I received the best service today. They showed really quick. Chad was so professional and phenomenal. I was so thankful he figured out how to get my vehicle out of the sand. This company is the one you want when you are stuck. Thank you Chad for everything. I truly appreciated it.
Well, our cell reception didn't work well outside of Pleasanton, TX and we had to resort to plan B since we couldn't contact our roadside service since they've gone all digital. My son called for us and Jeff's tow arrived in fifteen minutes! Dillian our driver was professional. With a very clean cab and quiet demeanor we arrived to SA in a jiffy. Thirty miles cost us two hundred and twenty six dollars for the flatbed tow. I know it would have been less had our roadside called them instead but it is what it is. We are home safe and that's what matters most.
Had an unfortunate situation today involving objects on the road. Javier came out to tow the vehicle back to the dealer. He is incredibly knowledgeable about this occupation and a joy to be around for the hour back. I've dealt with some drivers in the past that were suspect at best, but he was by far the best. Great values and spoke highly of the job. I would 100% recommend this company for any towing needs.
Just now, I was backing out from The UPS on Goodwin, and one of Jeff's Rollbacks came driving very fast and almost hit my truck If I had not quickly stopped he would have hit my truck.Abd I would like to add ,for several years ,Jeff's tow trucks run red lights and speed thru this town.One day ,a big law suit could happen.Hope it's not me they hit.
Didn't give me my charge or a receipt for the service told me it was my fault because I had no move the other car out ot the way because I wanted it in the driveway to be worked on unloaded it in the wrong place but was still on our place so he said it was not in the way of the neighbors I had another person that took him the money so I could move the car and he was not very helpful in his part of getting the change either because he couldn't hear what was said overall bad night
We have had 3 auto body work repairs done with Jeff and the work is always excellent this is a great company to do business with i highly recommend them!!!
We were suck in the middle of nowhere and AAA coordinated a tow with Jeff's. Our driver, Mike, was very nice and professional. He drove 75 miles out of the way to get us, then towed us about 130 miles home. Another 60 miles back home for him, some of it in traffic. He basically rescued us from the side of the road on a Sunday afternoon when most people had the day off and watching football.
On the two hour ride home, my wife and I were completely exhausted from the ordeal. Mike had taken several business calls from others who weelre looking for a tow, and with each call, he was professional, and patient as he helped delegate to his team. Six stars
I really really think the man that responded to me was the face of the company. He was kind, he was patient and he helped us get out of a sticky situation. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
They have transported several of my vehicles. I haven't had any issues they communicate well and shout to "James" the best darn tow truck driver I know. He does an awesome job. Definitely a candidate for employee of the year and a well deserved raise in Pay. Thanks for providing a good service. Keep it up!
We were on the road trying to make it to a local auto dealership for some necessary repairs and we couldn't continue on so we talked to the service reps and they recommended Jeff's. I talked to Judy/Dispatcher who was super great to work with and Javier/Tow truck driver got us loaded up and towed quickly and safely!!! Great team, great service! Highly recommend Jeff's!! When a county official knows your company, you know it’s a Godsend. I can’t thank them enough for saving me when another company claimed they knew what they were doing and just drove off. Jeff’s guy hooked my truck up in under 2 minutes and are so professional and courteous. IF U NEED SOMEONE CALL THESE GUYS.
I had a vehicle inspected for damage as part of a potential insurance claim. The summary I was given did not match a second opinion I obtained from the original dealership who made sure to point out the damages and showed me what it should look like undamaged.
For the items they did list, their quote is more than fair. However, I'm left feeling that there was some oversight or lack of attention.
Whet in to set up an appointment in February of this year. They tell me they can't schedule me in until October. I said ok, I called to verify in August and they said yes, we're still on schedule. They also said they would contact me to again to verify. They never contacted me, so I called and they said I missed my appointment and that they sent out a text message. Well guess what, I never received a text or a phone call to verify. I asked what number did they used to text and just as I figured, they can't find that information. Instead of trying to figure something out, they want to reschedule me for January of 2024! I'm not wasting anymore of my time on this company and if this helps anyone else out, good!
My daughter and I had our Tahoe break down on the way to San Antonio. Jeff's Auto Rebuilders responded so quickly!
The young man who came was great! He was kind, helpful, and put us at ease about our situation. Later, when I called Jeff's about towing our vehicle back to Brownsville, the lady who took my call was nice and respectful. We were able to drive our Tahoe back home. I am so grateful that our Roadside Assistance got them to tow us, and I highly recommend Jeff's for anyone who needs a tow around the Pleasanton area.
We broke down on our way to Corpus for a family vacation. This company was very awesome providing us a tow in their extended cab the rest of the way to our destination. We were able to fix our car and still make it to the beach so our trip wasn't a complete waste of time! Was very pleased with their kindness and services!
Last Sunday I was stranded alone on I35. My camper trailer had a major tire blow out. Alex responded so quickly! He called and said he was on his way and got there in less than 15 minutes. Cheerful, reassuring, and quickly got me back on the road!!! So grateful for his speedy reliability. And didn’t charge an arm and a leg for responding when my trailer isn’t covered by AAA.
My wife and I were traveling on the freeway and had a major problem with our travel trailer. Javier came to our rescue. The man is a gentle giant and a lifesaver. Thank you one million times!
Needed some help with my car ASAP, I walked in and asked for help because I live almost an hour away! I even offered to pay for assistance with my car, he came out after helping the first customers; lifted my car, personally helped with the undercarriage and told me not to worry about it! I offered twice to pay and he said he was just trying to help. I greatly appreciated the help! Great People there!
Called for information on a problem with another towing company . Drivers company was refusing to take us in the cab with him. That would leave us stranded along side the highway. He offered to come out immediately, tow the car and take us with him in the cab. Very nice man! Fortunately, the other driver finally agreed to take us! Jeff was a big help!

I was stranded on I37 with my kids and Jeff's Auto Rebuilders sent Alex, who had us secure and safe and on the road home in about 15 minutes. What could have been a very bad evening turned out pretty fun despite the car trouble, my kids are still talking about how cool their buddy is and all the stuff he taught them about tow trucks. My semi truck blew a head gasket on I 10 about 120 miles east of San Antonio. I called a tow truck from that area and asked for a rate. They wanted $2,500.00 to tow me back to San Antonio. I then called Jeff's Auto Rebuilders. They went all the way out there and towed my truck back to San Antonio and charged me less than half the price of other tow trucks. Thank you Jeff's. Definitely hot my recomendation
These folks are so wonderful. We were broke down out on Hwy 37. Useing google map system I tracked down Jeff;s Towing. He dispatched very quickly. Took us to a napa store and got us back on road. Thank you so much Jeff. These folk;s are reccomended by me. M&M Parker CO.
These guys helped us so much, and after hours about 9 pm. We had had two blow outs in 3 days and were resigned to being stranded for another nights sleep in our truck. Jeff H(spelling?) Came and got us, helped us find a tire guy (actually called a friend in to help us after hours). He stayed with us to make sure we were okay. He really cares about people, if you have trouble out there Jeff will be on your side and will not quit until you are safe. Thank you!

Jeff was great on my roadside assistance! I would love to call you so I can tell you the garage we took truck to is not desirable. They fixed my water pump but many parts loosened/disconnected to assure another breakdown. I was lucky and found these after I got home. I know my truck and those parts were tight before that garage touched it. Again Jeff, thank you and enjoy your next fishing trip. Loved the fish pictures you showed us!
Thanks so much for the help last Friday. Trailer stuck on the side of the road, 95 degree weather and a friendly person both answering and coming to help us. Can't say enough about the service, the expert help to lift and reconnect our trailer. You always hope bad things never happen on the road but when they do it is nice to have folks like you to help out and put the bad behind you. Would highly recommend!
