I am singing the praises of Redline towing company. Their employees helped me navigate a seemingly traumatic experience with ease. From the driver who picked up my vehicle and made sure I had all the information and next steps written down, to the owners who facilitated the transfer to the insurance adjusters. Everything was handled not only professionally but with a great amount of care and empathy for what I was going through. I highly recommend them for your towing needs.
Asked the gentleman for the cost on getting my vehicle out of impound, he proceeds to tell me he can't give me any information since I'm not the owner of the vehicle. After clarification that I was the owner, he proceeded to argue with me saying I told him it was my friends vehicle, 4 times. Even after I had already told him I was the owner. He had a bad attitude and argued with me about what I said and had the audacity to laugh. There's plenty of tow truck services that can be used, I'd call another wrecker service for sure.
Hands down the best tow company I ever dealt with. I called them around 10:30 at night and he was at my truck by 11 o'clock and had me on the road by 11:15.
I would highly recommend them without any hesitation.
I believe Jorge is the one I spoke with and who also towed my vehicle (at least that's what's on my receipt, not sure). Red line Towing & Recovery has great prices and their employees are extremely helpful, patient and kind! I didn't have this process planned out well but Jorge was patient with me while I figured it out and even waited a bit as I got everything situated at the destination for my vehicle. I would definitely go through them again if need be and I would highly recommend them to everyone!
Mr. George is a very honest, caring, and helping man. He bailed me out with a flat tire and a flat spare, and he solved my problem fast and would not let my side until I was roadworthy. You don't find this kind of service very commonly anymore. I wish I could give him more stars. And the price is right.
The service was demoted due to the reception upon entry. Then I had some issue getting the key back for my car. The guy asked for it to inable him to remove my vehicle without more damage, so I was considerate and ablidged and expected the same courtesy when I asked for my key back. No problems when we paid the necessary funds to pick up vehicle.
The owner Redline is such a caring,honest ,& professional man!
If I could give this company more stars I would!!
He is reliable,trustworthy,kindhearted,& straightforward.
I really appreciate how he handles his business the right and correct way.
