I placed the order with Wayen about 7 days ago for 2 ABS parts for a Ford F150 that were for my customer. Every day, he speaks lies about the part being ready to ship. Every day, he misguides me when the time is over. Everything was delayed; he told me to cancel the order, and before that, he was saying your part is ready to ship and that it would be dropped off with my shipping department soon. Tracking will be updated. VERY POOR SERVICE, LESS knowledge about how to run a business.
Kinda confusing since there location moved but the gentlemen there were extremely helpful and knowledgeable couldn’t of asked for better service from a pick a part type of business

Finally an honest used parts facility. Between me and my son we called 15 different wrecking yards between Pasadena and Houston. Every single one of them lied about the engine mileage even after I started telling people I was going to run the vin. I got a great Mustang engine less than 20,000 miles at a better price than everybody else, On top of that all the engines come with a six month warranty. Very friendly people willing to go out of the way and go the extra mile they even took pictures of the Engine and told me what parts were messed up on it from the wreck, before I came in.The place is very clean neat and organized and the engines are kept out of the weather. I will definitely be coming here for all my future parts.
Lil Gil and Wayne help all the time. They have a huge inventory of all sorts of new vehicles, reason I began going. If they don’t have it no doubt it will be there later,,, Now I pass biz off to them all the time towards north Houston and I hear good from all the people that deal with Wayne. I’d stick around to chat longer but these dudes are always busy as that is the industry.
Called and was told part listed online was available, drove 60 miles just to be told they couldn't find the part. They were nice enough to give me the name and number of another place (they also didn't have it).
Called looking for a motor for a 1986 Montero and even though they did not have anything the gentleman took his time to look around if anyone had one and even recommended someone for me to call. Great customer service!!
Great customer service,these guys know what they are doing. Upscale office, not dirty like a lot of other wracking yards. Highly recommended Parts Unlimited.
They were very courteous and got the parts I needed at a very decent price and I would recommend it for anybody to go over there and buy used parts or even after market parts aftermarket parts very good quality

Every time I call here the people are rude and instantly put you on hold then you ask for a part then they don't even look they just say no. Never have bought a part here now I never will
Service was understandably slow, but they had 4 compatable cars in stock, so I was able to find body parts that exactly matched my car in color. Price was less than double rock auto, but for same day service and matching paint, I was very satisfied.
I went there last week. they did not have what I wanted. but the man called around trying to find what I wanted. he was very helpful. I intend to go back. and I will recommend this place to all my friends and relatives. thank you so much parts unliminted
