I want to highlight the exceptional service I received at O’Reilly Auto Parts. While traveling, I experienced an alternator failure that could have left me stranded more than two hours away from my destination. Thankfully, Bobby and Ernest went above and beyond to help me.
They quickly diagnosed the issue, located the right replacement, and had my alternator installed in under 15 minutes—an incredible display of teamwork, skill, and professionalism. Because of them, I was able to safely continue my trip to Dallas without delay.
After an already tough week dealing with the government shutdown and other challenges, their kindness and dedication truly brightened my entire week. I am forever grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and commitment to helping others.

I absolutely love that this place has opened on our side of town. I do not leave reviews for most places but the guys that I have dealt with at this store are GREAT in knowledge and extraordinary at customer service. Ernest and the other gentleman were so helpful and I truly appreciate that in a world post COVID when customer service is nonexistent. GREAT JOB GUYS!
the Oreilly's staff stare through the window watching a customer struggling instaling his wiper blades that he bought in the store and did not offer free installation not even offer to help thats not professional service
Yall I pulled up car smoking like a bomb Scott the Assistant Manger and Ernest the shift lead came to the rescue. I had over filled my oil. And the Jonathan found me the multi use transfer pump. Scott and Ernest are currently out here pumping my car and storm is coming. Look at God won’t he do it. This is for anyone that needs the advice and assistance Oreilly is the one I would put my trust in. I am fortunate O Reilly has such great knowledgeable employees. Stopped in to have check engine light checked, Jonathan and Curtis were very friendly and happy to help me, explaining what the code meant and what I needed to do. Turns out nothing major. Highly recommend these guys!! Love having O'Reilly's new location close to home. Thanks guys!!!

Nathan did such a great job! When I last got an oil change, the place I went to over-tightened the oil cap so no one could get it off to add oil. Nathan went out of his way to help get my oil cap off and was also a great help when I was trying to choose what oil I needed. Highly recommend!
Worst first impression ever! I would have spent tens of thousands of dollars but the manager was immediately temperamental with me. The people under him were actually cool and I was excited to have a part store so close to my house. I will drive the extra few miles to go to autozone. I not only would have spent a thousands on parts but now thousands of people will see this review. I'm looking forward to my next 100k.
Tried to warranty my lifetime starter switch with a used part, not happy with that cost me 39.00 in Uber fees to correct the problem, not happy!, glad you asked!!!
