I was SCREWED, my 4wheel dirve Ram 3500 broke down while towing my 5th wheel on the way to move to Tennessee. My insurance company couldn't find anyone to tow me and I must have call 15 places in Texarkana. No one could help for one reason or another. I found one company who would come tow me 30 minuates for like $600. I was about to do it but made one more call to to Motortow and they SAVED THE DAY at $165 and was there in 30 minuates. You can count on these guys!!!!
I just moved to Texas and my car motor had dropped. I contacted roadside assistance and they referred me to this company and I am so excited they did. Estimated time was 70 minutes. Tow truck pulled up In 3 minutes and he made me feel so safe and pulled up with a smile. I just wanted to say I appreciate the service and will use/ refer them to everyone I know.

They were very quick at getting to us when we had a blow out on the side of the road. The spare tire was also no good. They are courteous and seem to work with you if need be! They were awesome in every aspect possible. Highly recommend them!
I was traveling from Tennessee to Dallas. My car broke down in New Boston. I contacted a shop and they referred Motortow to tow my car to their shop. The driver, Dusty was there in less than 10 minutes. When he arrived he helped transfer my luggage to his tow truck. He also took me to a nearby truck stop to wait on someone to pick me up. Dusty was very professional and kind. The lady I spoke with in the office was amazing as well! I needed additional paperwork for my insurance claim, she assisted me and got me everything I needed! Thank you Motortow!
MotorTow is NOT A SAFE COMPANY I had a flat tire on a trailer on I-369 it's a 65 mph road they send a kid out to change the tire in a car! Why not a tow truck with safety lights to help protect us an he didn't bring a jack out big enough to jack my trailer up. Then they send another wrecker out but it took so long I happend to try the the jack that came with my 2017 f250 an omg it lifted it all. By then the other tow truck driver shows up sees we got it ends up pissed off an leaves, instead of staying behind us to help keep us safe!! HEY!!! MOTOR TOW DO YOU NOT REALISE HOW DANGEROUS IT IS ON THE HIGHWAYS FOR YOUR DRIVERS AN CUSTOMERS!! STOP BEING CHEAP AN GET THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT!! Thank god AAA is paying for this CRAPPY SERVICE!! I told AAA if they ever send Motor Tow out for me I will cancel my service immediately! DO BETTER MOTOR TOW the lives of your drivers an customers should mean something more then just financial gain!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!
Driver charged for more miles than it actually was. I used Verizon roadside assistance. Verizon verified this and refunded my money. Do not recommend these shady people.
Motortow really helped me out and did a great job getting my truck 100mi home. Their prices were extremely reasonable (as opposed to their local comp which was 2x+). Hopefully I wont need them again, but I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I hope I never see the tow truck again, but if I am in the area and ever needed it, they will be the first people that I call!!
So kind and really took care of a young lady on the side of the highway. I felt safe, great conversation to ease the stress, and got me to Walmart just before they closed! I had already planned on getting a hotel because I did not think I was going to make it in time…

Awesome AAA service! Dalton came to rescue us late on a Saturday with a storm coming after umping four games. Took us straight to City Tire and we were right back on the road. Thank you!
Great service to get truck off interstate and to get to a motel. Tried getting them to take me back to my truck to get my medicine. Was told they would get back with me. It’s been two days no reply even offered to pay for services. The motel went out of there way to help me to get back to my truck and back to motel. Judge for yourself if services are 5 star. In my book not as much.
I can't recommend this service enough!! They came to my rescue as soon as they possibly could, and swapped out my tires faster than anyone I've ever seen! Super crazy nice guy that came out!! My husband and I were driving back home on a trip and just before midnight something in the road shredded our tire. We had a spare but couldn’t get it changed because the lug nuts seemed to be stripped. Motortow was found by our roadside assistance service but with an expected 2-3 hour wait. We were nowhere close to anything and I called in to check on timing. They said they would be right out and I was so thankful that they were. Unfortunately the tire wouldn’t budge. We didn’t know the area so I asked the guy who was helping us if he could tow it to a local tire shop. He felt comfortable with one and before you know it we got a ride to drop the car off and since we had to wait until morning he gave us a ride to a nearby hotel. Truly a lifesaver. He had mentioned if the tire shop didn’t have the right size tire he knew a guy to recommend who may have it. (If not for this recommendation we would have been extremely delayed in travel) Once we needed a ride back to the tire shop we realized Uber did not service anywhere near the area and thankfully he had left a card if we needed help. He had somebody come pick us up within minutes. He also called to follow up to make sure we were on the road and heading home safely. If you ever have a need for a towing place, you will be in great hands if you choose this place. Instead of being stranded possibly for hours overnight we were saved quickly and treated like family in the process. Above and beyond. I believe the man’s name was Trent. I hope he reads this and knows how thrilled my whole family was to have us home safe because of this WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ll forever be telling this story.
This company is the best to work with, one of the most professional businesses and people I’ve ever dealt with. My truck was in a bad accident and Motortow did a great job clearing the wreck and bringing the truck back to their yard. The communication was excellent especially with Trent the owner who runs a top class business and is also a top class guy. I’m all the way up in the Chicago land area and Trent was always there to answer my calls or emails to provide any info needed and to make this process go as smooth as can be. Would definitely recommend Motortow to anyone in need of top shelf service.
MotorTow assisted us when our car engine caught on fire and we were on the Highway stranded. The tow truck drivers were very nice to drop us off at the nearby gas station/Denny’s so we could wait for help to go home. Thank you so much for helping us in that difficult time

We had a blow out on my 5th wheel camping trailer 13 miles out of town. We were matched with motor tow through our insurance. The dispatched driver called us to let us know his ETA. Very professional and courteous upon arrival. Within 20 minutes, he had helped me change out the ruined tires and off we went. The whole exchange could not have been better. Thank you for your help
