I only gave a one star because that was the only option. Rude people. We asked for a detailed invoice before we paid and were told rudely that we couldn’t have it until after we paid. So how am I supposed to know what I am paying for? Also, several things in my truck were missing, including unopened drinks. This is very unprofessional. Close this place. Please BBB!

Be ready to come back different trips back and forth. They will say that their machine is not working to pay with a card. This business is super shady. Do NOT RECOMMEND.
Worst experience ever! Very unprofessional over the phone and in person. Can't make contact but thru a small opening in a door. Very rude and unprofessional not to be able to talk to a person. Couldn't tell me if car was drivable or not, and gave me a price over the phone and then was different price in person. After I mentioned the difference in prices she said I must've heard wrong (3 different times). I asked to speak to person I talked to over phone and they said she not available and was in a different office smh! Unprofessional business etiquette at its finest. The workers are rude and hostile they get aggressive for no reason , there’s no reason to speak to customers that way when we are all being gentle , nonetheless they are too hostile and aggressive.
If i could give this place 0 stars I would! The lady at the office and who answers the phone is super rude to start off. 0 customer service skills, she has no manners at all. 2nd they won’t even give you the price to take out your vehicle over the phone like any normal towing company. 3rd that same lady gave me incorrect pricing over 3 times, plus said she confused my vehicle for a crashed vehicle when she had the registration information in the first place. When I first went to get pricing she said $485, went the next day and said $496, then she said she confused my vehicle and went for the “correct” pricing $510 then after she did the paperwork to charge me, she said it was $460. So how can you confuse pricing for the same vehicle over 3 times after I gave you all necessary information to tell me the correct pricing.

Wendy was very unprofessional on the phone, the site says 24hrs but no ones there until the next day which i’m assuming is so they can get more money, they’re all extremely rude, wendy said we needed to make an appointment and we waited 30 mins for said appointment just for the workers to come walking up with beer to open gate past our appointment time and they’re still not here. VERY VERY unprofessional, rude and not understanding at all. just money hungry.
This place is trash!! My car got towed yesterday at 12 pm. Today they’re telling me it’s $900 to get it out. It’s a mustang and was towed less then 5 miles!!
Bunch of ratas and they know it that’s why they cage themselves in a building with a qlittle window of a hole to talk to. Very rude, they don’t tell you anything about pricing, they see what you come in and price you based on the car you drive so if you have luxury cars expected to be priced gouge.

The lady that answered the phone was extremely RUDE! Not helpful at all. Blocked all my calls and would not give me any assistance. The older gentleman was also not helpful. They Just want money. They don't care to help the public. Please don't do business with them. You will regret it.
Very unprofessional, wouldn’t tell me what I was being charged for until after I paid. Was charged 500 for towing call out, 250 for labor, and 225 for off-roading fee when the car was on a regular lawn. Car wasn’t even muddy. Total was 1093 when car was only there from Sunday morning till Monday afternoon (30 hours total) was also charged notification fee. Overall this place is very unprofessional and they like to price gouge. Can provide receipt if they complain for incorrect information. Very very unprofessional. Will definitely fight this.
Waaayyy overpriced for no reason!! Was charged 1,000 to try to get my car back and it was only with them for one full day, they picked it up 15 min away and the drop off is only 8min away. RIDICULOUS.
Horrible experience , I was towed 1.1 mile and was over charged .the woman at the office has an attitude problem she gave me a hard time to get my truck. I will not recommend this place I hope they get fined for taking advantage of people.

Laughing in our faces when we asked a question and they replied with a sarcastic response and laughed. Very immature and unprofessional business. The city ordinance fee is the cut that the cop gets for calling the tow. They work together and that's not right. Alamo cop called the tow before she gave me a chance to make a decision.They both scam people. Dont ever go with this business.
Lady who’s name is Mary seems to be a sour lady. Did not make it easy. Tried to make an appointment to get my car released and she was just giving me the run arounds. Said she couldn’t give me an appointment. Btw the appointments have to be made an hour before picking up the car. Who knows for what reason if they had no people and barely any cars.
Very bad service, they said it was going to take almost a week to get info of a car that was there two years ago because info was in a storage,... over charged for 10 days of storage, while 4 days was because of their delays.. filed a complaint with tdlr.. waiting for court date for their overcharging
I don't know nothing about this place. But this is the thing about buying a used car that's what it is USED. You don't know how it was treated before you bought it. Have a mechanic with you when looking at a used car test drive the car and decide if you want it or not. They don't have to warranty anything I worked at a tow service in louisiana my boss sold the cars that people didn't come get after so long. Now to the towing prices if you don't like the price call someone else! "But when you do call make sure you give all of the proper information!!"

Horriable service, the cops called a tow truck for our truck, so i tell them ill pay u to just put it back down they said no we cant do that. Okay their is a stripes across the street how much to tow it their they couldn't do that either! I call to ask for prices they couldnt give me that either. I called to speak to owner he wasnt their. Dispathchers dont know anything why even answer the phone if u can answer it!
My truck was picked up said there policy was not to give info over the phone advised that i needed to know what i had to take and some lady said she was the manager and i was being rude but let her know she was the rude one. advised her to go back to school and get an education but since she was not the owner she could care less my truck is not new anyway they wont last to long they will fall.
Got my trailer towed from new love’s truck stop in Donna,TX. When I confronted the wrecker service about there not being no signs of no drop trailers they told me there was signs . When I went back to love’s the wrecker service was there at love’s bearley putting signs up . When I started video recording they got upset .. I have five video recordings I’m planning on taking legal action..
Ridiculously overpriced. My car was picked up in the Alamo/107 area at 3 pm, towed to their Alamo location. I was there 1 hour later to pick up and they charged me $673, receipt to prove it. Simple flat bed tow with ridiculous extra charges. Telling everyone to have another wrecker service number handy in case of these unforeseen emergencies/situations.
Over charged badly! Got my car towed Sunday morning... Called for it few hours later. They said Sundays they are closed. I picked it Monday. $300 dollars. Charging me (Sunday) and I have receipt to prove it!!!!
Can't say anything bad about this company came out last night and picked my semi out of the middle of the interstate in the poring rain storm. As for cost don't really know as for the insurance company will be handling that part good thing about driving a semi...
