They provide great service. The driver was prompt, professional, and courteous. I appreciate my car being towed to the requested destination with care.
Not sure where to start ... not sure if this is the best towing service in Palistine or I was lucky in the fact that Charles was the driver who towed my Jeep from Palestine to Jacksonville. In conclusion Carrols Towing Service gets 5 stars but Charles gets 10 stars!!!
I had a flat tire with no spare and needed a tow, Roadside service told me it would be an hour before they got there but Caroll's Wrecker Service showed up in about 15 minutes! Theres was a small issue that caused some damage to my vehicle, BUT Justin went above and beyond to make things right. They covered the full repair cost and EVEN paid for my flat tire. Justin was so kind, honest, and easy to work with the entire time. It’s rare these days to find a business that truly stands behind their work and treats customers with that level of care. I’m genuinely grateful for how they handled everything and would recommend them without hesitation!
Preston was awesome. It was so hot.. There were problems getting the old tire off and the 2 spares were bad. Was finally able to get replacement and get installed. Preston was patient and professional.

Had a flat with no spare on the loop in Palestine. Carrolls came to the rescue lightening quick, scooped up my car, called the tire shop to ask them to stay open for us and we got there just in time. 10/10 would use again! Thanks Charles!

Called for a tow on one of my hauling vehicles, a tandem axle dump bed. The receptionist was courteous, and the driver communicated well along the way. No issues, fair price, outstanding service value! I highly recommend!
Our tow truck driver did a good job. Management and dispatch did NOT do a good job. They misled us in to believing that our tow would be completely covered by our Triple AAA membership. It was a mistake on their part and they would NOT take ANY financial responsibility for their mistake (other than "internally handling it") ...even though we gave them the opportunity to do so. I do not recommend using this company as they do not treat their customers with respect. I have a feeling that this company will respond to this review by blaming us for everything. Underestimated the grass after some rain... got our truck stuck in the front yard then tried to get it out making matters worse. Decided to call Caroll's and got prompt service. They do not play. We had an estimated time of arrival within 1 minute and they were here 20 min. later. Their prices are very reasonable, and the driver Mr. Josh was very professional, precise and polite. I hit a huge deer tonight in my small 2013 Chevrolet. I felt down and out until Layton Mott arrived on the scene. He really lifted my spirit just being himself. He even called me a couple of times to let me know how long it would be before he got to where I was at. He was right on time! He was friendly, polite, and caring. I had to get my car towed today. Called AAA , Carroll's Wrecker Service was dispatched out for the tow. A young man by the name of Charles was the toe truck driver. Very nice young man! Driving was great! Not one time the entire 2.5 hrs drive did I feel unsafe. He was very friendly also. I wanted to let his supervisor know this young is representing well for your company. No other tow companies in a 100 mile radius comes close to comparing to this companies fast and reliable services! They do much more than just towing! jumpstarts, unlocks, tire services, & winch outs/recoveries!! & yes they really do it all 24/7 (even accident requests)!! 2019 Ford Explorer wouldn't start. Gave them a call the truck was on the scene in 9 minutes. Bradley was a super nice human. I live in Buffalo and was leaving a doctor appointment with my elderly Mom in 100 + temperatures. He gave me great advice as to what I could do as he was unable to get it started. He got us hooked up and loaded up quickly and dropped in Buffalo. Thank you Bradley for being such a respectful young man and taking care of us 2 old ladies.
