Had a blowout in a very busy area and had no jack to change my spare tire. They were there within no time and had me on the road quickly. Very satisfied with the service!
My manufacturers warrant(Kia) dropped my service call on Bakers. After 70 minutes I call Bakers office. Lady on the phone apologizes for the delay because they've been busy but they have all our info and will be be out in 20-30min. Almost an hour later the warranty people call to see if I've been picked up, nope. I get that club tows don't pay much and other calls take priority over them. But pick up the phone and tell your customer if you can't do it. Don't leave em on the side of the road.
I was calling from outside the country but I needed a tow for my brother whose truck was stranded at the comfort suites.

I called Baker's towing and they picked up the first time, quoted me a reasonable price and in less than 30 minutes they were already loading the truck.

Mat picked us up outside of Foreman right when he said he would. He hooked up our truck quickly and got us to Texarkana. The person on the phone can do better at getting the location to the driver but Mat reached out to us directly for our location. He was courteous during the whole service.

Justin , was an outstanding from Baker Towing and recovery at 3407 South Lake Dr. in Texarkana. My wife was on a trip back from TX and was stranded . He was there promptly and got her to the dealership for repairs quickly. Emily at the dispatch was also very helpful in getting someone out promptly . If you breakdown in that area Baker’s is the one to call for your tow.

Had a great experience with Baker's towing. We were heading home from Arkansas back Texas and having transmission problems 30 mins north of Texarkana and needed to get back home, 185 more miles, on a Sunday afternoon. Called a few places in Texarkana and they either wouldn't tow that far or would not do it on a Sunday. Called Bake'rs towing and talked to Justin, He was willing to do it with no problem. The price was kinda what I was expecting, not cheap but not overpriced. It was a 3hr trip so it was about what i thought it would be. Justin was great and did a good job, got us home safe.

Justin was amazing. I was expecting an hour and a half so it was no biggie but he called me maybe 15 mins after I put in my request and said he was on the way. I very rarely leave reviews but these people were truly angels in a desperate time of need. My car stopped while on a roadtrip from California to Nashville. I had to leave my car in Texas b/c of a job interview the next day in Nashville. Emily and her crew helped me from 8 hours away when I couldn't physically be with my car. Emily picked up every phone call, arranged my car to be safely towed and even helped me when I had to mail some documents for the car. They were the definition of absolute grace and kindness and reliability. thank you thank you thank you!
Words can not describe the experience I had with these guys or the amount of thanks I have that they came to my rescue. On a recent trip my truck had a wheel fly off at highway speeds 1000 miles from home in the middle of the night. When I called I had no clue where I was or what I was going to do because my wheel was somewhere in a field and we couldn’t find it. Justin answered the phone and showed up quickly to help get my truck out of traffic. He then gave me a ride to a hotel and dropped my truck off at a shop to try to get fixed the next morning. I spent the night wondering if the shop would be able to find a wheel or make the repairs and wondering what I would do if they couldn’t. To my surprise the next morning my phone Rang and it was Justin calling to tell me he found my wheel and was bringing it to the shop. Unfortunately the dealership couldn’t get the parts to get me fixed but yet again Justin saves the day and helped me get to another shop to get fixed up enough I could trade it in get a new truck and not loose to much. These guys go above and beyond !!! They treat you like family. I appreciate everything you all did to help me out Thank you again !!!!!!!!!
