On January 6 2025 I had a little accident with 1 of their trucks. Nothing major but it messed up my Front passenger quarter panel. Jeff and I talked and on a gentle man's agreement (handshake)he would fix my car. Long story short my car has never driven this good since I bought it. He went above and beyond what I expected. Our company had one of our technicians work trucks with the keys locked inside and we needed it opened right away. Jeff, cole and the crew are very much family oriented, which drew me to them. They are the best in the business when it comes to heavy hauling or rollback and wheel lift operations. Surgical with their equipment is the best way to describe the work scope at hand. I wouldn't use anyone else.
Dylan was very kind, helpful, & a complete gentleman. He jumpstarted my car for me & saved me the towing cost as well as the pain of dealing with a dealership. He even stuck around to make sure it ran well enough for me to get to AutoZone & get a new battery installed. I have only positive things to say about J&M’s wrecker service!
