Went to get a car battery and seemed to receive the same "service" that a lot of reviews are talking about. Slow to call you up to the register, have an attitude and seem almost annoyed that you ask any questions. After they gave me store credit for exchanging a battery, I decided I will be an Auto Zone customer from now on. I don't feel that playing hip hop music with explicit lyrics should be in a place of business...just my opinion.

Poor customer service, waited for a good 5 minutes before been helped. The associate was too busy stuffing his face. They didn't want to warranty my battery.

Noticed owner took my post down...went in employee with glasses was watching movie on his phone while other black young man was. Hard at work cleaning..tzking trash.. counter guy never took his eyes off his phone movie... i had to ask for a bsg...he was so preaccupied...more disappointed owner removed my review..spend thousands here ...most always great...this time ...not

Jesse made the trip fantastic! He was extremely helpful and friendly. He made me feel comfortable. They had the parts I needed, and the speed of the help was great. I will be shopping here for my parts more often.

I was in the area and stoped by, I need it help removing the service alert from my car, nothing crazy. I need and asked for help! While I know most of the personnel be tired and have a crazy day, some guys where not willing to help, looking at their cell phone and say look on YouTube or give me simple no, Mr. RJ was getting out of his shift and came and asked for my manual, helped me and took less than 5 min. For that I'm thankful and give him 5 stars for going above and beyond!!

Went in yesterday just to buy a headlight bulb. There was 3 employees that I saw. 2 were just sitting on their phones right next to the registers and acknowledged me at the register the other was in the back somewhere. I waited a good 2 minutes and no one bothered to ring me up so I just left the bulb there and left. Very rude never going back

I went to O'REILLY'S today to pick up a licence plate mount. When I came in I saw only two customers. It was very surprising because the parking lot was pretty full. One customer was being cashed out with their purchase and the other customer was being helped to find an item. However I saw three employees. Both customers for being helped by an employee. I continued on and went to go and find my item when I came back the one customer that was purchasing his item was gone and to the employees were gone. I only saw the one customer that was being helped to find an item bye an employee. I took my items and I went over to the cash register where I had seen the other customer being cashed out. Nobody ever said anything to me. At one point employee I saw went to the back and it came back with the lady the one that was helping the cash out the other customer before. I thought maybe he was getting her to help me but apparently I was mistaken because he needed help. She did help him and then after she finished helping him she never came over to me. I waited for a long while. I was wondering if they were even going to acknowledge me. I got my answer they never did. I stood there for what seemed like a good 10 minutes before I decided to just go ahead and leave. Nobody felt that I was important enough to acknowledge and nobody felt I was important enough to cash out. So I left my items there at the register walked out got in my car drove down the street a few buildings down and went and purchased my item at autozone. AutoZone was full parking lot and inside. The lady at AutoZone apologize that I had gotten such bad service at O'Reilly's. I don't usually go to O'Reilly's now I know why.

I don't really know much about cars much less tractors but every time I visit O'Reilly Auto parts Dante always delivers excellent customer service.

The employees at this location have always been super helpful, but even when faced with getting quotes for a laundry list of parts within an hour of closing time, Robert still provided the customer service I have come to expect and appreciate from Oreilly's. The competitive prices, product availability, and most importantly, the customer service at Oreilly's is why I have been fully converted from an Autozone customer, and I don't intend on shopping elsewhere in the future. 10/10

Veronica was very helpful n as all my experiences w any of the orielys auto parts stores their. Understanding very friendly personalities n go out of their way to assist me w all my needs ...they also stand by their warrantys unlike auto zone who denies selling u something or act their ignorance that the stock # dont match ..i was so happy to see orielys come to lytle n devine it saves me gas now haveing to go to sa but it was worth every dime not to have to deal w auto zones stupidity .......oreilys beats their prices n qaulity of parts ...

My children my wife and me went here around 5:30 pm Sunday may 11th 2020 an employees by the name of Veronica and Dantae do not like handicapped children being in the store and they tried kicking us out because my children were to happy and ran to the next isle of the store was not all that busy and my children were not bothering any other customers mind you we had been telling our children to calm down they get way over excited. With most stores closed they were even more happy to be out of the house. But Veronica decided to address my children with me and my wife standing in font of her. i informed her not to do so if she had a problem she needed to address a parent not the child. Veronica and Dantae both did not care that my children are handicapped Veronica rolled her eyes and kept going back and forth with me and my husband. I dont understand what the big deal was ive seen children run in a store and you smile and probably hear the parent telling them something. Its hard enough on a parent at a store theres little room for people like Dantae and Veronica who dont know how to function in the real world they both need to understand their not the only ones in this world and overly happy children in the store isnt a big deal. By the way there is no running sign posted just saying they really needed to chill out. Need less to say we wont be shopping at oreillys ever again since its not family friendly.

Manager falsely claimed that they could not sell me anything without a facemask per city order. There is NO city order. This is they type of service that is consistent at that location, well that along with a poor inventory.

Now this place was fast for service well kept store well stocked just one thing was not fare in my opion was that they well not except any of their parts back even with a receipt if u don't have the original box it was purchased in so if u visit this store please remember to keep the package it comes in just in case there is an issue with it cause even with a receipt if u don't have original box u won't be given credit or a refund

Would not honor warranty on my truck battery. It was leaking acid bad. The just offered to clean up and test it. Good or bad, no one wants battery acid leaking into their engine bay. I went and bought a new battery at Wal-Mart. The acid was already getting on my wire harnesses and fender. It was my guess, they were wanting me to hold it 2 more months till it would of been out of warranty.

Excellent service!! I went to this store for a new battery and got an excellent price and even had it installed because of my bad knee and back. Friendly service and helpful employees. You can't beat them.

I only get to this oreilys bout twice a year but these people are the coolest most accurate polite store in the world...I think I see about 40 parts stores a year this is my favorite and best

I don't understand how this place is still in business in lytle. Most of the employees don't understand what parts you're referring too as well have a tendency to sell you the wrong parts. Nobody there seems to care about their customers choosing policy over being rational and ethical. Hate doing business here only come here if you are picking up oil.

Service was outstanding.... We are a mechanic shop and We had a customer break down about 10 miles away... OSCAR was able to find what we needed and was able to deliver the parts needed to our mechanic at the location. Very courteous and fast service. He took tools, parts and misc. things to get the job done. Excellent service.

I bought a carbuerator kit at the Lytle store. They were very curteous I guess the country style is different then in the city. I want to thank especially Oscar for all the help that I needed. All was all complete ASAP no questions, he knew everything that was needed. THANKS

Order to go 3 orders out of the 3 ,1 was wrong I called and was told come back and they would resolve the issue. As I live over 6 miles from this location I asked for other options I was told "the only other option was the next day between 11.00 and 2:00 p.m. I explained that I would be out of town for the day due to work, I had no option

Workers are very friendly and approachable, they always greet me and that is priceless.I stopped going to auto zone I was disrespected there so they lost my 40 yes.of businesses I am glad y'all came to the neighborhood.
