Not parts related but definitely staff related, so my shifter on my motorcycle came off while riding today and one of the parts drivers named Amanda had went above and beyond to help a bike in distress, she saw my shifter in the road and had seen I was pulled off to the side of the road about 7-8 miles north of her job, I left to go find it but when I got back to my bike after not finding it Amanda had went back grabbing it for me and putting it under the springer seat and left a note. GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND HER JOB!!
I had trouble finding a part and was at the junk yard all day still couldn't find it but Orlando found the part and saved the day for me and now I get my truck going.. thank you Orlando.
They had really good service. I called and asked if they could have a part sent from the hub, and they where able to within just a few hours. Was able to get it same day with no problem.
I just wanted to say that Kerri in Poteet, TX. is a very knowledgeable worker and is always ready to help with any automotive parts and questions that we may have. She's always ready to help.
The part we ordered was there 40 min before they promised! Most of what we need is in their inventory so we don't need to wait! The daily hours are long enough that O'Reilly's is usually open until 9pm.
This is an auto parts store that has a large selection of parts and car care supplies available. If it is not in store, most items will be ordered and available that day or next morning.
This place has always been helpful,since it opened. They help you find what you need,if you don't know. I say this because I am a female,and some of us know a bit,but others may not. Then,others get to learn even more as you go as well. I learned that the best choice to clean your gas tank,ect, is the Barry type of cleaner,the brand I mean,at least,that is what a worker suggested worked for his vehicle. Time will tell,and I will let you know as well if it worked.
Great service and clean place variety of things you can get from the store and if u want some things that are not there they are willing to talk and work on the items they can see about other stores that might have it and getting the product doesn't take much time to get it in the next day or even sooner depending on when you are there
John is on his A game i went in to pick up my parts had ro turn in the core. I was out side getting ready to leave and John came out to insure i got my core deposet returned.
Have absolutely nothing good to say about this place & it's employees. These employees can see you walking around for hours looking for an item & they will not offer to help you or even a freakin Hello wen you walk in. Disgusted with this place
Called store and had them pull parts. Went into store to get them one guy working didn't say anything to anybody 4 people waiting no responsefrom guys working
Should have more knowledgeable people in the mornings too. At least one person who really knows mechanics, not just saying whatever they think. Called ahead to have part put aside for fast pick up and they couldn't even do that. Didn't appreciate the woman talking over me when I was explaining that spark plugs could be gapped with the proper tool, not the keychain gappers sold at the counter. She couldn't even give gap specs, had to call Pleasanton O’reilly’s to get the info and they were quick with it.
Called in to have a part aside and notified them we were coming and was told to come and they'd wait 10 min's. Past closing for us but when we arrived less than 8 mins after closing they refused to help ???
AutoZone eat your heart out O'Reilly's by far my favorite auto parts store and I've been to them all knowledgeable staff Quick Service theyre the real MVP
