Our family vehicle broke down on the way back from vacation, and this tow service was a lifesaver! They showed up within 15 minutes, got our car safely to the dealership of our choice, and handled everything with professionalism and care. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring during a stressful situation. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. My wife hit a deer south of Frankston and it disabled her car. We called around 1:30am and Scooter was at our location and loaded by 2am. He was extremely helpful - even taking our vehicle to the local Chevrolet service center, dropping it off and filling out the necessary paperwork for us.
Don’t believe the negative reviews. Those are all from people who had their vehicles impounded due to arrest.

Evidently they use a clearing house for their tows. I had to go through Roadway Rescuers Inc. Do not give them any information, particularly a credit card. They will give you a an exorbitant price, but if you accept it, they will add on various fess up into the $400 range. They told .e that I had to pay extra because they had to get a wrecker from Tyler. I was driving at the time and saw one of their tow trucks loafing 2 blocks away. I assume that they were waiting for me to cave in. If you cancel, they reserve the right to charge you half of the original cost.
I got a flat tire on 175 at 11pm on a Monday. They answered on the first ring and had Colton there putting my donut on 17 minutes later. Couldn’t ask for anything better, 11/10! Thanks y’all!
These gentlemen are the best I have ever used. I have had the opportunity to use them twice in the last year, and both times I have had nothing but great service from them. Both Mike and Scooter are top notch, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need!
I was broke down on the side of the road, called Goodman and Son, they showed up as quickly as they could, got me loaded up and dropped my vehicle off. Very professional. They were concerned for my safety on the side of the road.
We broke down on Sunday afternoon and we called Goodman. He was there within 15 minutes and towed the vehicle to the Chevrolet dealer. He was very professional and stayed with us until someone was able to pick us up. He was a very nice and you could not get a nicer person to help.
Owners very rude. Over charged us & when we asked why so much they said “ i have bills too” . Went to pick up car & they told us they were eating dinner to come back in an hour & a half. Mind you it’s been pouring raining really bad & they told us to hurry up & get there. If you are of COLOR they will over charge you & give you a hard time. I hope none of my people ever come across these people business again. The police is family in their business. May God be with all of you if you ever get your car towed by these people.
Even though is says they're open 24 hours, they're only open for towing 24 hours. After driving about 20 miles or so, because they say they're open 24 hours, I got there and no one was there. So I called them and informed them I needed to get some items out of my car. He then told me they will only release property during open business hours Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm. Even when I tried to explain one of the items I needed was our food stamp card and could he please make an exception since the site said they were open 24 hours and I drove all that way, but before I could explain how desperate I was, he just repeated the hours again and hung up on me.
They are terrible and have something going on with the police department and impound every vehicle and try to screw you around on getting it back . Owner is on city council and the police chief is his kin folk
This company is awesome!!! My mothers car was hit and we used them to tow the car. Very professional and quick. The owner also helped me and my son out when our beloved dog escaped out of the yard and was hit on the Highway. It was difficult trying to get him off the Highway and he used his truck to slow down the cars and went above and beyond to help us get our dog back home!!! I will always use this company!!
Staff was polite, professional and helpful. They helped me with getting into impounded car and provided a jump. Made a painful situation hurt a little less.
Unlike other impound lots they will let you get your personal property and say you have some rims on your car if you have other wheels to put on it they will let you swap them out.
