I had Preston help me twice and I was very impressed! I had to be towed to a dealership that was local when my car broke down on my way from Houston to DFW. Decided it would be best to tow all the way to Fort Worth where my usual dealership is and Preston came back and took me all the way up! Professional, friendly and even offered to stop if I needed food since I had not eaten since 7 am. No one likes having to be towed but I’m thankful that I had such a great company to do it for me when I needed it stuck between two destinations!
Bradley with Big Mike’s Wrecker went above and beyond in helping my buddy today when his truck wouldn’t start after fueling up at Gateway. We prayed about it, and then Bradley arrived and fixed the issue. We thank God for sending him to help.
The shop I was having my car towed from ended up being closed he was extremely understanding and worked with me the whole time when we finally got the keys and got it to its destination my sister was having tire problems he went out of his way to help us with that and I am extremely grateful cheapest quote I got from all the shops I called and I am extremely happy with the services cannot recommend enough
Absolutely the best service!! He was friendly and quick. Driving through town and had a fuel pump go out. Didn’t have tools or parts and needed to get to my destination in a timely manner, the driver was efficient. Definitely recommend

They disconnected my shift linkange. Tried to blame it on a bent front axle shaft saying it hit it..... Its not possible. Driver snapped my linkage.... They say a bent drive shaft caused this... I drove it there... But couldn't drive it out.
Edit. So now knowing my truck (2011 f150) after replacing parts. After it loses vacuum 4x4 is engaged. I did not know this at the time. Makes sense why the drive shaft bent towing it with the front wheels on the ground while the back were not spinning. It was in park.

I have used them for years very friendly service. Very fast at arriving to your location. Have had no problems with them at all have always used my car insurance to pay for their service spirit
The whole group there were very nice and happy to help me. Their pricing is fair and even helped me out by letting me keep the vehicle there for no charge until I could get a tow dolly to come get it (I live 2 hrs from Palastine). One of the drivers even used the wrecker to help me load the car onto the dolly. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again if I need a wrecker in that area.
