My family and I are traveling from Michigan to Southern Texas on January 1st 2026 when our truck broke down. Called multiple towing companies, and Bakers was the only business that answered phone. The young lady in dispatch was very helpful and had Josh to our location with in 20 minutes he was very professional and hauled our trailer to a campground and our truck to the Ford dealer .Want to thank them for everything they did for me and my family.
Quick response, excellent job. My tire completely sheared off this morning and they had the car on the truck less than 30 minutes later, picked up the tire that rolled 1/4 mile down the road, and got the car to the tire place. Josh was great. Did I mention this was a Sunday?
Josh came and picked my wife and up in our time of need and got us to the rental car place and dropped our vehicle at the dealership. Great guy for sure and good company!
Today, I had to request towing service from Baker’s Towing and Recovery. Josh was there to assist me within a short timeframe and towed my car to a safe location. I give him a five star rating on service provided.
Bakers is awesome! We had a major clean out that we had to do at a property in Redwater, this cleanup ended up being 9 loads in a 16” dump trailer! Everything was going well until the last load when it started raining and I got us stuck! I called Bakers and the very helpful lady that took our call said they would be there within 15-20 mins, and Josh and another gentleman showed up within 15 minutes! Not only did they get my truck and dump trailer out of the mud, but they gave us a more than fair deal, because I was already prepared to pay $300 plus which I am confident is what I would have paid with the other guys, but it was less than half! The crew were over here at Texarkana Junk Pros are very grateful for y’all getting there quickly and efficiently but also not taking advantage of a situation! Thanks Guys, y'all have our business for life, and we tend to get stuck a lot!
I was broke down on interstate 30 and Josh showed up within 20 minutes hooked up. and got rolling within 10 minutes very professional I highly recommend them
Josh picked up my Nissan Titan and took it back to our house. It was very knowledgeable and kind and parked it right where we wanted it to be. There were no issues with him whatsoever. It was very helpful with the last experience we had with them and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. This tow was done, professionally and with kindness we greatly appreciate his help.
I used my AAA service and Bakers Towing sent Josh out to help me. He arrived in less than 10 minutes and kept me updated the entire time, even letting me know when he was on the way. Had a blowout in a very busy area and had no jack to change my spare tire. They were there within no time and had me on the road quickly. Very satisfied with the service!
My manufacturers warrant(Kia) dropped my service call on Bakers. After 70 minutes I call Bakers office. Lady on the phone apologizes for the delay because they've been busy but they have all our info and will be be out in 20-30min. Almost an hour later the warranty people call to see if I've been picked up, nope. I get that club tows don't pay much and other calls take priority over them. But pick up the phone and tell your customer if you can't do it. Don't leave em on the side of the road.
I was calling from outside the country but I needed a tow for my brother whose truck was stranded at the comfort suites. I tried calling a lot of towing companies and none picked up the call I called Baker's towing and they picked up the first time, quoted me a reasonable price and in less than 30 minutes they were already loading the truck. Very quick and professional service. I didn't get the name of the driver or the wonderful lady that took my call and understood my broken English but my brother and I are very thankful.
Josh (rollback driver) responded quickly and got me off the side of I-30 within 45 minutes of me calling Bakers. I had already been waiting for GMC roadside assistance for 2-1/2 hrs and they couldn’t get it done. Highly recommend Bakers

Mat picked us up outside of Foreman right when he said he would. He hooked up our truck quickly and got us to Texarkana. The person on the phone can do better at getting the location to the driver but Mat reached out to us directly for our location. He was courteous during the whole service.

We had an accident in the middle of the night, and Justin came to our rescue. He was incredibly professional and kind throughout the whole process. Not only did he tow our car, but he also went above and beyond by taking us to the nearest airport so we could rent a new vehicle. While traveling, we had a blow out. Roadside assistance sent Bakers towing. Justin came quickly and he was so kind. I needed two new tires and Justin even called and helped us find a local place for tires and alignment. I would definitely recommend them Justin was a godsend!

Justin was amazing. I was expecting an hour and a half so it was no biggie but he called me maybe 15 mins after I put in my request and said he was on the way. He came hooked my baby up and even talked to me for a few minutes. He was super friendly and I appreciate that due to the stress of my car already having issues. I appreciate him so much! Words can not describe the experience I had with these guys or the amount of thanks I have that they came to my rescue. On a recent trip my truck had a wheel fly off at highway speeds 1000 miles from home in the middle of the night. When I called I had no clue where I was or what I was going to do because my wheel was somewhere in a field and we couldn’t find it. Justin answered the phone and showed up quickly to help get my truck out of traffic. He then gave me a ride to a hotel and dropped my truck off at a shop to try to get fixed the next morning. I spent the night wondering if the shop would be able to find a wheel or make the repairs and wondering what I would do if they couldn’t. To my surprise the next morning my phone Rang and it was Justin calling to tell me he found my wheel and was bringing it to the shop. Unfortunately the dealership couldn’t get the parts to get me fixed but yet again Justin saves the day and helped me get to another shop to get fixed up enough I could trade it in get a new truck and not loose to much. These guys go above and beyond !!! They treat you like family. I appreciate everything you all did to help me out Thank you again !!!!!!!!!
