A drunk driver almost kills me and the guy who came to tow my vehicle nearly drove off without any info. I had to hobble across the street to flag him down to get information. Then I finally get to make it on the lot a few days later and I'm being told that it's illegal to remove my property from a car that I own because I have to undo five bolts, with tools that I have on hand, which would have taken literally three minutes at the absolute most..
I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! my family was traveling through from Oklahoma when we had a terrifying blow out on the highway. Not knowing who to call in the area everyone had a wait time of 3+ hours… being in a dangerous place on the highway we were desperate for help. I finally stumbled upon Temple Towing and they were there within 30 mins. Clint was incredible… I could not recommend this company more. They were a huge blessing to me and my family!!
They have towed 3 of our vehicles and ever time we were glad to call them because they got the vehicles loaded on and to our house in good amount of time
My 16 year old son was heading back home to the Houston area and spun out and got his truck stuck. I was put in contact with Taylor at Temple Towing and she helped put this momma bear’s worried and panicked mind at ease. She had a driver called out within 30 minutes, if not less, and pulled my son’s truck out. Super friendly and courteous and I highly recommend! Thank you again!
Wish I could give more than 5 stars- Temple Towing is amazing! I just had a tire blow out on the side of the highway. A friendly cop stopped to help, but my spare tire was flat. Temple Towing was across the highway and actually stopped traffic just to air up my tire so I could safely pull off the road. Then he proceeded to replace my popped tire with the spare. It was such an act of kindness I was brought to tears. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a service that truly has your best interest in mind.
Ira was super sweet, and a wonderful help—he saved me $10!! Had a blowout not too far from home.. He discovered I did have a spare, and that got me back home alright. His integrity is much appreciated.

Danny xame by in the middle of my busy day to give my german mistress a jump start. Got her going within seconds and followed me over to the mechanic just to be sure (and gave me a lift back).

I called in today, Sunday, they were able to give me an estimate over the phone. Had a fast response time, and were able to drop it off at my mechanics shop and turn in the keys so I didn't have to follow behind them. They really helped me out while I was in a bind. Extremely grateful for Blake being able to back into my narrow entry way, he was very professional, took pictures of current damage on my truck- which is more than any other tow service I've ever had. I would highly reccomend this tow company to everyone!
Christmas Eve at 10:30pm we were driving home to Austin and hit a huge, quick storm with some hail. In my attempt to pull under the overpass I got us stuck in the mud. The Team at Temple Towing saved our evening and had us back in the road in less than 40 minutes.

Very rude woman with an attitude answering phones. I asked if she could look up a possible tow record using the VIN or year/make/model to see if their company towed my car and she said there was nothing she could do and hung up in my face.
Our car died on our way through town and these guys were amazing at getting us where we needed to be! The dispatcher that took the call was very friendly and reassuring and the driver they sent arrived really fast! I have nothing but good things to say about these guys!

1 day after the tornado, my car broke down. I'm single and new to Temple, so I had no one to call for help. When Riley came to tow me home, he knew exactly what happened, fixed it in under a minute, and charged me nothing for the call. I love this community, and I would recommend Temple Towing to anyone. This towing company was 100% professional. After getting the run around with our insurance roadside assist and then contacting 3 companies...none of which could.help us. We called these guys. We had 3 bolts on our boat trailer that were rounded off. A guy named Riley came out and used an Impact drill to get those three nuts off. Put on a spare. Ensured the spare was full of air and filled the other trailer tire with 50 psi. We were able to get home in ome piece. If they weren't able to get the tire off he was going to use his flat bed truck to tow our boat and trailer.
I'm retired military and I can say that this company was by far the most impressive towing companies I've worked with in many years.

Riley did a great job! He arrived in a timely manner. My 2 yo daughter was curious about the tow truck and he took the time to show her how the flat bed works. Highly recommend them.
After waiting several hours from around 3pm, for them to stop attending to other calls after ours, they finally decided to attend to our needs, then the driver didn't want to attend to us because he wanted to go home or something, so we had to wait another hour for someone to handle our situation, a 146 mile tow. The driver, Robert, 'Danny', Reymundo, was friendly and professional.
Only thing they did right was show up in a timely manner, overall terrible experience… driver Riley hopped in my car right next to my wife without asking, as if I cannot put my own car in tow mode which made both my wife and I very uncomfortable. He used a flat head screw driver to remove the tow eye cover which resulted in damage to my bumper, damaged my rim, left his dirty greasy fingerprints all over the interior of my car and over all just left it a complete disaster… I expect more competence coming from a business that is so highly rated… moral of the story will not be using them for service in the future and will be advising friends and family away from this business
In the late evening, two hours away from home, my vehicle encountered unforeseen problems. Thankfully, I contacted AAA for assistance and Danny from Temple Towing arrived promptly, within just 20 minutes. Danny proved to be a knowledgeable, kind, respectful and professional.
Given the situation, it became evident that my vehicle needed to be towed back to our residence, a considerable distance of nearly 150 miles. Throughout the process, Danny maintained excellent communication, even speaking with my husband over the phone to explain the situation and assure him of my safety while riding in the tow truck.
If you ever find yourself in need of towing services around Temple, I highly recommend this company, and if possible, request Danny to assist you. With his years of experience and kindness, he made a positive difference during this unexpected and frustrating situation, especially as I was alone in an unfamiliar town. I was leaving a local business when I discovered I had a flat tire. Immediately upon requesting service through AAA I received a call from TEMPLE Towing informing me that help was in the way. Riley was awesome and did a great and fast job getting my car on the flatbed considering front tires were completely flat. Also taking into account it was about 6 am and in a city we’ve never been in, he made the experience comforting and as pleasant as can be when dealing with situations like this. Price was decent, with the time and effort this took, couldnt have been much better than this.
My car was acting up, thought I would need a tow with my 2 children. A gentleman named Josh came out within 15 minutes after I called. He checked it out and determined I needed a battery, and he got my car up and running. Super pleased with how professional, how quick the response time was, and how down-to-earth both him and the call attendant were. While I hope I won't need their services again, I will definitely be remembering this company just in case or as a recommendation to someone else in need. Thanks yall!
Danny helped us out when our car got a flat driving on the interstate and we needed towing. This guy is an absolute stand up person, and an amazing man to talk to.
The first shop we stopped at (picked by myself) was not able to provide a replacement tire, so Danny immediately brought us to a place he knew of to provide the service and ensured they had the correct tire for us.
I cannot recommend him enough, 100% go with temple towing first - and if you get the chance to meet Danny you won’t regret it!! Amazing service!
