Came and winched out of mud was there 15-20 minutes too charged me $295.00 witch I think was somewhat high driver was very knowledgeable and professional but wouldn’t recommend because of price
They were very fast and friendly. They showed up within 15mins of calling. I was so happy because i was on the interstate and traffic was scary. They came and changed my tire for and only charge $65
My son and his friend were stranded in the middle median of highway 30 in the middle of the night. They were stuck and unable to move their car. They called Ace Wrecker services to assist them. As you can imagine, having to call someone you don't know, in the middle of the night to help can be a little worrying, if not, flat out scary.
Knowing that we couldn't help from a far, we prayed that all would end well and they would be taken care of. I am writing this review to say that they were taken care of and how I would absolutely recommend you call them in a time of need. Mr. Jimmy handled the call and took great care of son and his friend. I was told that he was caring, sincere and went the extra mile to ensure the boys got on back on the road safe and sound. Thank you very much.
My vehicle broke down while traveling through Texas, I called AAA and this towing company came to my rescue!! The driver Aaron was so kind and caring. It was on Sunday so he recommended a good repair shop, had it towed there. He dropped me off at a hotel!! Highly recommend this company! Thank you!!
The worst. Undependable, especially to roadside assistance programs. Do not use if you wish a sure response. Roadside assistance program had to contact another towing service to fulfill what Ace was too undependable to fulfill.
They were fairly quick and Easly was really nice and tried to help us. He even offered to take me and my daughter to the shop in the truck in spite of the covid restrictions. I have to clarify that we are both vaccinated. I really appreciate the dispatcher being patient with my calls and questions. 10/10 would call again!
Ace Wrecker Service towed a car that my son was driving that had my sons personal belongings including 450 cash , his College bowl rings from Purdue University and his college degree which were inventoried by a DPS trooper but they were not forthcoming with proof of what they did with his things ! This place is not to be trusted and have no integrity whatsoever and is a good ole boys den of thieves ...
The service was ok, took longer than expected to arrive. My biggest complaint was the amount charged. It was almost $200.00 to pull my car 30 feet out of the mud. I would say this was border line price gouging. I have used them in the past and it didn't cost anywhere near this amount
Evidently there are different prices if they tow your vehicle from a wreck. I've never been charged more so much for a tow ever. The secretary says it's because of state regulations that the price nearly $800 even with a discount. (This doesn't seem to hold true at other wrecker companies though) They only gave me a small discount bc my insurance was liability only.
Aaron came out at 1 in the morning quickly and professionally. Was broke down in the road very dangerous area. Thank you ace wrecker and thank you Aaron. Recommend
I ran out of gas less than 1/2 mile from the gas station so I called them..... they brought me 1GALLON OF GAS!!!!!! THEY CHARGED ME $75!!!! TO DRIVE 1.9 MILES TO BRING ME GAS! I GUESS SINCE IT WAS 2 WOMEN THEY RIPPED US OFF BIG TIME!!! VERY DISSATISFIED!!
Somebody had stolen my bf truck . Got the keys out of my purse and took the truck and Ace is the Wrecker service they called and I couldn't have been more pleased.
HORRIBLE customer service with the driver!!! I had an accident and called my AAA, I told them what happened, they said I was covered for an extraction and tow to my house, 5 miles away. Driver asked me FIRST THING if I had full coverage. (I did not on this vehicle, it's a paid for farm truck.) He then said, "That's too bad, we were hoping you had full coverage." He took pics, and informed me he could pull the truck out, but it would be $150 to haul it the 5 miles to my house. I did not have that much money, Triple A said they "MIGHT " have extra charges if they have to use any special equipment. He did not. So he informed me his boss said to go ahead and load it, they would just impound it. So I told him to leave, I would deal with it. He refused, so I had my coworkers come and tell him to leave.
I used to drive a very similar truck, I KNOW what it takes to remove the vehicle from where it was, and all it takes is a cable, a winch, and once it's loose, tilt the bed and just load it up. NOTHING EXTRA unless you're a total moron and don't know how to do your job.
I was already upset about the whole thing, and did not need a tow company to try to rip me off and take advantage of me.
(It's okay, I had the neighboring farmer come pull it out, my son loaded it onto a flatbed trailer, and we were home faster than it took for this kid to take pics, and his several texts to his supervisor to try to rip me off. )
Pretty sad when they inflate charges on an alone in the middle of nowhere female. I am glad my friends were close and helped.
This company was a LOT better when the other guy owned it.

I want to thank Abraham for helping me and my family, our car broke down and no one wanted to come, we waited 2 hours, then Abraham came and he was the absolute best! He was kind and funny! Parker was the service technician who helped me tonight, he was very prompt, professional, and helpful. He picked me and my 6yo son and towed us two hours back to our house. He was very understanding about rest-stops for my son which was a load off my shoulders.

Spoke to Misty. She was kind, patient and informative. She looked up the location where we were going to get a new tire to insure they were open on Sunday. She gave us the price up front and an ETA for the driver. Abraham showed up and told us we could wait in the wrecker in the air conditioning. He had our car hooked up in no time. He was polite, efficient and we had a pleasant chat on the way. The price was reasonable and the customer service was first class! Thanks for making the best of an unfortunate situation.
This company is AMAZING! Not only did they tow our vehicle to their lot, but they brought another truck to carry my husband to Enterprise TWENTY miles away!! They then came back in a personal vehicle to our hotel and showed us how to get to their lot and help us get our things out of the car!! I have never seen such a nice company! Would definitely recommend them!!
Used Ace Wrecker today to move my 1957 Ford Thunderbird - they did an outstanding job of taking care of her and to top it off I left my phone in the their truck and they came to my home to drop it off - they are now my go to for any wrecker service - A+ Service
I mean who wants to deal with this situation... So guess they were just doing their job except when we were polite even told them we understood. But they call the cops and say they thought we might try to "break our car out".. really.. who would??? Dumb..

We broke down on the way to our vacation on a Friday after regular hours. Dakota came to save the day! A tow back home would have been extremely expensive. As soon as he got there and heard what the transmission was doing, he knew exactly what was wrong and how to do a temporary fix to get us up and running!! These guys were fast. Was told 30+minutes but someone was there to get me in about 10mins. Guy driving the truck was really nice and helped me out. I would recommend these guys.
