My husband ordered a transmission and an Engine was delivered instead. He called to rectify the issue and was told he has to pay a restocking fee. This is not his fault and no one has yet to send a return or exchange label. He called back numerous times but get the run around and get hung up on. He is very unsatisfied with the treatment and the service.

I had a problem with transmission shop and Mr.John did not stop until he got everything resolved that shows that he really cared about my situation which meant more than anything no matter what the outcome was. Great business. Great prices. Everyone we spoke with was helpful. They saved me a few hundred dollars over their competitors. The door I purchased was perfect. It’s easier to purchase ahead of time and request more detailed pictures or show up to see if you’d like to continue with the sale. When I showed up the front office personnel was friendly as were the gentleman working the yard delivery. I will defiantly be back for more parts in the future.

Deal with D @ extension 129 just about daily via email. I ALWAYS get a prompt reply. Very reliable and every transaction is smooth. Whenever we do have parts delivered Jennipher always has the parts here as early as possible. She unloads delivery, loads cores and drops paper work in no time. Very hard working and takes what she does very seriously. Extremely rare there is ever something wrong with our delivery. This company comes highly recommended by me especially by means of D and Jennipher. Both are top notch.
