O'Reilly 1, Amazon 0 Earlier this year the driver's side mirror fell off my 2005 Buick. I looked online and found the mirror sold as a set of 2 at Amazon For $13.99. Nor bad. But since I don't have prime, it would be another $6.99 for shipping. Since O'Reilly is close to where I live, I looked online to see if they had the mirrors. They had the same set for $13.99, but not at that store. However, they would ship it for free to the store and I could go pick it up. So I bought it online and and a few days later picked it up saving $6.99 in shipping costs over Amazon! Dock 1 star since the employees were having a gabfest and took a while to get to me. Still. Nice store with neat car gear to check out.

They are always kind and understanding and if you buy the wrong parts, whether it is your fault or theirs, you don't get the third degree when returning parts.

I visited O'Reilly today for some help, and Georgina was able to help me quickly and efficiently. The friendliness and care was above and beyond. I felt so strongly of this that I needed to let them know this has been the best O'Reilly's experience I've had ever! I will definitely be returning! Thank y'all again!!!

Was in today looking for a particular bolt or tapping bit to install running boards for my Tacoma truck that was apparently miss threaded from the factory. Went to Lowes first and was told they didn't have the correct size bit and was told to go to an automotive store. Aaron, who I believe is the manager at this Loop 363 O'Reillys, was extremely helpful in addressing and understanding my issue. He went well above and beyond and sent me home with what ended up being the correct tapping bit that fixed my problem. Running boards are installed and I am very thankful for Aarons/O'Reilly's help.

My 96 year old father had his battery replaced here. He's used O'Reilly Auto Parts in other places he's lived and never had an issue. The battery service took an hour. Two days later, his car was dead after driving it to church. I opened the hood. The right front body bracket bolts were loose, the fuse box wasn't set back in place correctly, the battery bracket was loose, and both of the battery connectors were loose. Just think what could have happened if his car had died on the freeway. If you don't have the skills or tools to do this service, you shouldn't offer it.

I ordered a part paid for it and was told it would be received the next day. I came in 2 Days later. They said the part did not exist of being ordered and even though I showed them my bank statement they said it was my problem. The manager was rude very very rude. Offer me a dollar discount. Then after I found the second receipt that they could not find, The manager never apologized for being rude and then proceeded to try to sell me bulbs I had asked to purchase . I will never return to O'Reilly's again. For the fact that you do not treat people the way I was treated.

I just moved to Temple a year ago and I always go to O'Reilly's. I have been to this O'Reilly on HK Dodgen Loop 3 times now and all three times I had to stand in line and wait for someone to wait on me. There was only 1 person at the counter, but we counted 6 other employees in and out the back area. I ordered on line and still had to wait 15 minutes to get my pre-paid stuff. This last time I waited, same thing....1 person at counter and I counted 3 employees in the back. After 10 minutes it was my turn. I wanted to have my engine code checked, but he told me to step aside while he waited on the customers who came in behind me. I said to get one of the employees in the back to help me, but he kept insisting I just step aside and he would help me after the others. I told him I will never come back to this store again as it is the worst O'Reilly's I have ever been to. He said he doubted that. I have found two more in Temple, yet further away but I will still never step foot in this store again.

Always fantastic service. I needed to replace my radiator, and they helped me find the right one. With the right amount of coolent. I'm not good with names, but whoever was working Sunday is the best.

Al was amazing and took the time to help me despite me coming in at close to closing time. He quickly diagnosed my vehicles check engine light issue and even helped me close the cover to the air filter after identifying the issue. Huge shout out to Al for helping me!

I just want to say I was reluctant going but so glad I went to the location on the Loop in Temple,Tx. Georgiana(hope thats right)was so helpful and patient. She installed what I needed with a friendly attitude. It made my day Better.

I am beyond unhappy with this store. I have shopped with O’Reilly for 10 plus years. I have had great service from O’Reilly. I purchased 24 lug nuts from the Belton store. They had 10 in stock and ordered the last 14 to be moved from other stores. 10 of them arrived as scheduled. The 4 from the Temple store did not arrive. So I Drove over to pick up the last 4. When I arrived. They had 5 in stock and reported the four I had ordered were shipped over to the Belton store. They were not able to give me an ETA. I asked “ can you guys just lat me have the 4 I am missing and have paid for”? They reported I would need to get them from the Belton Store. Brian was very rude about the entire process. So I purchased the needed nut and went back to the Belton store. They still had no ETA on the nuts. But David from the Belton store was happy to refund my money and apologized for the issues. I personal will not return to the Temple Location.

Nick saved the day. I needed a new battery and he replaced it in site with no waiting. He also checked my alternator to make sure it was working! I definitely will make this my go to automotive needs location.

I went to drop off a couple of dead batteries and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They brought a cart out to help as the batteries were super heavy.

We got here at 8am, employees sitting outside lights on and doors locked. The person who was suppose to be here to open (8am on Sunday) the store didn’t show and apparently the other employees didn’t/don’t have each others numbers and are sitting outside waiting. So we called another store at 8:15am and they called the manager and told him/her that no one showed up to open the store- Still waiting 8:45. Someone just showed up 8:49

Poor customer service! Walked in and three employees were at the desk without any customers. None of them asked if they could help me find anything. I went to the battery section right in front of them all, found the one I needed after a little indecision (again, no offer of assistance), and lugged it over to checkout-again, (again, no offer to help). He did not ask if I needed it installed so I just paid full price and left as I was a bit frustrated. In hindsight, I wish I had walked out and gone to Advance Auto Parts for much better service instead of stopping here on my way home. In an area that seems to have more than its fair share of auto stores, y'all need a refresher in looking up from your computers/phones and paying attention to your customers. I won't be returning.

Not a very knowledgeable or helpful staff. I asked about antifreeze and they said they had no idea, they asked me what color and they recommend I go to the dealer. If I wanted to figure out everything on my own I would have gone to Walmart. I will stick with the Killeen stores there people at least try.

I like this O'Reilly! They always have the parts I need and the prices are reasonable. It's way easier to come here than go all the way to the back of the Wal-Mart and hope they have what you need. The men and women who work here are knowledgeable and always helpful. Keep it up!

We had a small issue with our Chrysler Town and Country van on the way to Missouri when we stopped in for help. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, but “Cody C.” went above and beyond! He offered plenty of advice and assistance. He recommended a product his father seems to enjoy, so I went with his suggestion. He was patient and informative. This man deserves a RAISE! Thank you for hiring him....his father and I agree....he’s NUMBER ONE.

On our way through Temple, our AC went out and the men here were so kind and willing to look at the car and offer anything and everything they could to help me. Although my problem couldn't be solved through buying any simple fixes at the store, I was just blown away at the service they offered! Such a great staff over there.
