On Sunday, the 1st of March, I was traveling on 175 Hwy with my 92 year old aunt, when I encountered car problem. I entered O'Reilly in Frankston, Texas and was warmly welcomed. I provided as much Information as I could and without hesitation, Dakota, an employee with courtesy and genuine concern and professionalism got my aunt and I back on the road. We were greatly pleased and Blessed that we were lead to that store and Dakota. I will be forever grateful for his generosity. J.C.G
Connor and the other guy in there this evening were chill and helpful and recommended a product I will probs be using for years to come: Sprayway Glass Cleaner! It works so well it’s crazy! They really proved they have range.
The staff here went out of their way to help. We were coming from out of town to go to an emergency vet when our check engine light came on. They ran a scan for us, told us spark plugs were a common cause of the issue, helped select spark plugs and loaned us tools. When he saw us struggling with getting the spark plugs out, he even came out and brought a special spark plug socket. Thank you for your assistance and kindness!
Told me my issue was my battery. Sold me the most expensive battery, installed it, and assured me I’d be fine. Been broke down on the side of the road in 100° weather for two hours now. Even replaced the battery cable. Still won’t work. Now I have to call a tow truck and spend even more money on that and a mechanic to find out why it won’t start or, once jumped, stay running. Not going to trust them again.

All stores are great with knowledge and customer service. Low rating for high prices. If I need parts immediately O'Reilly's will always be my go to, but if I can wait for part I will order on line for cheaper price.
I came into the store needing a very small particular part, the employee took time helping me find that small odd part. They were about to close and he took his time and didn't rush me out. That's why I always choose O'Reilly over the others. Even when I'm out of town. ?
Customer service is scarce depending on who's working. Most the time I have to find it myself and a lot of times have had to take parts back because they gave us wrong one. It is great that it's close to home instead of having to drive 20 miles or more now.
The clerks were busy helping not only at the counter but outside with automotive. I picked up what I needed rather quickly. I waited on the one counter and waited on the other until they started waiting on other people. Now I don't even bother stopping at. This place
We use this location for our business and they're awesome in every way. Knowledgeable, friendly staff, clean inside, well stocked and neatly organized.
Couldn't find part we needed at Tractor Supply and they recommended we try O'Reilly's but they thought they would be closed already.... omw to DQ... so glad to see O'Reilly's was open after 8:00 p.m. on a Saturday night! AND had exactly ? what we needed! Ty for assisting us to find the radiator cap for our bulldozer at the end of the day. We will be back!
So glad the put an auto parts store, local. Great selection of anything engine related. I buy my lawnmower service parts there. Much cheaper than going to a lawnmower shop.
The people up there are very nice. Customer service is A1 and they don't pressure you into anything you don't want to buy. Overall it was a great experience.
Love O'Reilly's The man that helped us was very helpful Came back 2 days later to get another part and he remembered us Said we were really nice folks and he even remembered what car I had and what I bought He said there's not a lot of good ppl around anymore
Only reason I went here x3 is because it considerably closer than any other auto parts store. First two times I was alone and a female and each time there were three employees working. I looked at windshield wipers and then headlights. Not once was I asked if I needed any assistance. I did, so I left. Oh yes, I was the only customer in the store each time.
Nice to have a chain auto part store locally in Frankston. I'm situated mid distance (more or less) between Jacksonville, Palistine, Athens, and Tyler. They are nicely stocked with all the parts I have needed. Usually no wait. I hope they thrive in that location. I would hate to see them leave.
This store is what people around here have been waiting for since we are in a triangle of cities around us but they are 16 to 30 plus miles away.very convenient and friendly,helpful employees especially one named Robert who is always ready to help. I'll be back often.thankyou for being here O'Reilly's.
