Called about having a car hauled for scrap, they said they were interested and would call me back, they never called back. I called them back and they blew me off.
If I could I'd give no stars. I called and was quoted an amount and given a time frame. After waiting passed the time frame, I called back and no answer. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited about 15 minutes and called back again. I left a voicemail and NEVER received a phone call back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
Jesse and his cousin (sorry didn't hear his name) towed my SUV out of some deep mud in a pasture. I'm in the country east of Coupland. They found me quickly and towed me out in no time. We spent more time visiting than towing. I am very glad I called USAuto Wrecker Service. I expect I will need their help again in the future.
Very honest wrecker service! Good thing to have when traveling and experience inconveniences on the road. I was expecting to get ripped off but guys do their best. Highly recommend them!
