I wish I could give a lesser rating than 1 star for red river wrecker service. My driver was checked by law enforcement on the shoulder of the interstate and an issue was discovered with the driver license. Trooper would not let him drive to the next safe haven. Trooper called this wrecker service to "DRIVE" my truck 10 miles to their shop. No wrecker involved. Their employee drove my truck 10 miles. They charged me $1,707.75 to drive my truck 10 miles. This is nothing short of robbery and there should be some recourse for such predatory price gouging. I don't know how these people sleep at night.
I RECOMMEND RED RIVER TOWING ! At the end of my shift at 4am , trying to back into a spot. My Big Truck slid into a hole at the foot of the driveway, to what looked like a lil bush across from the Pilot entrance . Well, I was screwed, stuck in a hole ,looked like ,I could stand up in. I called around to other companies ... No one answered , UNTIL , RED RIVER , NATHAN TOLD ME HE WOULD BE THERE IN AN HOUR AND HE WAS GOING TO LIFT MY TRUCK UP AND SET IT ON SOLID GROUND... GUESS WHAT , HE WAS THERE IN AN HOUR! I FURTHERMORE LIFTED MY WHOLE TRUCK UP AND PUT IT ON SOLID GROUND WITHIN A TIMELY FASHION AND WAS CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE MY TRUCK. I COMMEND NATHAN FOR A FANTASTIC JOB ! I COMMEND RED RIVER FOR HIRING NATHAN AND APPRECIATE THE FINE JOB. THANK YOU , AS FAR AS IT GOES I WOULD RECOMMEND RED RIVER TO ANYONE WITHIN THE AREA , NATHAN DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. WAS VERY TIMELY. THANK YOU AGAIN KEVIN JUST ANOTHER TRUCK DRIVER

They answered my (second) phone call and they sent a helpful guy out to jump start my car in Texarkana 40 minutes later. But unfortunately the roadside assistance dispatcher was so rude that I wasn't sure if I was connected to a legitimate company.
Earlier this week I ended up in a ditch, with a dead phone, no charger, no a/c in this heat we’re having, and my 11 year old. This wrecker was called for me and he came quickly and even took the time to see if he could manage to get me out without needing to be pulled out so the price wasn’t as hefty, which was thoughtful and considerate.

Just wanted to say thank y'all for a great job! Called Nathan and less than 30 mins later Jose showed up to take our SUV to Auto Tech to be fixed! He had to come down our flooded driveway in bad weather and managed to not tear our road up! Great service and will use again in the future if the need arises!
As an Owner Operator, there's not much that's scarier than needing a tow. Industry is filled with horror stories. So, I was rather nervous when I got the red screen of death, I30EB just short of Hope AR. MHC Texarkana recommended Red River for the tow. While it was after hours, very nice gentleman took my call, listened, was empathetic, and got Nate dispatched to me. Kind gentleman quoted me an exceptionally fair price for which I am thankful. Nate showed up, and worked his magic. We chatted it up as 2 former armed service members, and he did a n awesome job from start to finish. One of our 2024 Pete trucks got stalled on i30 due to air valve release tank failure. Common issue on a rainy day. Red River Towing was super quick to respond and fixed the issue right away. Shane is very knowledgeable mechanic and explained us exactly what was going on. I must say this is the first time for me to leave a review on a Towing Company but this Company totally deserves it! I just wanted to give a huge shout out to my wrecker driver, Shaun! My starter went out at the gas pump at Sam’s Club on my birthday. My husband wouldn’t come get me or help me. Shaun towed me back to Hope to my mechanic and listened to me vent all the way there! He was very kind and sweet with excellent customer service skills. In these days and times it’s scary to get into a vehicle with someone you don’t know and at a very vulnerable time because your car is not running. Drivers have no idea what situations they are going to encounter as well. Shaun did a great job making me feel safe and getting me where I needed to go and back on the road! If all the wrecker services out here operated like these guys, we wouldn’t be talking about how crooked this industry seems to be in some states. Super courteous, careful with my equipment and went out of their way to help me secure a high security load for our customer. And in the middle of the night on a national holiday. Then they even made sure I got to a hotel that didn’t suck. Also, flat rate pricing that was not only upfront with no surprises but way less expensive than I was expecting or hoping. Their equipment was also very nice. They aren’t cutting corners to offer a fair price for their service. This is what the wrecker industry should be everywhere. Well done.
The serviceman was extremely prompt! He was very professional and courteous. I do not remember his name. However, he made the process quick and easy!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs a tow!

Great experience from start to finish. Even on a Sunday they responded immediately and arrived shortly with two rollbacks. Both drivers went above & beyond getting my truck to the dealer for repair and my trailer to their storge lot. They even helped get me where I needed to go. Highly recommend Red River!!
Shawn made quick work out of loading my car up! They were fast, nice and very affordable even after hours! My ATT roadside assistance and Triple A were going to be over an hour. They were here in 30 min. Highly recommend.

Got a tow from one shop to another today, and given the circumstances, was a great experience. Did not catch the drivers name, but he worked quickly, secured everything properly, and the unload was tricky, but he did a great job making sure not to do any damage to the truck. Friendly, Good conversation on the drive and a fair rate. Can’t ask for much more!
