Quite often end up with broken or wrong parts from this place. Recently just tried to sell me gaskets that were clearly bent I'm sure no less than three people put their hands on these bent gaskets and just sent them down the line instead of replacing them
It was a rainy day. I needed new wipers. I stopped at O'Reilly Auto Parts, paid for the new blades, and sat in my car while the young man changed my blades. Thank you for the fast and efficient service.
I had to get a new wiper blade for the rear window. Employee removed the worn out one, found the correct replacement and installed it for me! Very cool. Cost was very reasonable! Parking abundant.
Came in July 10, 2024 with a car problem. There was something wrong with the transmission in my car (not shifting properly) and the guy working told us that it was the oil or antifreeze. When we told him it was not one of those, he looked and talked to me and my friends like we were stupid (probably cause we’re girls). He told us that he’s not supposed to help us but he “graciously” “helped” us (which did nothing). He said that there isn’t anything wrong that would leave us on the side of the road and guess what, it did.
I purchased the battery from them. The battery quit working a few months. If not more they were very sweet about replacing it. No questions asked just brought it in and they give me a brand new one.
Friendly, helpfull associates every time I go. Different free services like windshield wiper installment and will check to see why your check engine light is on.
I bought a serpentine belt from Chris during my trip to Michigan. I got stuck at a gas station because I didn't have the right tools to replace the belt. There, I bumped into Chris again, and after explaining my situation, he so kindly went to his home and brought me the right tools to replace the belt. Without his help, we would still be stuck at that gas station and would have never reached home. Give this young man a promotion! Thank you, Chris, and God bless!
Traveling through on my way to Memphis from west Texas. Brandon went above and beyond to help me. Made sure to get me the right product, without breaking the bank. Had to stop in and get a battery. Scanned the QR code in the battery section and it took me to the site where i entered my vehicle details and it told me whoch battery fit my vehicle. Very simple process and no running back and forth needed
Daughter went there today, got a 5 qt container if oil and asked for help. Dude proceeds to pur like 2 to 2.5 quarts in, spills it everywhere and doesn't clean it up. Young kid. I called and spoke with manager, didnt even get an I'm sorry, just that when he sees him, he will talk to him. Stated that they aren't supposed to even do that. Not very good business thru all of it. Wont go back there, you just list my business.
I love going to this place for parts they get you what you need and if it's not in stock they can have it either the same day or delivered the next morning. Very professional great prices compared to other places

Let me begin with thank you. My husband and I were driving to Pa when our truck broke down. We want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO RONNIE! Ronnie was a godsend literally. He worked so hard for us into the night and drove us in his own vehicle to a hotel. He got our truck up and running. He worked tirelessly in the heat for hours. Ronnie you are awesome! Thank you! O'Reilly New Boston Texas is a go to for all your automotive needs. You will find a very knowledgeable staff. Not only are the staff knowledgeable, most of them are very friendly, and willing to take all the time necessary to take care of your automotive needs. The store is well stocked, and any part you need which is not on hand, can usually be obtained over night. This is not just a great store, it is my go to Auto store.
Fast and professional, had exactly what I needed... Someone asked if they do free a/c checks.. the answer I saw was no so you might check with Lonestar auto it is on the right on hwy 8 right past Pitt grill... Not sure but they may can help you out!!
Have always had a great experience here. Very helpful staff good stock of parts and even though I had a odd battery the asst manager took his time and got it installed correctly.
