What a great experience dealing with Neely’s. My wife broke down in Naples in the evening and Teri was so kind and helpful when I contacted her. She had Brent there within 45 minutes and took an awful lot of stress out of a stressful day. Very impressed with the company and their emphasis on customer service!!
The timing was perfect! The communication and professionalism was topnotch. I needed to have my vehicle towed to have some service performed; I called them and they quoted an approximate arrival time. At the quoted time, the tow truck was at my home. I received a link to pay the bill online and I also received a text when my vehicle was dropped off at the shop.

Great service and very quick. Riley was who came out to tow my car to the shop. He had the car on the flatbed truck and ready to go in 10 minutes. He even helped the mechanics push the car into the shop. Will make sure to call Neeley’s if I need any help in the future. Thanks again!
Something was in the road, it busted a hole in my transmission pan. I was saved by Riley. He arrived very quickly. I was in Dangerfield and he was here with in an hour. I was very grateful for that because we are still in Texas heat. Great company great guy. Thanks so much.

5/5 stars for Allen at Neeley’s towing. He was helpful, fast, and efficient! Our family which consisted of kids and a dog was broke down in Texarkana. Allen was able to get us to where we needed to go. He arrived to us in the matter of less than 10 minutes. He took the time to make sure my family got to the hotel safe and called to update me. Allen was a savior to us and we would recommend him and Neeley’s towing to anyone in need!
I had to oversee certain duties remotely while in Toronto, ON for a project that took place at RRAD Texarkana, TX.
Terri was extremely professional and helpful in arranging a very last minute delivery of material handling equipment as well as pickup the next morning. Despite getting several last minute changes throughout the day from the Army, Terri and the driver Mr. Riley were absolute rockstars in helping us fulfill the project requirements for the day.

Truck quit behind a Sam's Club. These guys - Red & Phillip - showed up in 30 minutes, hooked me within another 30, and then got us out of the shopping ctr WITHOUT hitting any curbs! Truly impressed! Nice guys
I called to see how much it would be for a possible tow in the future. The guy seemed annoyed that I wasn’t broken down and currently needing a tow. When I explained that I didn’t need a tow right now but possibly in the future and that I wanted to know what the pricing structure was, he tersely told me to hold on a second. He left me on hold for about seven minutes before the line disconnected automatically. I guess they prefer clientele who are stranded and desperate so that they can price accordingly? I don’t know. So I just signed up for aaa to get my towing. Worked like a charm
Allen was a phenomenal driver, person, and friend that did absolutely all that he could to help me get everything I needed out of my car. He gave me a ride from the hotel to the lot and back to the hotel where I was staying, he made sure that I knew all the great food restaurants around town, and he was just great at what he does all around. Exceptional customer service and care that I will always be thankful for. Allen you’re the best man!
My car had broken down and I was in need of having it towed to repair shop. I had called and spoke with Terri that is the nicest and most terrific person that helped me. Due to it being after-hours and would have cost double, she asked if I wanted to wait until the next morning or if it was possible. I told her it was ok to wait so I called her back at 7am and she set everything up. The driver came by my house and picked up my keys. Terri sent me a text letting me know that he had it loaded and a link to pay my bill. The cost of the tow was cheaper than I had expected. I will definitely be calling them if needed, I can't say enough about the whole situation, once again thank you Terri for taking care of things for me.

I was involved in an accident on May 10th that involved my trailer flipped over and my truck in a ditch. Neely's showed up and pulled everything out with care. The staff was really nice in assuring me that my equipment would be secured. Thank you Neely's for your excellent service.
These guys are awesome call in a hurry to get a generator load on my work train and these people were quick to come and look at it and figure out a solution and with in two hours everything was loaded paid right over the phone and those guy were out of here. I called Neeley's thinking I had a vehicle that needed to be towed. Allen, the driver diagnosed the problem and realized the vehicle was probably just out of fuel. He not only loaned me a gas can but also waited while I ran to the gas station. Turned out he was correct and vehicle started right up saving me an $150 Towing fee. Allen was courteous, patient and professional throughout our entire exchange. Definitely recommend Neeley's for towing services in Texarkana. Thanks again Allen!
I unfortunately had my car break down in Leary and I've been practically in tears from the stress. Allen and Cole were very kind and reassuring! From the second I called Neely's, everyone was exceptional. Allen picked me up from work, drove me to load my hunk of junk onto his truck bed and after unloading my car at the service center, Allen called me to offer me a ride back to work. And it wasn't an awkward encounter - he was great to chat with! 10/10 service. I hope I never have to use towing services again, but if I do I'll 100% be using Neely's.
Friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Allen was there within fifteen minutes even though I called late at night and even gave me some insight on what was going on with my car. I'll definitely be using them again if I need towed here in the future.
Red, the rotator operator came out to undeck my trucks. Terri, reds wife was with him and they are so funny and friendly. I would recommend them every time.
Rough couples days, Had a flat tire on back to back days. Cole was helpful on the phone and had Fred the truck operator in my drive way hooking up within 20 mins. And Fred is super polite and enjoyable . They even gave me a ride to the tire shop! Great group of guys.
Quick, affordable, and helpful. Fred did a great job getting my very low, very dead car loaded up, even though it was parked awkwardly and in mud. Cole was professional, helpful, and friendly, as well.
Kyle was awesome getting us out!! We waited hours waiting on other companies and were heavily stuck in some mud. Kyle got to us in 25 minutes! I couldn't be happier with their urgency and professionalism! If you need a tow, reach out to them, and you won't be disappointed!

Huge Cheers! I called them mid day on Sunday because my daughter had been ran off the road. They were to me within 20 min with two trucks. They kept my daughter calm and worked quickly to safely get her and her truck out of the ditch without a scratch! These guys were super professional. Thank you Kyle and Teri!
