These guys are the best when you need them. Had what i needed and installed the battery right away. Other providers were stating 3 hour to next day wait times. Paid about $60 more here, but as they say, "time is money".

Who knew that Batteries+ stocked and programmed automotive electronic key FOB’s. They’re even able to cut the emergency key hidden in my key FOB. All of this for a much lower cost than the dealer. As a matter of fact my GM dealer told me that my car’s key FOB was discontinued and no aftermarket replacement was available. Batteries+ ordered the FOB, it arrived in two days, and they programmed the FOB and cut the emergency key in less than 30 minutes with no appointment necessary. They have totally won me over as a repeat customer.

We had bought a lwnmower battery. It was four months old. Make sure you leave knowing about the miniscule teeny tiny print that says if there is 1% juice in your battery they will not exchange it. Surprise. What a rip off. Walmart has a better policy than these semeion's.

In stock they had the home security battery i needed. The gentleman working there knew which size battery posts I needed (there are two different sizes i was not aware of). The store is very nicely organized, user friendly, efficiently laid out. They also have many different flashlights high quality with various features. Excellent store!

I previously called to ask if they would be able to service my watch battery and informed them it was a Fossil. I was told yes and the 2 options they have currently. I pay $20 at Fossil and batteries plus charges the same with a warranty. I figured ok thats cool, now I don't have to drive to Round Rock. WELL THAT WAS A HORRIBLE ASSUMPTION I went in told the guy I was there for a battery change. He then took my brand new watch that I have only had the pleasure to wear once and stood at the bench and repeatedly kept using a metal tool of some sort to "try" and open the back of the watch. After 5 minutes he then goes to get the manager. When he walked by me I said are you going to be able to get that off? He says without making eye contact with me yeah that's what I'm trying to do..so then the manger is trying in the back office area he brings the watch out and I still keep hearing this metal clicking sound to no avail. I walk up and say can I have my watch. The manager says I don't know why we can't get it off. I told him Fossil has the tools and I already asked them prior to coming would they be able to do this beforehand so I could save a 60 mile round trip to Fossil. The guy that originally scraped the back up damaged my watch did not say I apologize for damaging your watch didn't say I should have asked first or gotten help before it went this far. No empathy no customer service it was like we'll you gave me a new watch I damaged it here you go. I asked about buffing the scratches out and the manger told me to come back next week...they just stood there and looked at me like oh well. That's okay because if you didnt have the customer service to handle the situation properly at first you definitely won't have it going forward. NEVER AGAIN!!! I have the pictures of the damages...if I were the manager I would have called Fossil and inquired on the price and replaced it simply because the worker failed and as a manger I came behind him and failed again. I'm more pissed that they thought their actions were okay, and had no recourse to try and make it right!!!

Best price around for a genuine Samsung screen replacement, with the online coupon even better. My guy couldn't get the coupon to work so he went above and beyond for me buy taking $10 off the price. Great customer service for sure

Needed a battery for my motorcycle. Looked online and found the highest CCA at the best price here at Batteries Plus. I ordered it, paid for it, and waited til morning to pick it up. When I arrived, I was in and out in five minutes, and had a really friendly convo. I’m going there for more in the future.

I COMPLETELY shattered both sides of my Samsung Galaxy s24 Ultra phone. I called my T-Mobile insurance. I was sent here for repair. From the time I filed my claim, they had an online appointment already ready to repair my phone. I dropped my phone off with the guy at Batteries Plus and he had it ready in 2 hours! It looks good as new! I didn't think they could fix it honestly but they did, quick and efficiently. 10 stars!

I’ve bought many vehicle batteries over the last 4 decades, but never from Batteries Plus. I decided to shop their website, and was surprised that I could enter my specific vehicle and save myself a ton of time finding the right battery. I made the purchase online, and within minutes I got a call saying my battery was ready to be picked up. When I got to the store, there was no wait, and my battery was sitting behind the counter ready to go. I was refunded my core charge and was out the door in less than five minutes. Easiest battery purchase ever!

Micah was great. My brother was in a motor cycle accident and completely shattered his phone on an iPhone Xs Max. I was worried it was to old to be serviced. They said there was a chance it was totally broken. Micah took the chance and replaced the screen and it works great. Very thankful for him and he did a great job. Took an hour, it was roughly $140 and was absolutely worth it.

Last July I purchased a batter for my pickup. It was fantastic service. This time the service was lacking. Tyler was the sales person. He was just taking an order. Rod, the manager, came along and stated there would be no warranty on battery unless I purchased the more expensive one. No exclusion on warranty was listed for my vehicle. Rod was lacking professionalism and good customer service. This is for the Temple, Tx store.

Bought 2 heavy duty truck batteries and for two years they worked well. Then 3 mo ago they started to not hold a charge between drives about once a week. So i would have to recharge these often when planning to drive thos truck. So i pulled the batteries and took thembinto store , after checking them the said nothing was wrong with them. Sp never again will I buy a battery at a battery plus store.

Great service and friendly and professional associates. I needed a truck battery and needed it installed and they did not hesitate to do it. 105 degrees outside and the guy never wavered in his politeness and professionalism. This is a great location and I highly recommend it.

I have always had a good experience until recently. I dropped of a battery to have charged and tested. The manager was rude and told me it would take a week and a half to even start charging my battery. Besides his bad attitude to me he also is snippy with his coworkers and he obviously feels he is intellectually superior to every one who walks through the doors ( coworkers included). It was a very uncomfortable retail experience and would not recommend it to anyone. If you need their services I would just avoid the temple location all together.

Having had a cell phone fixed elsewhere in the past, I expected to be disappointed in by Batteries Plus. I am happy and shocked to report that was not the case. It was easy to book and online appointment and I got a $10 coupon for doing so. They were expecting me when I arrived and check-in was easy. The part was available (battery) and the service was completed in the time they told me it would be. This was a great experience and I'm even more impressed that this is an official Samsung repair location, and they use all OEM parts. I'll definitely use them again if I need anything battery or phone related.

Technician replaced my old battery with a new one and he had to completely remove the air box and several accessories just to remove and replace the battery. He was very patient and did not complain once. Friendly and very courteous service. Great value and free installation. I-highly recommend Batteries Plus & Bulbs.

Rod and his crew at the Temple, TX location was extremely helpful. They were courteous and ensured I received awesome service. Rod replaced my battery on my Sierra, and it's not too simple. He went beyond awesome service. I would definitely come back to this location in the future.

I ordered my car battery online and got 10% off. This is the second Duracell car battery I have bought. I bought the 1st battery 4 years ago and just now needed to replace it. I ordered it late Friday night and it was ready by 10 a.m on Saturday. I went into the store and asked for my order and JMetz promptly took care of it and even loaded it into my car. The $3.00 environmental fee was a surprise that was not included on the website. I had to pay that in store. Otherwise a good and fast experience.

Second time coming here to get my screen replaced. The first time was around the same time last year so it held up well considering it’s an iPhone... until my kid finally got to work on it the last couple of months lol. Staff is friendly, boss man offered a battery replacement at a great discount since the phone was already being worked on but I didn’t need it. I booked my appt online and got $10 off! Will def come back again, staff is friendly.

Today I stopped by and needed my key fob battery looked at. Jordan M. helped me out and was outstanding. His customer service was beyond excellent and they had a line of customers in the store. There needs to be more customer service in other companies like Batteries + Bulbs . Hands down the best around. Thanks to your team!

Had the pleasure of doing business with these guys. They fixed my shattered screen, battery, and earpiece that I couldn't hear out of, for a very reasonable price. took them about 3 hours and they were busy. Friendly and competent. It's been 3 days and my Iphone 6s is still working fine! If anything changes I will update.

Ordered online which was great used a coupon that was offered online which gave me 10% off. Was all good until I went to pick it up in the salesman told me he was going to charge me an additional $17 for core charge and environmental fee. Even though I had the core sitting on the counter. Guy was a little belligerent. Usually a good environment but this guy needs some customer relations training

Took a while before writing a review but here was my experience. I took my phone in for a cracked screen. Came back after a couple hours, to a screen that was fixed and a home button that worked. Later that night my home button stopped functioning, and took it back the next day to see if anything could be done in regards to the button. After several hours of attempts for repair, I was told there was nothing they could do there at the store, that I would have to have my phone sent off to their technical support location elsewhere for more detailed fixes. I’m in sales, I heavily rely on my phone for business, sending it off is something I couldn’t do , so I decided to do without. A couple weeks later I brought my phone back because there were white spots on the screen, more than likely a bad screen. I took it back for repairs and the manager Ron, informed me that it’s because my phone was dented but when asked to show me where the dents were located he did not. He then informed me that this would be the last time my screen would be repaired, even though I was clearly still within my warranty period for the screens. A week later my phone screen is still having problems, with the screen having green lines periodically and half of the screen having inverted screen colors until being rebooted. Now working with customer service in getting something done about the issue.
