Willie and the rest of the staff are amazing. Helped me out of a bind on more than one occasion. Delivering parts when I'm broke down or getting me the right ones always so I dont have to come back. Figured I'd use the computer at Walmart to get a filter since I was there already. Wrong filter. That's what I get for not going to Brazoria O'Reilly in the first place. Lesson learned. Won't happen again.
William was amazing! I went in, just knowing I needed a new battery and he figured out which one with very minimal help on my end and even installed it in MINUTES! Thank you so much for your help today!!

The gentlemen working 9/3 around 2 30 pm was absolutely wonderful. I mean it was pouring rain and he kindly replaced my left rear lightbulb he had to get some pliers because it was jammed in there. Again it was pouring rain he got soaked and he gladly helped me out and didn't have to do this. He went out of his way and I truly appreciate him for doing that! Very lucky to have him on your team!
Exceptionally lazy, unhelpful employee customer service. He was barely able to point down which aisle to look for item I needed. Needed a specific air hose so guess I was expected to tear open multiple packages until I found the right one. Store was not busy so no excuse for such poor service. This is not my first experience of poor service at this location, so will not be back.
Friendly employees. Eager to help. Sometimes it gets hectic but it's the only one we have in town so we know to wait and we will be helped as soon as they can
They had all the parts and gears that I needed to my car and also I go there to gets my transmission fluid and the AC fluid stuff that you put into your car to make the AC colder. I also go there to get my sense from my car so it doesn't stink.
This O'Reilly location is hit and miss. Usually miss. They don't ask if you're a rewards member unless you remind them. Staff isn't helpful and I had to lookup the in stock status of items on my phone.
Couldn’t ask for better service! These wonderful gentleman (Barrett and Shane) who came out and helped my daughter with her big truck problem. Fixed it and sent us on our way. A very big thank you.
Well it was little enthusiastic but then the universal joint that I needed for a 1994 GMC Suburban 4-wheel drive the guy counter help name Dustin told me that I have to take off the old one find a ride get back up there and hate to pick the right one so the next day I went to Sweeny I got my universal joint I'm just waiting for it to dry up so it's a little bit of disappointment at O'Reilly's
They were very helpful and patient with me as a woman and not knowing all the answers to their questions. He also changed the battery out for us since my husband is handicapped.
I purchased two battery’s for my F250. A employee of O’Reilly installed both battery. I later discovered that one of my battery terminal bolts had been stripped. I had to order another bolt. I understand things happen. But be honest and let me know instead of me driving around with a loose terminal.
The guys at the Brazoria location are awesome, I was on my way to my sons wedding reception when I blew a fuse in my old car. They were quick to find what I needed and even put it in for me so my hands didn't get dirty. Great job Brazoria.
I had to go 3 different times because I was given incorrect parts twice. Then an employee namesd Ashley W became rude and told me to be quiet she couldn't concentrate because she had fluid on her pants. Very aggravating experience
