate was going up. I said okay just get the work done. The next time I hear from them was Oct 30. For those of you counting that is 13 working day past their estimate. They said some parts were broken and had to be ordered. They finally called on Tuesday November 5. When I picked it up the roof looked good, I have no complaint about the quality of the work. However while they had my truck for almost a month they managed to rip my seat cover up. Shredded it. They said it was starting to tear when I dropped it off, even had a picture of before, albeit taken after two employees had driven it, by their admission, showing a slight tear that did not exist when I left. The guy I was talking to went to talk to "Him". "He" said no, we are not responsible. Assuming "He" is the boss I would have expected "him" to come and talk to me about the problem. The seat covers are from CoverKing and I have had them for a year no rips no tears. The shop had it for a month and ruined it. Be wary of you personal items left behind, and insist upon pictures before you depart the property if you use them. They have no respect for your time, your vehicle, or your money. *Update: Had to take it back. Found rust spots on roof around windshield. (will add photos soon). Again without my truck i.e. how I get to work. They didn't argue about fixing it (since it's rusting in the exact spot they were paid to paint it would be hard to argue) but it's unacceptable that they kept my truck as long as they did and still didn't manage to do it right or catch the mistake before saying it was done. Will update review once I get it back. **Update Again: Took it back on November 15th. Called on December 3rd to see if it was done. Was told "Oh your truck has been ready". Couldn't tell me when it had been finished and why nobody called any one of the 3 phone numbers I have given them to reach me. Asked to talk to Chris or Phil as they may be interested in how they are paying employees who make them and their names look bad. Was told they wouldn't be in until later. Asked for one of them call me. Picked up truck after work (still haven't heard from either Chris or Phil). If your name is on the building you should be interested in keeping that name in good standing, that is just good business. Gave the roof a once over looks okay but time will tell. Honestly just happy to have my truck back as that is how I get to work to make the money back that Chris and Phil have pocketed from me. Photos posted. Had a great experience with this body shop. Work was quick, professional and very fairly priced. Their paint guys do great work. I have not had insurance covered work done by them, but if I ever need it, Chris and Phil's are who I would use.

Chris & Phil's is a great shop with excellent customer service and skilled repairmen. I have taken two of my cars here for repairs after collisions and am very pleased with the work that was done. They even gave me a ride to the rental car store. I recommend Chris & Phil's to everyone I know.

I just picked up my car from having some warranty work done. First, I want to thank them for a hassle free warranty job. Second, they had great communication and completed the job in a timely manner. On top of that, I picked up a nice clean (washed) car! Thank you!

Went for an estimate. No dent just scrape on my front bumper. Joe checked it said he could buff it out and 10 minutes later I was on my way. No charge just great service. Really appreciated his help. Car looks good as new.

I would give them ZERO stars if I could. If you want to save Money, Time, and all your hairs do not go here! I was unfortunate to drop my vehicle off here, with a damaged front bumper, broken lights/fog lights, and two damaged front wheels. Easy fix right? More than 3 months later, they tell us we some how damaged the alternator, whenever the (Hyundai Elantra,) still turned on right after the crash and still did on our driveway a week after the wreck. Now, I have to tow it away from the shop with two damaged fog lights that they could not replace because they were returning the car to it's "previous conditions or better." They did not even take the time to swap out the donut tire with the new wheel and tire! Horrible service, the only time the service will be if any good is when you are signing the paper/documents and leaving them your keys. Every time I drove to the shop to get an update, just because they would NEVER call me back, you can hear the employees arguing in the back. I can keep this review going on for ages on how pathetic their service really is. All they want is money, they do not think twice about customer satisfaction. I would have been better off fixing the car myself than at phil and chris's body shop

I've used Chris & Phil's a few times over the years and they've always done good work. Just recently my wife got rear-ended at a traffic light to the tune of $10K in damages. They kept us updated as the repairs were being completed (without us having to call them!) and the repair was excellent. Everything lined up great, the paint match was spot on, and didn't notice any runs or trash in the clear coat. I'd recommend them to anyone.

My insurance company referred me to this company to repaint my truck due to wind damage to the paint. They had my vehicle for over 45 days after they estimated 21!!! They could have built a new truck in half the time. The paint job was way over the estimate which my insurance covered. The accessories that need to be replaced had to be thrown in the back due to the fact they didn't have time to install them "HOW MUCH TIME DO THEY NEED" . Every time I called I would get the same runaround which was very frustrating. I finally had to get my insurance company involved to extend my rental coverage due to the fact they recommended this company. I highly recommend you look elsewhere to get your vehicle fixed
