O'reilly's is a great place and always has your parts. I was mentioning off the loop that I went to Jack in the box. He used to work there. He told me they do oil automatic recycling, but get this. They never change the filter. I want to report them so bad. How do you do that?

Really not much to speak on. Not crowded, clean, friendly, well stocked only thing I didn't particularly like was prices are too high, particularly for its location.

They always have what I need or can get it within a couple of days. Everyone has been more than willing to help at the counter. If I go in without the hubby same vibes from employees & somethings they offer to replace for me in the parking lot.
O'Reilly's usually has the parts I need. Great help behind the counter. But was not impressed with the guy the day I visited, he helped me just fine, but was talking down to the other help behind the counter, was cussing, and not professional at all.
I am an AutoZone kinda gal.. But when I had to search elsewhere for parts for my Chevy Impala O'REILLY's was the auto part store for me!! The customer service was on point!! They stepped away for a second, and BAM!!! They come walking up with EXACTLY what I needed!! Thanks O'Riley!!!

I always go to this store for parts because they will install light bulbs if it is not a difficult car, which mine isn't. The bulb I thought needed replacing was actually just loose. The clerk just had to spread apart the metal prongs. He gave me a full refund for the new bulb I bought and he had opened! You can't beet that kind of service!
Our son and fiancé were stranded. On their journey to Austin and the battery failed. It was Saturday night and they called O'Reilly's close to their closing time of 10 pm. The store stayed open and waited until they got there and installed the battery for them. We are very grateful for their kindness
My husband has been rebuilding his car and we have gotten most of the parts here. Everyone we have come in contact with were great. Getting the parts also didn’t take long. Especially when he was in a hurry to get it over with.
Today the staff went way out of their way to help me find a hard to find gasket for the carburetor for my 1982 ford f100. I already had a new carburetor and only needed the intake manifold gasket that is a heat shield also. I felt bad because customers started to pile up bet he never gave up on my gasket. Great job guys, I will never forget it.
