Efrén Vazquez was so much help when my truck had to be moved, he treated my vehicle like it was his own and handled everything with so much care and attention to detail, anyone else would have damaged my truck more than it already was but he cared enough to pay attention to things others wouldn't have as to prevent further damage.
Consummate artists! My vehicle was stuck and Jacob, like a Surgeon, un-stuck it. Well worth the money! And Susan was the dispatcher.

First off I want to say that my wife and I have had AAA for 10 years and this is the first time we’ve used them. AAA left us on the side of the road on a 3 lane highway headed from Belton to Killeen for almost 3 hours with no sign of someone coming to pick my son and I up due to a flat tire. I had no spare at the time. I started calling around to local towing companies and reached 121 Towing due to their good reviews. I spoke with Jana. First off I want to say that she was AMAZING. She tried her best to help me and my son. The company did not have a tow truck available at the time that could seat 2 passengers so we could ride with the tow truck to the dealership to get the tire replaced. Even though that was the case, Jana literally called every reputable company around our area to help us get towed and off the road. Even though that would mean we would be using someone else. She Genuinely cared about us and wanted to make sure we were ok. We did find a towing company that got us off the road, but I would not hesitate to call 121 towing anytime we need help if this were ever to occur again. We really appreciate you! Thank you Jana!
I would like thank Grainger and Stacy for doing their jobs to the fullest and beyond my car was broken down called 121 towing and I waited 20min before Grainger pulled up and got my car loaded and got me and my car back home in one piece
I had a wonderful experience with this company! I received more than just great customer service! The driver Granger/Jack was informational and very helpful. The customer representative, was very helpful as well and friendly and polite and found me with no problem! I would recommend this company if you want great customer service. Thanks again you all!! I won't recomend them, we call them for a emergency towing service they us will be in place in 45 minutes, we call them after a hour and half and see what is going, then they said ih we wel be there in 30.mism, with for them never show..if you neeed a emergency service, don't use them..they are not serious on business..

Nobody want to use a tow truck. But when you NEED one, call 121 towing. Efren was there to pick up my car in less than 15 minutes from the time I called for a tow truck. He had my car loaded and on the way to a mechanic just as fast. I highly recommend 121 Towing for all your towing needs. They can remove at least one obstacle from an otherwise crap day.
I called 121 towing today. They showed up in the time frame they said. Granger was the operator that came to pick me up.It was a little bit of challenge access to hook up under the car. He jumped out hooked it up loaded it up pretty quick. Impressive. I had to ride with him as well. 30 minute travel time. We had a great conversation during the drive. Thank you
Called Efren to come out and assist when my car died. He got out, diagnosed the problem, and gave a temporary fix before cancelling the order for the tow. He saved me a fair amount of money and sanity. Definitely calling 121 should I ever need a tow again.
I had the most disappointing towing experience imaginable. My car broke down because of transmission issues, and when the tow truck arrived, it fell off while the operator was lowering it. This mishap resulted in damage to my muffler and exhaust line. I was assured by the operator that no damage occurred but that was a lie. I reached out to the company, and Travis, the owner, assured me he would meet to discuss how we could resolve the situation. They advised me to take my car to the dealership for an evaluation to get an estimate on the repairs. However, I was repeatedly told that the owner was out of town and they would follow up with me. I was also told the owner came by multiple times and I wasn’t home, which was an obvious lie as I checked my cameras. Unfortunately, I never heard from them again. If you care about maintaining your vehicle in good condition, I strongly advise against using this company.
These people were so kind and great today. They helped me change my tire and were so fast to arrive. They were really nice, I was nervous to be a woman alone and broken down. I will definitely call them again. They also arrived in 15 minutes or so.
Granger is the most professional heavy equipment operator I’ve ever met. Driving a huge flat bed with a ten ton or so ambulance loaded, construction, rain, and high winds was a breeze for him. Not to mention the many cities it took to get to our destination!
This ride was badass. Great service at the best price. Jax was a very great driver and loaded my vehicle with care and professionalism. Great company. God bless. And thank you 121 towing.
I had to call a towing company a couple of weeks ago and I’m so thankful I reached out to 121 Towing and recovery. The service was very fast and professional and not to mention they made sure I was pulled over to a safe spot on the highway while waiting for them to arrive! I can’t say enough good things!

My tire went flat and I did not have a spare. I called a few towing places and each one said it would be 2 - 3 hours before they could get to me. 121 Towing came out within 45 minutes. They were quick and efficient. Highly recommend!
Wow! Excellent service. Eric and William came out to me and got the job done! I'm a trucker, and was pulling over 78000lbs in a tractor trailer, I was stuck in a ditch because of the excessive ice event in central Texas, needless to say, these guys had their hands full over the past week pulling out big rigs all over their coverage area. When they got to me it took them no time at all to pull my half leaning and tilted trailer out of the ditch and ready to roll. These guys were great and so very nice. They should've been exhausted and probably was but I never saw that... What I got was two of the nicest young men. It's hard to find service like this anymore but these Texans never cease to amaze me with their southern hospitality. Thank you to Mike as well that handled my telephone call. I won't forget 121 towing. I highly recommend these people. Keep up the good work guys!
We had a vehicle towed from our house to a mechanic shop in Killeen yesterday through our insurance. They chose 121 Towing. I was home when the driver came. He confirmed where he was supposed to take it, hooked up & left at 12:49 pm. Almost 5 hours later it was discovered he just dropped the truck off & left the keys in it without saying a word to the mechanic shop! That is unacceptable!
The ignition lock cylinder in my car locked up so I called AAA for a tow and they dispatched this company to me. Not only did it take almost two hours, but when I got to the location where I had asked the driver to drop my car. I noticed 15 foot scratches along the road from where the driver just dragged his lift along the ground. Not only that, but my front bumper was nearly ripped off and there is a metal plate on the ground that was ripped off from somewhere underneath my car.
William was an amazing person to deal with! He was friendly, put our safety first, and made sure we got to a gas station. Even after AAA gave him the wrong address, he kept his cool and found us. I would definitely recommend him and your company to anyone!
We had 121 Towing come out to our property and pick up a 20ft. container and move it. When I called the office to schedule it the lady was very helpful and professional. We scheduled for them to come the next morning at 7:30-8:00am. At 7:30am the next morning my phone rang and David was sitting at the end of our lane letting me know he was there. He was awesome! It was a challenge getting the container picked up, moved and put back down exactly where we wanted it. David was a pleasure to work with and we could tell he took pride in the the job he did and made sure everything was safe at all times. This is the second time I've had 121 towing come out to my place. The first time they were just moving an old truck for my brother. Both times I could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend them!
