Great customer services and also amazing prices

Would not recommend. Good with an oil change, not with anything else. A good mechanic is a humble one, admitting when they're right about something, but also when they're wrong. Same with life in general. I wish Carlos and his crew the best, but they'll never touch my vehicle again.

I had contacted Carlos and spoke with him directly about the issue I was having with my transmission leak. He was quickly able to diagnose where the leak was coming from. He was even able to give an accurate estimate of the repairs that needed to made to fix the leak. I will continue to come here for all my vehicles needs. I do highly recommend this place everyone. I truly believe that God led me to this business for a reason. I was beginning to worry that there wouldn’t be any shops open due to Labor Day weekend, but the doors here at Actual Automotive Repair were open & nothing is just by coincidence. The owner Carlos was very down to earth & helped get my A/C going again in a very timely manner. We spoke for a few minutes & the things we spoke about let me know that this wasn’t just another cash grabbing business, but a business built on genuine pride & love for community as well as the vehicles driven in it. I highly recommend AAR for all of your vehicles needs, you won’t be disappointed 10/10! P.S I finally felt comfortable & secure enough to give my car a wash after this service. The fact that I came back to show love to this business by taking this photo should speak volumes. God bless

Front desk makes you feel like family not just a customer. The staff in the garage are very attentive.

I would recommend Actual Automotive, the customer service was excellent. Even called me to let me know the progress and if there was another issue I would get a call with what the additional cost would be and if I wished to continue with the repairs. No pressure at all. Very impressed. My truck is running again.

The staff at actual Automotive is amazing they are very knowledgeable and willing. They go above and beyond. In my case, I travel for a living, and let's just say not just anyone is capable of properly doing maintenance let alone repairs on the particular truck I took to them. 6.6 Duramax with Allison. I called Carlos and said Im Not sure why but my fuel consumption is way out of wack. I'm waiting for fog to lift but if u have time it would if at least ease my nerves. May I swing in within 15min? The staff was waiting got me in and omgoooodness a fuel line blew just as I started it up. Hoses removed, ordered, delivered and installed. I was in and out within the hour. FTR as a pilot escort operator, transporting 72m wind mill blades. We dont exactly work on -our time-. This day saved many of headaches. At the end of the day if they wouldnt have gotten me in we'd have had at minimal 3blades and 12 escorts wherever them lines decided to go. The next time i started my truck. THANK YOU- Now thats ACTUAL AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR!

He took care of my needs quickly, explained everything that was going on, and EARNED MY TRUST, which in my opinion is the most important thing when it comes to a mechanic. These people are not just good. They’re anointed with the Holy Spirit. In my time of need when my family was going through a major struggle, with my truck breaking down, Carlos (The owner) had kept it safe. I had every intention of fixing it up, but with some financial changes in our family, it caused me to sell the truck. He had kept it there for MONTHS. Him and his wife were so kind, I still remember the day I brought it in, they made me feel secure and understood. These are GOOD PEOPLE. I will forever recommend anyone driving in and out of beeville for any issues of their vehicles to take it to these folks. I owe them a great deal, they don’t understand the stress and the burdens they have shouldered for me while we were transitioning in our financial predicament. I am forever grateful. They have pride in what they do.

I'd give 10 stars if I could! Fantastic service!! We overheated on I-37. Carlos made arrangements for a tow truck and a taxi to get the van and all of us to his shop in Beeville on a Saturday afternoon. Then diagnosed the problem, had an estimate and a plan to get us back on the road quickly. We were on the road by 11 Sunday morning. Amazing service, friendly and professional.
