I was on my way to Seattle hauling a trailer when my car wouldn’t start after fueling off Highway 287. I was stranded and unsure what to do, but Sean, the owner, answered my call right away and came quickly to help.
He diagnosed the issue (a failing battery), jump-started my car, and got me back on the road fast. When I asked about the cost, he told me it was a simple fix and didn’t charge me anything.
That kind of honesty and kindness is rare these days. Sean is a true gentleman with a Texas-sized heart. Highly recommend!
Sean & his son are AMAZING. My fiancé and I broke down just outside of Claude when we called our current roadside service provider - no luck! Well, we found A&S and they came to our rescue in less than 15min with lights shining!! Seans son loaded up our truck while Sean picked up my fiance, dog, and myself. Theyre wonderful people and true professionals. What a true blessing to have met them. Very reasonably priced too I might add given the circumstance. I felt a tow for a lifted truck could have been MUCH more expensive.
These guys saved my behind after I got a flat on 287. Needed a jack after I screwed up and placed mine wrong and couldn’t get my spare or the flat back on. If you are ever in a bind near Claude these are 1000% the people to call!!
Shawn and Brendan are the kind of honest guys that the world needs more of. Kind, hardworking professionals that help people out who are in a bad spot and don't gouge them in the process. I can't recommend them enough.
I had a blowout leaving work 3 miles west of Claude. I needed a jack to put my spare on for my pick up soo i called A&S to see if they could spare me one. Shawn sent his son (sorry if i miss pronounce his name) Brendan over to assist and in less than 10 minutes he was there with a jack and an impact wrench/sockets. Not only did he go out of his way to help me, but he refused to let me pay him. I cannot express enough of the appreciation i have for these guys today. I pray all good things always come yalls way. I highly recommend A&S. Very kind hearted people! Like he told me “they have not yet failed to leave someone stranded when they need it most”
I hit a 4×4 that was in the road on my way home. I don't remember if the gentleman's name was Sean or Shane, but I'm calling him a LIFE SAVER!! He got my spare down and changed the tire in no time, and told me where I could get another tire.

Shawn was very helpful, I was on my way out of Texas from Weatherford and ran out of gas. I thought I was stranded as I don’t know anyone from west Texas but he was more than willing to bring a full gas can and fill us up free of charge
My family was recently involved in a horrific accident Monday night leaving Amarillo, 9 hours from home still. I didn't get the assistant's name but she was so kind and helpful and made sure to help us get all of our belongings out that we could. Even crawling in and bagging some herself. Although this was a horrific experience, A&S Towing did their part and more. I consider this business to be a blessing.

This is the BEST towing company in the world. It completely turned my whole situation around.
Shawn arrived quickly, was friendly and reassuring, and saved me and my car from a storm and brought us safely all the way to Amarillo where I didn’t have to worry about having access to other resources I could need.
I had been waiting a couple of hours (on the shoulder of a busy highway in the middle of nowhere) for my insurance company to send a driver. Radio alarms indicated a dramatic storm was rolling in as the sun was going down. Everything was beginning to feel more dire (I legit started considering what ditch I would run to if a tornado landed). I began my own search for tow trucks. Many were already busy but finally another service recommended A & S Towing. Shawn answered promptly and without hesitation said there was a storm rolling in and came straight away to get me out of there. I explained my need of a hotel and possibly a rental car, and Shawn offered to take me all the way to Amarillo where I could find both. He was very knowledgeable and was able to reassure me about the problem (his guess of what it would be was spot on). He brought my car to the shop and then drove me to a nearby hotel, ensuring I would not be walking around in the dark. He went far beyond what most tow drivers would do. I could have had a long list of obstacles to overcome to get back on the road, but he set me up to get moving again promptly.
This company is honest, trustworthy, reliable, knowledgable…everything you could ask for. I am so so grateful for Shawn and A & S Towing.
Hands down the best towing company in the northwestern corner of Texas! They are prepared for any situation, quite savvy, friendly and costumer attention was a priority for them. I would definitely come back to them if I need to!
5/5 great price and great guy help me and my brother after my truck had issues took use to a hotel and also took are vehicle to Mechanic, so he can be fixed the next morning Definitely recommend him to anybody that needs a tow.

A&S cares about their clients, does the right thing even when it’s difficult, and are clearly driven by high ethical standards as well as God given morals paired with an empathetic attitude. I could not recommend them more strongly. I am forever indebted to this city and the fine gentlemen it has produced.
The Fire and Sheriff dept. are also of the finest quality in this city, showing respect and compassion- further emphasizing the aforementioned virtues.
If A&S is an option for you, it’s my only recommendation.

Great experience with A&S Towing. Shawn answered the call and came quickly after our first tow (aaa) canceled and didn't tell us for two hours after I totaled the car with a deer. He was very efficient, got us to the yard then ran is to the convenience mart before unloading because we needed a bathroom. Traded vehicles them drove us and our gear to a hotel in Amarillo at 2am. He was fun and talked with my teen and ya kids until they were laughing even in the stress. Next day my son needed something he forgot, I told him they would be closed but we could see, drove by the yard and pulled in. A couple in a truck was driving toward us, saw us and turned in. Turns out it was someone with a key. She let my son in to get his things, on a Sunday, with such kindness. We highly recommend A&S. So impressed with their customer service.
This towing company saved me. They picked me up off the side of the road in the middle of the night and responded quickly for a good price. They brought my car to a shop and gave us a ride to a hotel. I was able to get my car running the next morning with their help with the recommendation for an auto shop.
Been sitting on the side of the road ALL NIGHT... After reading the reviews.. I called and ask him if he would haul me to Dallas. He offered no solution. Only told me No, I will not.
Very nice man to deal came out to help me with a flat when no one else would an even tho the rim was Crack an he couldn't do anything about it he was still professional an didn't charge me I would highly recommend him for anything if you are near the area
Ran out of gas 5 miles outside of Claude at 10pm on a Sunday night during spring break. By 11pm we had 5 gallons of gas in the vehicle and were back on our way to Colorado! Timely, professional and reliable. Give this guy a call first for any of your tow service needs
