Express Towing & Recovery JunkYard in Pearland (TX)

Had excellent experience with Express Towing. Express Towing was willing and friendly. When my stationary car suddenly refused to engage into Drive, I called for a tow, he asked questions about the symptoms, and with his guidance, he analyzed my car failure from my description and suggested a way to fix it without needing a tow. I am handy, but he had the expertise enough to remotely describe a temporary fix--and actually saved me needing a tow since I was able to fix my car at the spot sufficient to drive it safely. Their neighborly approach and knowledge allowed me to get my car home for fixing without needing a tow.

Nobody wants to call a tow company. But if you have to- CALL THIS COMPANY!!!! Dealt with Terry and Charles this morning. Great people. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Honest. Got my son's truck out quickly and painlessly. CALL THIS COMPANY!

Some of the best towing service i could have received. Was in a bad spot. Needed help and they came to the rescue. Good prices and great customer service from the driver. Definitely my go to tow service.

Express Towing was wonderful to deal with. Very professional and patient with me while recovering my car after Hurricane Harvey. I called other towing companies that just said "we are not towing" and was very rude. Mr. Terry explained to me their timeline and plan of actions due to the water still being high in the area. When the water receded they picked up my car and gave me all of the necessary information to pass onto my insurance agency. I following week I was in Port Arthur helping my family and friends clean up after the flooding from Hurricane Harvey. There was a car in the garage that was flooded out and we could not get it in neutral to move it out of the garage. I called Mr. Terry again and he walked me through the entire process. He definitely helped us out a great deal by going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Express Towing and Recovery to anyone. I truly enjoy dealing with people that genuinely care. Thanks again for all of your help.

From the moment I called I knew I had the right company. The gentleman that answered was very professional, caring, and empathetic about my situation. I have now used them twice in one week the driver James was very funny, patient. Then there was Charles, oh wow...he was amazing. Thank you for being an honest company. Thank you for not making me feel like a dizzy women and talking down to me. I would recommend them to anyone. Try them you will never use anyone else.

Mike was the driver and he was prompt,courteous and very professional. This company went over and beyond what they needed to do to help me in my time of need. They were very reasonable on price as well. I would highly recommend them to anybody I come across that might need a tow. I can't tell them enough just how much I appreciate what they did for me. I'm in customer service and theirs was spectacular.

I contacted Express Towing for services on Saturday . My battery or alternator required service and needed to be towed to a local repair shop. Knowing my issue the owner offer to drop me off at a auto parts stores for a battery replacement to see if that would resolve the issue; and if not he would instruct the driver to tow the truck to a auto repair center. At any other company I would be charged twice; however the owner was going to charge his normal pick/ drop fee. God Bless you and the excellent service you provide during this COVID-19.

First time using these guys and I’ve gotta say 5 stars all around. I called mid afternoon on a Sunday and needed a special kind of flat bed for a big truck. These guys showed up about 15-20 minutes after calling. On top of that I needed it towed twice and he cut me a huge brake. Thanks again guys for being there in my time of need. You have a customer for life.

These guys are douches. I called about a tow, was quoted $150 for a 26 mile tow. Decided to have it towed to a shop much closer, about 5 miles and was quoted $125. I asked if there was a mistake since it was only $25 difference and the guy hung up on me. Called back and he said he wasn't gonna argue. I said I'm not arguing sir I just wasnt sure if there wasnt a mistake. He said it wasn't a mistake, they have a Pearland tow fee of $125. So I said I'd rather have it towed closer to home for $150 please. He put me on hold and said he couldn't help me, goodbye. Okay a**hole. Not sure why good reviews while I was treated like garbage.

Called them and said someone would be there within 15 minutes to pull the truck out with a tractor. The guy showed up right on the dot for $150 dollars. Great customer service and excellence response time! Couldn’t recommend them more. They won’t rip you off

I was in a car accident and the police called out express towing to get my car. The man that helped me was Billy Stewart and he was so kind and helpful. This was my first accident and at 25 years old in a town I wasn’t familiar with so I was a little shaken. He was very calm and talked me through everything and helped to keep me calm during the whole thing. The accident happened around 10pm and because I was without a car my friend and I had to call an Uber to get us... the police just LEFT! They left two young women sitting on the side of the road waiting for a ride... Billy stayed with us for about 20 minutes until our ride showed up. I can’t say thank you enough for the kind heart and incredible customer service this company showed in a very overwhelming and emotional time.

Just finished up with Express Towing and Recovery. From the moment I called at 6 am this morning for a tow to the quick pickup from Mike at 6:45, I could tell that I was dealing with a reputable service. I would highly recommend Express Towing and Recovery and Mike for towing and road side assistance.

Man these guys are great! Some good ol Texas boys. Talk about giving a helping hand. Theses guys helped me out we i was broke down and also help me find a local trustworthy shop to work on my truck. I’d call them anytime. Thanks again

I called Mr. Terry for his service and explained to him I need his service on Monday morning because the car shop was closed on Sunday. He asked me why we can't do that today and I explained to him the reason. Mr. Terry was very rude and hang up the phone right way.

USE THIS TOW SERVICE I've had two vehicles break down in the Missouri City and Alvin area.. Express was at the scene within 15 mins both times and charged me very reasonably. Will use again.

Horrible customer service! I called to try to get a quote after my truck stalled and he (unfortunately I couldn't hear his name)was extremely rude! Asked him if I could give him a call back right away so I can give my mother the details and he said " No, dont" and hung up.

Very rude. Double the price for the same EXACT tow a month earlier. They went to check files and came with confirmation. They were ready to honor the original price, but now with all kinds of restrictions. Very disreputable & arrogant company.
