FIRST CALL TOWING AUCTIONED OFF MY WALLET AND PASSPORT WITH MY CAR.
Awful service, my car was repoed for a title loan. I was told to call this place, car was towed a week ago and my wallet/passport was in the glovebox because I had to verify my i9 information for my job the next morning, so I set everything in my glovebox the night before. The day after it was towed they were closed for 2-3 days so I couldn’t call. When I called to set up to get everything from inside the car I was hung up on multiple times by this woman who worked there. The one time she answered she hung up on me halfway through the conversation because she asked for my vin, I said “yeah I can get that one sec” and she said “I have other people calling so you can call back when you have it” and hung up on me. Full of sighs and groans whenever I spoke to her, and after finally having all the required information I couldn’t set up an appointment because they’re closed for weekends and appointments are only scheduled a day before picking up, so I was told to call Monday. I was relieved on Monday when the man who answered the phone was actually kind enough and descriptive. I set up my appointment to retrieve property, my car was now at a second location in Hutto. I just went to pick up my items after paying a $50 fee, they already took everything out of my car and put it in a tub for me to grab. My passports, wallet, and everything in my glovebox isn’t in there so I asked about it. The guy tells me they auctioned my car yesterday already and didn’t see anything in the glovebox. I’m now fresh out of identity paperwork and not sure how I can work without i9 documentation, and I wasn’t informed my car was actioned off until I showed up to pick up my things and asked where my stuff is. Happy for whoever was assumably sold my identity and gets to have a happier life because of it, but I’m livid for the sake of my finances, career, etc. I have no car, no job I can work until I get replacements, and I wouldn’t have bothered picking up my stuff and paying for it knowing they didn’t include my wallets. You wasted my time, money, and only 1/4 employees I’ve spoken to from both operations was decent enough to treat me like a human.
Very unprofessional and rude on the phone paid for my car at 1pm and kept getting the run around. Then the so called assistant manager hung up in my face and when I called back and asked her why would she hang up she said because you keep calling. Of course I keep calling to get my vehicle I paid 1100 dollars at 1 pm and here it is almost 5 pm and still can’t get a legit answer. I asked to speak with her manager and she told me no. Never heard of such rude unprofessional behavior
every time i called (which was a few) each person i talked to was as very kind and helpful. i’m sure their job consists of a lot of unhappy people talking to them but they were very pleasant to talk to and pickup was straight forward and simple
We called to get our stuff out of a recovered vehicle which had my wallet and my kids car seats and everything that has to do with my kids in that car and they were very rude said they didn't care what we had that we would have to set up an appointment and get everything out and then when we set it up appointment they were very rude about everything I've dealt with these people before and they are just very rude and disrespectful and not acting like a business they are just bad people to deal with
Horrible staged a repo by lying and giving property owner a fake description of the car being towed to gain illegal access to the video, never provided impound notice as required by law.
These fools wrongly tow my car and gave me a 1800 number which they do not have a clue to why my car was towed. Now they are holding my vehicle hostage. Now i have to wait for days for my lender to get the car back
And I only have them one Star because u have to buy they are the worst towing anything but professional and look just make a report to TDLR Texas department licensing and regulations and file your complaints and or the better business bureau as it doesn't have to do business like everyone is lower then them I'm mean he picked the car up with me in it at the gas pump with the pump in the car still and then tells me there is nothing he can do about it well guess what bro state of Texas it is prohibited to lift or take possession over it with it occupied so the gas station it was towed illegaly from has been my gas station shouting out to the circle k 620 cedar Park Texas for 20 years and have all video of it in clear view so thanks again for being so professional as always the truth is the best way for todays world hope this helps the rest of the unlucky customers who was dirty picked up by your towing hoods
Rude just absolutely rude! My child’s epi pen was in my car and they refused to let me get it told me to call the dr and get another one! Had to wait for an appointment just to get my belongings and medicine for my child! Completely unprofessional behavior trashy area and just overall poor service

Terrible yard. I was hired by an auto auction to pick up a car that they paid for and was still treated disgustingly. The guy in blue was rude from the jump. Wouldn't give me his name.The lady i spoke with on the phone told me i could pick up fri. As you have to schedule the day before. I get there guy in blue rudely says he doesn't have any pickups scheduled today. Had to call her back wait 20min for them to get their affairs in order. I ask to speak to manager because guy in blue os just difficult to work with. The manager Keith has the nerve to pick up and tell me im not allowed to pick up at their yard anymore like he is doing me a favor. Even the assistant manager said they had problems with this guy in the blue who they apparently know is an issue. I dont care im doing your yard a service by picking up a vehicle that has been sitting on your lot taking ip space . The car auction bought the car from you so they are a customer and im employed by them not you so i would never do business again with this trash so called "repo" yard which just seems like a shady backlot. Never do business with these clowns and if you get repod by them sorry you have to deal with these unprofessional people who gove tow yards a bad name. Your google score tells me all i need to know about you all!
Woman was so incredibly rude on the phone. She hung up on me multiple times while I was trying to figure out what to do to get my stuff back! Did not make it even a little simple to get my belongings back from my vehicle! DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY! Terrible service! I hope they have to deal with their vehicle being repoed and then have to deal with people with terrible attitudes just like them! It’s already hard enough going through getting your car repoed, they don’t have to make it miserable for you!!!
Honestly, they were nothing but very kind during a rough time. I’d say to always to remember that your hard times are not their fault. Give them a break. Now, the stealing is wrong and I’m sorry that happened.
THEIFS & LIARS! at the TEMPLE, TX location. When they towed my car, they scratched the whole right side of my vehicle against the tree that's located in front of my driveway (similar to a cypress tree) leaving deep scratches on front & back bumper, on top of the hood, side mirror, roof, front door, back door, trunk, rims & my back right tire had a chunk missing from it. When I arrived to recover my vehicle the first thing I asked a black male employee "was my vehicle damaged?" He said "I don't think so". I signed the paperwork via tablet & he handed me my id back. Before I left the property with the vehicle, I assessed the vehicle noticing the damage to my vehicle, all the dashboard lights were on & multiple items missing from my vehicle, so I knocked back on the door to be greeted by a white female employee with blonde hair. She nervously opened the door without stepping outside completely & I asked her about the damage to my vehicle & my property, she went to go get a man by the name of "HEATH", who played confused about the damage & property missing. HEATH first stated that they had just received the vehicle (which was a lie), he also stated that they didn't have any property from my vehicle (which was a lie), then he stated that they do open the vehicles upon arrival to take pics, he proceeded back inside to "double check" & came out with a huge bin of most of the items from my vehicle. When asked where's certain items that were missing from my vehicle which were not in the bin Heath stated that the items in the bin was everything taken from the vehicle (which was a lie). Heath then told me I had to file a complaint & continued to walk inside the building. Very unprofessional ,they make excuses & then try to hurry you off their property which is not customer service friendly especially when it comes to parking.
I was reading the reviews and I must say I agree with the rudeness not to add the excuses they come up with. Now I not even trying to pick a fight been very patience and respectful. I called Saturday they guy said they were closed even though online it says otherwise ok cool no problem I will wait until Monday. It's Monday I call when he told me to call. Can't tell me the location of my cause the Internet is down tell me to call back in 20min . Did as so still down ok no problem I waited an hour. Now some rude female answers the tell me differently from what he told me. I'm like well all my information for my car is in the car. She proceeds to tell me no it's not look on your insurance. again ma'am I don't have insurance I am just trying to get my purse and my daughter school things out. She tells me no as I said look on the insurance. She must've missed the part where I said I don't have it and I ask her why are you telling me something different then what the guy told me.she comes off with a smart remark well I'm telling you now like why are we being disrespectful for the proceeds to hang up on me . Now I get some people might be angry and come at them because they car got repo well that's not me if I am being respectful to you I want the same back no need for all the negativity. I completely understand why they have all negative reviews. I wouldn't even put a star if it would let me!
Worst tow company I’ve ever had to deal with. They have a location in Bryan, Tx and that’s the lot where my car got towed to. When I picked up my car they had gone through all my stuff and everything was thrown around. I had items stolen from my car and my hood was popped as if they tampered with something. When I told the workers about it they couldn’t give a straight answer and kept saying they couldn’t remember anything. I did file a complaint but I’m sure nothing will be done cause I’m sure this hasn’t been the first time they’ve done this to someone.
In a hard time Erica literally worked her entire work day, kept complete kindness and professionalism and succeeded in getting my car back from a terrible repossession situation. These may not be the people you want to have to call but at least you’re in great hands from here on out! Especially with Erica!
The employees here are rude and very unprofessional… I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!! Also they are good about lying saying they hadn’t received an email !! TRASH TRASH !!
Worse place I have ever had to deal with. For days they somehow entered my name wrong in the system and couldn't find my vehicle then some punk broke the cable from my transmission then tried to hook it back up saying it was good to go but couldn't put it in drive but it was good to go then someone else tried and the something happened the only good thing that came out of this is the manager said they would cover the price to fix my truck that their own people broke seems about the right thing to do but as for everything else worse towing place PERIOD. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.
This company is stright trash! Letting people not employed by them to attack you! Never have i EVER had an experience like this one! THANK GOD!! I wouldn't call them if they were the truck in town!!
I'm trying to figure out why these guys just showed up to my house to repo a motorcycle that Harley had already repossessed back almost 6 years ago. Kinda fishy to me. Possible motorcycle thiefs or what I ask?
