I felt comfortable with this company from the start, but you always second guess yourself. I verified phone numbers, and ratings and things, just to ease my mind about how things were moving so quickly. When it came time for the trade off, everything went so smoothly it was really quite impressive. Very professional, they knew what they were doing, the check cleared, everything. I was pleased to be right with my first instincts about these guys being official and easy to work with, and I’d use them again.

The sales part was good. The pickup was an absolute nightmare. I spoke with 4 people and only one actually cared that they dropped the ball. Due to them not releasing my car to pickup I had to sit 2 hours away from my house for 8 hours because of a screw up on their end. No offer of compensation for time wasted even though it was their mistake.

The experience overall was fine. Before we had completed filing our info online, we received a call. Rather bizarre as I wasn’t done filing in information. The caller sounded foreign and was not forthcoming on their location. I had doubts about the validity of this company. I was then transferred to a “local” person to schedule the pickup. I would be called the next afternoon 1 hour before arrival. The next day, I got a call from the scheduler stating the driver had called me and I had not answered and they would have to reschedule. Neither was true, no missed calls and I had made special arrangements to be available.
To top it off they said they could not pick it up until Monday or Tuesday. This was Wednesday. I know it was a holiday weekend, but I didn’t miss a call. Then over the weekend I got a couple more calls scheduling the pickup again and again.
So today the hauler called me an hour out. He did show up, give me a check for the agreed upon amount and took the car. He was very nice and professional; Best part of the entire process. I would try them again, though expectations would be somewhat tempered. Maybe not around a holiday weekend would be better. The service is needed, but could be improved. The amount paid was not great, but it was ok. I had low expectations and they were met.

My car needed repairs that were too expensive. I didn’t wish to go thru the hassle of a private sale so I called this business and answered a few questions. It was very easy. The person who picked up the vehicle was very nice. Great experience.
Seemed sketchy at first and too good to be true. My truck’s engine blew an ignition plug so it wasn’t running. I told them all the dirty about the truck and they still wanted it.
The truck driver called me and set up an appointment to come pick up my truck. In less than 20 minutes I had a check on my hands.
Someone was supposed to pick my car up on Tuesday before noon. When they did not arrive by noon, I called and they promised to be there by 5:00. When no one showed, I called and they said no one was available. I stayed home all day for nothing. The next day someone came and picked up the car
My car was in an accident and recieved more damage than we were willing to fix. Cash for cars doesn't pay a lot of money, but since we couldn't find a buyer it was better than nothing. Staff was very friendly, I would definitely suggest calling rather than using the website to sell a car. Even the third party towing company they used was professional and showed up that day. Great company if you just want a car out of your way with no fuss.
