Brandan is AMAZING!! I had the most horrible experience with Autozone replacing my battery (lazy employees) I immediately drive to Oreillys and Brandan waited on me. He explained yes it takes longer for my model of car. He was 20 minutes from being off the clock but stayed and did the job. Now this young man is an exceptional employee. I have bragged about him to others and they all said! Yes Brandan is the best! Please promote this young man

I came in to get a scan for my check engine light, and Brandon went above and beyond to help me out! He explained what I needed and suggested what I would need for the future, he explained all my questions I had. Thank you Brandon

Brandan saved my date. I was running late for a date when I found out I had to get a new battery for my car. He was super knowledgeable and very friendly. He even helped me change out my battery with upmost care. I will come to this O’reilly’s For all my auto part needs from now on. If I could I’d give this review a 10/5. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Bought new headlight bulbs today for my wife's Toyota Rav4. Silverstar bright white bulbs. Dan was great!He happily Installed even after I told him I would do it. Great customer service! I Always use O'Reillys! West Adams store Temple, Tx.

Just went in with a dead battery, hoping to get some help. Was turned away and told to clean my battery terminals. Always loved O’Reilly, sad to see such a lack of compassion and customer service.

I had an exceptional experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts on Tuesday night, 09/03/2024, all thanks to Cameron. I was dealing with a frustrating issue where my OBD2 connector wasn’t working, and I couldn’t read the engine light code on my 2020 Ford Explorer. It turns out Ford had done some sort of loop that disconnected my OBD2 connector, making it impossible for me to check the code. I hadn’t signed up for Ford’s monitoring system, so I was at a loss on how to fix this issue. Cameron, without even seeing the vehicle, quickly identified that this was the exact problem and guided me through the process of disconnecting Ford’s system so I could get the OBD2 reader working. His knowledge and quick thinking were impressive, and he saved me a lot of time and frustration. I was able to read the code and get the issue fixed, all thanks to his expert advice. Cameron truly exemplifies what quality customer service should be. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me solve my problem. O’Reilly Auto Parts is lucky to have such a dedicated and skilled employee on their team. I can’t recommend Cameron enough for his outstanding service!

Do not waste your time here just go to the one on 31st street they know how to take of there customers and don't give you run around some people need to be trained on how to test battery.when I go to auto zone and test bad battery and then to another oreilly's and test bad battery.

Had a dead battery. It was within the warranty span. So it was a free replacement. Which was a WIN in my book. The parts tech even surprised me when he recommended checking for an open circuit or short. The man knows his job.

Auto parts store that's there for parts needed. To me is a convenience for small parts instead of going to the dealership. Picked up a couple of items for my van. Much cheaper than the dealership.

Went to Auto Zone for a blinker bulb, they were so rude I walked out. Went to O'reilly and they were so nice! Raul helped me and even installed the bulb for me. Great place and great service! Thank you O'reilly and especially Raul at the Adams location!

Raul helped me get my Kia the fuses it needed so my horn and alarm would work again and even helped me put in my coolant. Super friendly and knowledgeable. He even gave me a quick run down of how the products i bought were being used. (I was curious) Best associate experience ive had in awhile. Thanks Again for making sure me and my Kia were good to go before i left.

Was broken down on the side of the road. Have my young kids with me. Needed a new battery. Tried to call and pay over the phone so a family member could pick up and bring it to me. They refused. Called auto zone and they did it for me, I just had to send proof of ID and Credit Card on pick up.

Awesome store and excellent manager. Visited store to fix windshield wiper sprayer. Manager looked at it, popped it back in place. No charge and pleasant to boot. Kudos!!!

I came to this OReilly so they could charge my battery. Gary was very unhelpful and wouldn't even come out to check my battery. I will not come back to this spot. Not cool.

Service at the counter was commendable. I sought specific parts and the clerk retrieved them all, even those found on the customer ailes/rows. From a customer service standpoint it was good. O'Reilly declined to warranty the battery I purchased in September 2021 and already failed, because the battery did not get properly registered to me. If I were rating O'Reilly's as a corporation I would subtract stars; however, this ratings applies to the in-store experience. I try to keep all of my purchases local and I needed a battery asap, so I went ahead and purchased another one, rather than go down the street to another parts supplier.

The clerk was helpful in finding a belt we needed. Our old belt didn't have any numbers on it, so he measured our old one with a belt tool. I managed to get the belt on, but it could have been a little longer. I actually thought it should have been. It was hard getting in and out of the parking lot from Adams, we were making left turns.

I went in to buy a battery today that the online O'Reilly site said was in stock at that store. Turns out they don't stock the particular battery that I needed though it could be purchased online and delivered to my home. I would have no problem with this option but needed to get the vehicle up and running today if at all possible. The comparable batteries weren't what I was looking for and the Manager was nice enough to tell me about a business in town that stocked the brand of battery I needed. I was able to get the battery and get the vehicle back in the road thanks to his recommendation. Things like this get my business. I didn't buy anything today from O'Reilly but because of the Manager's thoughtfulness I'll make it my first stop when I need something they stock.

No thanks. Saw people without masks turned around and left... staff member busy contaminating the phone behind the register not wearing a mask. Another staff member wearing a mask was assisting a customer not wearing one. Nice to see their concern for health and safety is so strong. Autozone it is!

Working in the auto parts industry I know that customer service is priority. Kevin and crew appearently haven't learned this yet. Don't curse and lie to customers on the phone while other customers are in the store. Your DM needs to have you guys attend CS training. Boo O'Reilly...

Went to O'Reilly's today expecting to get some new bulbs for my rear brake lights, as soon as I walk into the door Paul welcomed me to the store and asked if there was anything I needed help with. I let him know that I was looking for and gave him the year, make, and model of my car. Pulled up some options instantly on his computer, but before directing me to the bulbs asked if I'd let him have a look at it to make sure I even needed the bulb or if it was some other issue. I agreed to the suggestion and we went to have a look. Verifying that the light was burnt out, Paul grabbed some tools and went about taking the bulb out of the socket. He noticed that I happened to have a spare bulb in my trunk (had recently replaced the lights over my license plate). We plugged in the spare, tested it out, and worked perfectly, both brake light and turn signal started working again. Tried to give Paul a tip for his service and assistance, plus the fact that he saved me $20-$30; however, he refused the tip and just said plainly that I needed help and he just wanted to help me. Kind, courteous, and professional all describe Paul and I would highly recommend that you ask for him anytime you step inside the store.
