I first had my car worked on last year and it was an issue with my hybrid battery and they had it fixed within a couple of days. Recently I had to take it back due to electrical issues but they got it all fixed up in a day. Very honest people who are not trying to sell you anything extra.
My Durango was damaged after hitting a curb on a Sunday afternoon, Monday they arranged a tow from house to the shop and kept me informed of the progress and any adjustments I needed. Back on the road Tuesday. Top tier service. Highly recommend
I took my daughter’s car in because it was pulling hard to the left and driving rough. I assumed I needed a front end alignment. They performed an inspection and found that the front left tire had separated so they recommend I get two new tires. I went and got two new tires and the issue was fixed. Thanks for your honesty!

I have used Victory Lane as my mechanic shop since I moved here a few years ago. They consistently give me great service, explain the reasons for things, get my approval for everything done to my vehicles, and always work efficiently to get me in and back on the road either same day or the following day. Ever since I moved to Schertz I've been looking for a respectful honest mechanic shop to do business with, and I have been burned time and time again.. my experience with Victory Lane automotive has given me hope that there's still honesty people around... My husband took my suv here because my breaks were squeaking and they were honest enough to tell him they didn’t need to be replaced because they still had good pads. A friend recommended Victory Lane several years ago and I am so glad she did. They are not close to me, but worth the 30 minute drive. Their service is top notch and their customer service is exceptional, especially Rachel.
2 years ago I had my brakes done and they have squeaked off an on since then. They have checked them for free a couple of time to make sure they were working as they should. Then as the squeaking became constant they replaced my brakes for free.
As a single female, I completely trust them and have never felt they are trying to be dishonest or take advantage of me. I cannot say that about other shops I have been to.
A neighbor recommended Victory Lane and today I took my 2012 Camry for a check up after the local dealership told me the car needed extensive repairs. Turns out only a couple of minor things were needed and the work has been completed! Friendly and professional service, I was very pleased. I was able to review the detailed photos of the inspection and feel confident about the repair recommendations they provided.

It can be hard to find an honest reputable garage that cares about the Customer this much. My husband and I were looking for garage that was close to our home and came across Victory Lane. I can't say enough good things about this business. The wesite to book service was easy to follow. Then a confirmation notice and reminder text sent the day before. After dropping the car off I received a phone call staus daily. An inspection email detailed all the things looked at and included pictures of any concern. I had issues and expected a $$$ associated. They offer financing if needed. WOW! Hands down service and earned a new loyal Customer! Even washed the car before returning it to me. Highly recommend. My husband and I are VERY impressed at the level of care we received.
Hey y’all, long story short I am handy in the shop but needed a place to take my trucks to do the jobs I don’t want to tackle on my own these guys are so professional and polite the amount of communication is perfect.
I’m completely blown out of the water with the service I’ve received. Plus! They are a BG dealer! So far I’ve had them do an alignment on my 2002 f150 after I replaced the front suspension and they did fantastic.
I sent my dad over there to have work done on mom’s truck and they did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problem.
Definitely will be coming back to do business with these guys 10 out of 10 would recommend
Took my Mother's car in to fix a loud squeal upon startup. I expected an inexpensive belt replacement. They replaced the belt plus 3 other parts and charged me $900. The lubricant they put on the belt initially wore off after a few weeks and the squeal came back. When I took it back in, they wanted another $1200 to "fix" the squeal but would not guarantee this would remove the squeal. ???
No thanks. $900 lesson for me on who not to trust.
When I was there this second time, there was another person getting warranty work and she was outraged that the $7400 she spent did not fix the problem. They were giving her a hard time about being "out of warranty" - I guess if you don't find problems with their work within 3 months, you are out of luck. I hope they took care of her car. Our lives depend on our vehicles being repaired properly. I hope you have better luck here than I did, if you dare to go here.
Hello everybody, I just wanna say you need some quality professional auto repair and the staff are excellent. I had some work done on my 2019 Chevrolet,Tahoe, AC service and other preventive maintenance done as well and they do an excellent job and their turnaround time is superb. I enjoyed being around the guys there in the office, Anthony, Nick and Rachel I would recommend them to anybody even though it’s a long ride from where I live, but it was well worth it, thank you again guys For the excellent Work you did on my vehicle. I give Victor Lane Automotive from scale one to ten, 10 stars ⭐.

I took my son’s Lincoln in for a/c issues. He was told it would be over $1200 to fix the compressor. Anthony and the crew at Victory Lane Auto took the car, ran a diagnostic. $400 later my sons a/c is blowing COLD ait again, saving us over $800. They very easily could have charged us more. They were honest and very quick, had the car the next day. Thank You Anthony and Victory Lane Auto. I will definitely recommend them to all friend and family. 5 Stars!!
Have used Victory Lane for the past 15 years. They always provide top notch service and are friendly and responsive to your needs. They may not be the cheapest, but I have taken my vehicles to other shops and the prices are about the same. The thing that keeps me going back is that I trust them. They always give me upfront prices and their service recommendations are spot on. The don’t try to sell you BS unneeded services. They also treat you with dignity and respect…you never feel like you are bothering them. It’s hard to find good service these days, but this place has never let me down.

I came here on 5/6/25 and i just wanted to say , these guys were awesome answering all my questions and concerns i had on my 2014 dodge challenger transmission flush , specifically Anthony , i was worried something might go wrong after the flush but he reassured me that if something was not good he would call me. He sent pictures of the current condition of all my fluids and everything went great. I have peace of mind now and will definitely be coming back for my next scheduled service. Also , i almost didn’t come here because of some of the negative reviews but i noticed that they responded to all of them and im glad i went here.
