Just retrieved my car back from them and I’m now experiencing problems with my car alignment and from the damages cause by his improper handling/towing of my property. Unprofessional service and damage to my car go learn how to run a business and actually tow cars because you can do neither correctly!!
I went and tried to recover my truck and from the moment I walked in it seemed all they wanted to do was be rude and negative. Wanted to get proof of ownership out of my truck and they wouldn't let me.. my wife and I are seniors and need help. One guy said he'd go look but made several rude comments about having to go look for my title in the console. I guess they just want my truck.. I'll never recommend them and to bad there's not a negative star. Feel free to correct me bubba green. I felt insulted and belittled..
Mr. Green came out personally on Memorial Day in the rain to save my wife and I from being stranded. We rented a UHaul truck in Raleigh NC and were moving our son to Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, TX. We broke down in the pouring rain in Prescott, Arkansas with a truck full of my son's and his wife's furniture and belongings. Mr. Green showed up and spent 2 hours plus getting us back on the road. He then followed us 45 miles on the interstate to ensure it was performing adequately. He called from his vehicle on the road to be certain before exiting off and heading out to save someone else. We made it to unpack my son and wife at their new home 4 .5 hours later. While unpacking, I received a call from Mr Green just checking to see if we were ok. It's highly unusual to meet someone with kindness and integrity in this day and age that does extra for total strangers. I can't say enough good things about this gentlemen.

They towed my vehicle late Saturday night, I was unable to pick my car up until 11am on Monday. And the guy at 1st couldn't find my vehicle in the system. When he finally figured out what they did with it. He was trying to charge me for 6 days and I said it had only been there since the 1st he then said he was charging me for 3 days. It wasn't even there 48 hours.
Tall white man was mad bc we parked in front of a roll up door n we didn’t see their sign no parking but we new to this place yk. He came to us and in a rude tone told us bout the sign when really he could’ve more understanding and take a more professional approach at the very least. Still paying this man smh wow yeah don’t come here for good service
Very nice place and professional place the young lady who helped me her name was Savannah she was really sweet and made everything so easy and simple for me.
Years ago, my car was stolen. The owner and staff were very rude. Said I had to pay $1500 to get my car back.
This company works with TTPD so beware.

They are very unprofessional! My sister had a horrible experience with them. They are a total rip off and don’t know how to talk to people! Unlike them my sister is professional and tried to be professional but they were not! Please do not do buisness there because we most definitely will be calling the bbb(better buisness bureau) regarding certain workers there rated it a 1 because there was just not a 0 in sight!!!
Best customer service EVER!! The girl that answered the phone was very nice and answered all of my questions. I was calling about the U-Haul service and she helped me with all my needs!

Total rip off they are in it for the money, they towed my car even though it was drivable. Wouldn't talk to me so I could make arrangements for it to be towed by so.eone else it was only there for less than 24 hours and the charged me 385.00 dollars. Very hurt and disappointed by them.
Visited Bubba Green's today to pick up our U haul, had a few set backs but the overall experience was great. Time effected delay but they were quick to fix the issue. Thank you for all the convenient amenities.
The woman that answered the calls is no help I wish I can sit and answer calls all day how the heck yall can run a business? This place has nothing (GREAT)about it just a lazy staff thats move on their time when is slow in the morning.
Called to check on my car after auto accident. They griped me out amd hung up on me for asking questions. They didn't even check if they had my vehicle until I showed up to get it and they didn't have it. Waste of time, very poor service.
Bubba Green's towing...For starters,the lady that answer the phones is rude and not any help. The last several times I tries to use them;they didn't have any tow trucks at that time. Called back and she preferred I use another towing company,smh...Just horrible customer service.
When i mentioned to the woman that they had less than a 60% approval rating; she referred to me and those whom complain; as TROLLS. This took place over the phone on 8/19th/2020. And the corporate office simply relayed the complaint back to this dealer. Zero satisfaction for being defamed an insulted, at all. Thank goodness i did not rent from them!!!
Extremely unprofessional. I was treated like a COMPLETE CRIMINAL. They tow for the PD and assumed I was their normal annoyance. Returned the vehicle for WARRANTY work on their unsuccessful repair and was told my repair took Zero priority and would wait in line as usual. I actually PAID out of pocket to have it towed elsewhere and PAID out of pocket to have the vehicle repaired AGAIN AT MY EXPENSE, Just so I would not have to deal with being treated so poorly.
They replaced our alternator, within a couple months it went out and they showed zero compassion or desire to honor their 1 year warranty and make it right before our son left for college....they were so awful that we left and paid another local company, Shelbys Service Center, to get our son back on the road and they were amazing!!
Biggest tipoff ever. Crooks dont even steal from the poor. They will impound your car or truck and then sell it if you cant afford to get it out. They had my truck a week,and cost my mother $1200 to get it out,hell I didnt even pay that much for it!
Will never rent a U-Haul from them again. I never had a problem with renting a U-Haul until I did it through them. over-drafted my account by charging me the wrong amount on extra things that I did not rent onto my account. Very unprofessional from the start. I should have went with my gut and went to the guy on Texas blvd that I always rent from.
This is the worst place in town to have a vehicle towed. The staff is VERY unfriendly & disrespectful! They make it almost impossible to retrieve your vehicle or belongings. I give them a 0 rating, like everyone else I know does.
I do not recommend this towing service at all. The only reason they are getting a one star is because they answer the phone semi professional. Not only could they not find the vehicle I was calling about but the lady I talked to, who claims was the owner or manager, was so rude and uneducated in the importance of good customer service.
I hope I never have to deal with these people EVER AGAIN.
This place is crooked and are nothing but a bunch of thieves. They completely tore my bosses truck up because the kid they sent to pick it up didn't know what he was doing. He tore the front axel out from under the truck and broke the windows out. All this for no reason. It was a simple tow. Then to make it worse, they all lied about it and tried to cover it up. They sux! Use anyone else but these people!
This place does horrible business, especially the male owner. He is extremely unprofessional and when I went to clean out my parents car after they were hit by a drunk driver I was told all I would need is my picture ID and then when I got there I was told I needed the key because it was locked so I headed all the way back to the hospital to look for the key from my father's room in intensive care(my mother passed away) and when I got back the doors were open and unlocked. Then I watched 4 MEN stand around as I, a female, struggled with my parents belongings all the way through the building to my car, yelling at me because I took a picture of the damage to the drunk drivers car which was also there.
Would rate zero if possible. Had to pick up an impound vehicle from here for the Lein holder. The owner was very rude and did not want to release the vehicle, stating, "Two more days and it would've been mine." He tried to tell us that we would have to come back another day to get it because they don't release on Saturday. Working for another towing company, we know the laws governing this (TDLR Regulations) and we provided an hour notice as required. He then told us that we were lying about giving notice. They lied to us the day before saying they could not hold charges for one day because it was regulated by the city. We ended up getting the vehicle once he realized that we knew TDLR regulations. Overall, a very shady company!
