Very disappointed with these guys. I needed a wheel seal done on my trailer called them they showed up and done in 2 1/2 hrs and charged me $925. Service call was $145 ai believe plus two amd half hour labor plus the seal and a 1 brake shoes for that amount? Hell no! That’s a pure and dishonest overcharge. Anyone trying to do business with them think before dealing with them.
This guy was great! I had just loaded at Ash Grove in Foreman Arkansas and found a flat on my tractor. I called Recovery Services and he had me on the road in an hour and a half from the time I called! I will definitely hang on to this guys number!
Broke down….. oh no!!!! Figured I’d be sitting where I was for a long time! I was wrong. Thought the repair guy would have to come to me and then go get parts! Wrong!

Glen came and helped us when our car didn't shift gears. He showed up quickly and helped us right away. He got us back on the road and drove us to his shop where he finished fixing our car. He didn’t over-charge and knew exactly what he was doing. Highly recommend!
Completely professional. I was stuck 10 hours and some change away from home and my break line had blown. They arrived at the rest stop I was stuck at made sure that was the issue and fixed it in no time. A God send.
Ran out of gas on the freeway 2 exits from Texarkana found out the fuel pump was toast. Glen was amazing and had the best price out of every other tow company in the area. He towed our truck and hauled our camper with our two kids and dog. He got to us within 45-an hour which is a quick turnaround for any company. Great customer service and communication. So grateful for him and his team pray I never need a tow again near Texas but if I do this the first guy I’d call.

What can I say, some places cut you slack and actually work for a living and some places apparently do not. Well these folks definitely do, as the first place I called was a no show, and after investing an hour an a half or more waiting on them, I went to call this place but they called me back instead. In other words, they were on it. Justin did a great job diagnosing the problem and my truck starts better now than when I first got it a year ago.
As most who work in this field know, truck drivers are not cut a lot of slack SO when someone treats them decently, like these folks do, it's very much appreciated. Way to go guys and keep up the good work. It doesn't go unnoticed.
We have needed help in Texarkana few times and they have helped us every time with very fair rates. They don't rob you like some of the companies do. Yesterday our truck was broke down on I-30 right on the bridge blocking one lane and they got us off the road and got him fixed in 30 minutes. We will definetlety recomend to every body needing road side assitance.

Came out almost immediately. And they got the tire fixed after bringing the wrong tire had to go back and get a new one put on our rim charged 312 dollars In Labor to drive , polite workers and good communication.629 dollars total. He did however unhook and hook up my trailer for me which is a big plus

These guys right here are pretty damn good! I called Glen on a Sunday for a damaged air tank. He called around for new and used and also gave me a welding option, let me make the choice of what fit my budget and get me rolling quicker. The part had to be ordered so it meant more downtime. We decided to weld it. Since the welder shop was closed his tech Mathew( I believe his name wasis) came out, took it out and got it done. 4 hours of downtime. Very good people all around. Reasonable prices for sure
These guys are great, highly recommended. My family and I were on our first day of vacation pulling our camper when we had a blow out. When changing the tire I noticed we had a failed leaf spring, after trying another local shop without success I called Recovery Services at 4:00. They were able to get the new leaf spring and get it installed for us to continue on our trip within a few hours. We didn’t have any other issues on our 3,800+ mile road trip.
Traveling to Texarkana with a single axle trailer carrying a lawnmower and tire blew out. Called Recovery Services to get a tire. The guy argued that the tire he found would work and it was specified which tire was needed. The tire he claimed would work was not the correct bolt pattern and he was told the pattern. He quoted $450 to bring a tire and drop it off. We install the tire. His only job was to get a tire. He said it was $215 for the tire and $235 for coming out. It was around 7:30-8:00 at night. A 4.5 will not go on a 5.5. At $450 I declined the service and subsequently got it towed for less than $200 from another operation. He was also asked how much for flat-bedding the trailer and dropping it at my residence. That would have cost $200. Reasonable rate but why pay $450 for the prior service and I can tow it for $200 and get my own tire for $125. I digress but I will not call Recovery Services in the future.
Edit: And this is the response you provide a customer that didn’t leave a positive review. I still stand by $450 for dropping off a tire is insanity. You were told it was a 5.5 and if you didn’t have one available then let it be. No up charge Thank You and for the $235 fee to bring it and drop it off. I’d have been in a bad position if I didn’t know what I was talking about with the bolt pattern. Thanks for your efforts and you have a great day as well!
Trailer had a flat on the interstate. Called these guys and they were there in no time! Replaced the tire and got us back on our way. Fast and friendly! Great job!
Stopped at a rest stop to use the bathroom. Got back to the truck, and it cranked twice and then died. The first mobile mechanic spent 2 hours and was only able to tell me what he thought the problem might be. Glen was the second mechanic called, and he is the Man! I had a bad solenoid & starter. He went for the parts, installed them, & I was good to go. Total time from when he arrived till I was driving was about 2 hours. Thank you, Glen.
