On Sunday, October 19, 2025, I visited this store in Huntington, Texas, and purchased a tie-down strap to secured some metal on a trailer I was pulling home about an hour away. After tieing-down my load in the parking lot, I got back on the road. About ten minutes later, I realized I did not have my wallet. I called the store and spoke with TJ and Jaddyn, who had waited on me in the store. One of them went out into the parking lot and found my wallet. I turned around and retrieved it. You gotta love this customer service. Great people and great store.
I walked in needing a battery for my car and it was about 10 minutes before they closed. Luckily this nice guy named Zailyn helped me find the right one and put it in for free I was out of there within 15 minutes!
The old guy with the long beard is a toxic terror. He has 0 customer service skills. I asked of i could return a part i purchased for 300 bucks if it turns out not to be the problem, and instead of a yes or no..he added alot of whiny huff and puffs and acted as if I just asked him for his last dollar.. I feel sorry for the guys that have to work under him.. ill definitely take my business else where as long as he is employed there.
I love dealing with the Huntington location. Clay is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help. The crew is friendly and helpful. They always make sure you get what you need and will find what they don't have for you.
I enjoy going here because they seem to enjoy me being there. Its a far better feeling than having to prepare myself to go into the "competitor" store.
This crew is great and will spend whatever time you need to take care of you. You never feel rushed or in the way.
Needed a new battery ASAP. Arrived a few minutes before closing. Cody was so nice and courteous and installed it for me. Will be my go to for auto parts
Jim, Clay, and Chris made a mission out of making sure my problems were solved. They took ALL of the initiative, and showed a city guy what east Texas hospitality and service is all about.
Always a pleasure coming here at O'Reilly's in Huntington. Good customer service, store very clean, and able to use tools at thier place if needed. I recommend this place.
Friendly associates pretty helpful, nice not to have to drive 30 extra mins to Lufkin anymore. They have just about any thing you could nee for you car or truck. Usually with pretty fair prices.
Make sure you check your parts that the entire part is there. Had bought brake caliber and it was missing the bleeder and they never-ending replaced it or tried to fix issue. Will not go there again!
The new location in huntington makes getting parts so much eaiser for the folks around huntington that don't want to drive all the way to lufkin. Their loaner tool program has saved me many hours and headache of having to go buy that one tool ill never use again and the staff is very friendly as well as knowledgeable.
my husband went in there and bought a roll of solder to fix a switch in his 18 wheeler and had switch and solder gun with him asked if he use a plug for a moment to fix switch since truck was in a parking lot and was told no its against policy so guess what orreilly you just lost a customer. you wanted to make that sell bad but then refused the use of a plug for 5 five minutes thats poor customer service in oir eyes
