Having a vehicle break down is never fun, especially when it's after midnight and on the side of a busy highway with cars, trucks and big rigs speeding past at 75 mph. Called Frost Towing to get my truck towed back home. They were quick to respond and arrived exactly when they said they would. Randy had the truck loaded up supper quick and unloaded the truck in the driveway just as quickly and without any damage.

I cant say enough good praises for this company. They saved us hours of waiting for roadside service from the insurance company and got us inside our vehicle quickly after we locked the keys inside. I was having problems with my car. He was able to jump it for me (although I had tried that, apparently with bad cables). I was most impressed that he did not charge me for making the trip. Much appreciated!
Small company and friendly driver. I was help a man broke down and sleeping in his truck due to not being able to fix it and the ice/snowpocalypse didn't make it any better. Personally called 6 big name tow companies and all refused to tow him. I understand not wanting to tow in ice and snow but where we were was almost dry and where and where he was going was a high traffic area. FROST picked him up with no hesitation. Stand up company will definitely use the for towing needs from now on
Frost towing is an amazing, professional little company!! Randy is a driver, and also the owner. drives too... THEY GET THE JOB DONE! no complaining and whining like other companies, ,, SUCH AS ALL STAR TOWING OR TEMPLE TOWING .. just prompt courteous, friendly professional service at very reasonable rates.,.,., I have several vehicles towed a year and have found nobody that even comes close to this company at any level. I have found many of the shady towing companies are hawking to get your vehicle from you, to either resell, or get kickbacks from a used car dealer. beware of these crooks . they are like vultures trying to get your car... Frost towing does not get into your personal business, they just come pick up the car, and take it where u ask them to., I have seen other companies take vehicles to thier business locations parking lots, and search thru cars before taking them to thier destination, so I used to follow the tow operator in a different vehicle, to make sure they didnt dig thru my stuff.. u dont have to worry abt this with FROST TOWING!!! AMAZING COMPANY AND I WONT USE ANYONE ELSE. the last thing u want in a stressful situation is a cockroach tow operator arguing with you or looking for an angle to get your car from u.. ... U CAN TRUST FROST.. {stay frosty my friend} !!!!!!

I would give more stars if I could. Stacey towed our truck from Belton to our home in Manor after we were in an accident early Sunday morning. It was cold and raining and we were about to pay for Lyft to take us 60+ miles when Stacey very kindly offered to haul us and our two kids home as well. He even helped pull the bumper out a little so we could at least move the vehicle without causing further damage. Stacey went above and beyond what was expected and we are truly grateful.
After working a long shift the last thing you want is to walk outside to a truck that won’t start!!! I called and the owner was very nice told me he would get his driver to call me quickly. Within 15 minutes the driver was calling and was already on his way! Loaded truck and got me home quickly! He even put the truck in the garage for me so my husband could fix it! By far the best experience I’ve ever had! Thank you guys for the quick response, extremely helpful and reasonably priced!

Frost Towing is probably the best and fair priced in Bell County .I and my family have used them .They have always been professional, friendly, willing to work with you if you are in a tight they've helped me out several times and my go-to for towing. I highly recommend them.

Broke down at Subway in Belton and called Frost Towing. Driver answerd right away and said he was dropping a car off and would be right there. Just like he promised he pulled up in a reasonable amount of time. Loaded my car and safely and dropped it off at my house. To top everything off the price of the tow was awesome! Give them a call whenever you need a tow.
We were traveling through to Dallas when we experienced some car trouble outside of Belton. The tow truck arrived quickly and the driver had our car loaded quickly. Randy was friendly and professional. The tow was less than expected. Definitely give them a call.
Have used Frost Towing twice this year and had Stacey Frost on each of the tows. Fantastic service! I'm VERY particular about my vehicle and had/have NO second thoughts nor hesitation in using them and recommending Frost Towing to anyone! They go above and beyond in customer service and in the quality of the service they provide. Stacey Frost treated my vehicle as if it were his own. Towing is a service you hope you never need, but it sure goes a lot more smoothly with Stacey Frost handling the tow!
This place is AWFUL! They are never open to the public, owners make promises that they do not keep and will actually call clients liars! Run as fast as you can AWAY from them!
