Family-owned and local! They truly came through when our car was hit out of town. Even while Chris was on vacation, he took the time to make arrangements to get our car towed back to Temple. The team kept us informed throughout the entire process and worked closely with our insurance to ensure everything went smoothly.

I brought my vehicle in after an accident, my insurance was trying to get away with using a junkyard part to replace the faulty part in my vehicle. This was a huge safety concern for me and Mike went above and beyond to fight for me and advocate so that the insurance would make it right. This will always be my shop of choice. They do what’s best for the customer and I cannot sing their praises enough. They really do what’s right for the customer and go above and beyond.
I took my vehicle here for some light body and mechanical work for an insurance claim. They told me they were busy and it would be a few weeks at least before they could get to my vehicle. I checked in with them once per week after the fact, twice being told that they would "get to it next week." Three more weeks went by and the vehicle hadn't been touched.
The owner needs to learn to say no. Sometime after I dropped the car off there had been a hail storm. When I finally decided to take my vehicle to another shop, just about everywhere I went asked me if it was a hail damage claim due to the recent storm, and I had my answer. Hail is big money. The shop was likely prioritizing hail claims over my vehicle and putting it on the backburner.
They wasted nearly 2 months of my time for nothing. I won't go back. I decided to take my ride to Caliber and they had the estimate reviewed within a week and had begun repairs.
Keep your money. Spoke with them about working on a vehicle and they don’t communicate. Big John said they will work on it, didn’t give a date. Called back, and they changed their minds about working on our vehicle after a month’s process. Unreal and disappointing.
Check out other family owned places to get your work done. This place will leave your vehicle sitting or decide they don’t want to work on it.
Big Johns staff were great!!! Customer service was above amazing they went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend them to any and everyone they will get you right.
Had a flat tire and pulled in. They were closed and normally don't deal with a flat tire. But few mnts after I tried dealing with it I didn't have the tools. They came out and took right off and put spare on and told them I'd have to cone pay next day. Good Christian people saud don't worry about it. I'd recommend this company as they are great people all around thanks again.
Arnold and Jody are always coming to our rescue, and helping us out!!!!! There hasn’t been a time they haven’t gone out of their way to fit us in and fix our problems!!
I took my car in to get fixed and the part was backordered for three month. The owners kept me updated on the status of the parts, and were able to get it fixed as soon as they got the part in and I was able to make the arrangements needed to take the car in. I recommend them to anyone who wants the jobs done by a business committed to the customer.
Amazing customer service. They repaired our daughters car and did such a good job that I took my car there as well. Stopped in today to ask about another issue and they fixed a blinker on my spare car just to keep me safe on the road. Highly recommend!

Walked in with my softest speaking voice asked a question and was met with attitude and rudeness. Gave him many opportunities to be nice and got nothing but short rude answers
Edit: I was told I need to be on insurance or registration and was never told about a paper I can sign and get notorized to get it out. Also was quoted $480 to get the vehicle out that day and my sister the next day got the car out for $470.
Also he was rude with short answers complaining that he told somebody the price yesterday
This is a great, third-generation family owned business. They are very professional, seek to help their customers, and willing to go the extra mile. My family has had a total of 4 cars repaired by Big John's over the years.
They have been very prompt over many years and they were very nice about helping my son with towing after he had been rear ended on a holiday. That speaks volumes.
I was in a car accident and called Big Johns and they showed up really quickly and took great care of my car and me. I won't call anyone else and highly recommend them to everyone.
Very rude and unprofessional. They only have one tow truck and told me 30 minutes and after an hour I called then they decided to tell me they have a contact with Temple Police and got a call from them so I was put on hold. They should have explained when I payed and hired them. Instead he told me.to come get a refund and my keys and that they was denying me service with not so much as an apology but only attitude.
